noc運維工程師崗位職責(zé)

noc運維工程師優(yōu)刻得優(yōu)刻得科技股份有限公司,優(yōu)刻得工作職責(zé):

1.利用網(wǎng)管平臺實時監(jiān)控云平臺系統(tǒng)的運行狀態(tài),對檢測到的問題,能夠根據(jù)問題的類型、嚴重程度,及時協(xié)調(diào)跟進人員進行處理;

2.通過接收各產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)告警電話,管理故障處理跟蹤系統(tǒng)的事件報告,協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)人員完成故障的處理;

3.根據(jù)要求進行故障排查、情況收集和故障處理反饋,解決云平臺遇到的網(wǎng)絡(luò)、系統(tǒng)等多方面的問題;

4.能夠響應(yīng)/處理初級網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障/服務(wù)器故障

任職要求:

1.目前這個崗位希望有機房運維經(jīng)驗,服務(wù)器硬件相關(guān)底子的伙伴。一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;

2.非常熟悉windowsserver、linux/unix操作系統(tǒng),可以快速建立常用應(yīng)用環(huán)境,能夠快速判斷解決常見問題和故障;

3.了解交換機、路由器等網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備、tcp/ip、網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用協(xié)議;

4.有操作系統(tǒng)或網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護以及服務(wù)器維護經(jīng)驗,有一定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障、系統(tǒng)故障、應(yīng)用服務(wù)故障的分析調(diào)試能力優(yōu)先考慮;

5.具備ccnp/ccie/rhce優(yōu)先考慮,熟悉linux和unix具有redhat認證優(yōu)先;

6.適應(yīng)7x24工作體系優(yōu)先考慮,一個月4-5個夜班。

1、作為全球自動化運維領(lǐng)域?qū)<?,自動化運營組織核心成員,參與構(gòu)建自動化運營能力;

2、結(jié)合自動化運營指標體系、方法、流程,端到端審視和梳理自動化運營問題;

任職要求:

業(yè)務(wù)技能要求:
