1、負(fù)責(zé)寫字樓項目租賃的項目管理及甲方對接;

2、負(fù)責(zé)項目整體操盤，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊按要求達(dá)成租賃去化要求;

3、負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊建設(shè)，包括培訓(xùn)、考核、管理、團(tuán)建;

4、負(fù)責(zé)項目的市場競品調(diào)研，并編制調(diào)研分析報告。

任職要求:
