客服專員csointertek天祥集團(tuán)深圳天祥質(zhì)量技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司廣州分公司,intertek天祥集團(tuán),天祥質(zhì)量崗位職責(zé):

-客戶信息、客戶檔案整理及更新,解答處理客戶問(wèn)題;

-物流配送協(xié)調(diào),根據(jù)測(cè)試要求接收并核對(duì)客戶樣品;

-對(duì)客戶提供的測(cè)試申請(qǐng)進(jìn)行合同評(píng)審,并將客戶要求準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)給相關(guān)部門(mén);

-向客戶報(bào)價(jià)、收費(fèi)及開(kāi)具發(fā)票;
