三要注重文風(fēng)“實(shí)”。準(zhǔn)確鮮明地表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)、闡述論點(diǎn),用新詞、說新話,力戒“假大空”的套話。引入身邊的事實(shí)、素材和數(shù)據(jù)說話,多寫一些平實(shí)的話,真正把事情想明白,把道理講清楚。
四要把握文章“簡”。公文之美,在于結(jié)構(gòu)簡約、層次簡化、語言簡潔。開篇“說什么”開門見山,有理有據(jù),有力有節(jié);文中“做什么”簡潔明了,可長可短,有張有弛。
五要功在平時“寫”。寫在賽場,功在平時,讀千遍不如寫一遍。胸懷大局、關(guān)注大勢,轉(zhuǎn)換格局、謀全川事,從多寫多練中積累常識、從經(jīng)典論著中增長學(xué)識、從大事要事中增長見識。

多學(xué)習(xí)多積累多練筆
四川省第五屆機(jī)關(guān)公文寫作技能大賽,既是組織全省機(jī)關(guān)干部深入開展黨史學(xué)習(xí)教育的有力舉措,也是指引我們立足“三新”投身社會主義現(xiàn)代化四川建設(shè)偉業(yè)的生動實(shí)踐。
從現(xiàn)實(shí)來看,我認(rèn)為寫好一篇公文要從“三個問題”出發(fā)。
第一問:為何寫材料——要充分理清文章的“思想”。胸中有大義,筆下有乾坤。首先要做到對xxx、省委重要會議與指示精神的學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會,充分理解寫作意圖,準(zhǔn)確把握任務(wù)目標(biāo),突破思維定式,創(chuàng)新思路立意,在文章思想上力爭做到“人無我有,人有我優(yōu)”。
第二問:材料寫什么——要廣泛組織文章的“血肉”?;A(chǔ)不牢,地動山搖。在確立了文章思路以后,就要多方面收集能夠支撐文章論點(diǎn)的案例、數(shù)據(jù),這將組成文章的基礎(chǔ)。必要時還要開展多方調(diào)研,確保全部基礎(chǔ)要素客觀準(zhǔn)確、支撐有力。
第三問:怎么寫材料——要創(chuàng)新搭建文章的“骨骼”。萬事俱備,只欠東風(fēng)?!八枷搿焙汀把狻币呀?jīng)具備了,還需要一個堅強(qiáng)有力的“骨骼”來支撐,這就是文章的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。想清楚各部分之間的邏輯關(guān)系,明確先寫什么后寫什么,哪部分詳寫哪部分略寫,用哪種結(jié)構(gòu)排列方式。只要敢于嘗試,終將收獲驚喜和成功。
總之,寫作最大的竅門就是多學(xué)習(xí)、多思考、多練筆、多創(chuàng)新,時間能夠醞釀一切。這次大賽我獲得了一等獎,但是成績屬于過去,未來任重道遠(yuǎn)。今后,我將圍繞省委決策部署、圍繞全局中心繼續(xù)工作,加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)、增強(qiáng)才干,立足崗位再建新功!

博觀而約取厚積才能薄發(fā)
作為兩屆評委,我評閱過大量參賽文稿。我認(rèn)為,文稿的比拼不僅是寫作能力,而且是考驗(yàn)參賽者的思維思考、系統(tǒng)謀劃、信息歸納掌握、綜合表達(dá)能力等。在此,我為大家分享幾點(diǎn)建議:
一是注重政策理論素養(yǎng)的歷練提升。歷屆大賽主要圍繞黨和國家政治生活中的大事要事進(jìn)行命題。比如,新思想是貫穿歷屆大賽的考點(diǎn),黨內(nèi)教育、脫貧攻堅、生態(tài)文明、成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)等是近兩年競賽的熱點(diǎn)與關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。參賽者備賽時要緊盯考點(diǎn),培養(yǎng)全局眼光,堅持系統(tǒng)思維,從國際、國內(nèi)兩個維度,系統(tǒng)梳理、追根溯源中央治國理政大政方針和省委省政府決策部署的緣起、現(xiàn)狀、未來走向,以及落地落實(shí)的四川實(shí)踐,吃透中央要求和上級精神,吃準(zhǔn)本部門、本單位實(shí)情,真正做到“身在兵位,胸為帥謀”。
二是注重類型化文稿的積累沉淀。博觀而約取,厚積而薄發(fā)。我向大家推薦一些好的學(xué)習(xí)渠道和平臺,報刊類有《xxx》《求是》《紅旗文稿》《秘書工作》《半月談》等,微信公眾號有“學(xué)習(xí)強(qiáng)國”“老筆頭”“如椽巨筆”“辦公室主任”“出卷人”等。要讓學(xué)習(xí)成為常態(tài),養(yǎng)成讀書看報習(xí)慣,用好精讀方法,細(xì)讀標(biāo)題、厘清結(jié)構(gòu)、深扒金句、反復(fù)細(xì)芻、爛熟于心,廣泛積累素材,擴(kuò)充知識儲備。
三是注重實(shí)踐實(shí)戰(zhàn)和熟練運(yùn)用。在強(qiáng)化記憶、深化理解的基礎(chǔ)上,做好消化、內(nèi)化、轉(zhuǎn)化,輸出形成個人的思維導(dǎo)圖和邏輯框架。注重掌握運(yùn)用提煉主題和標(biāo)題的方法技巧,力求準(zhǔn)確、聚焦、鮮明、新穎、簡潔。有些優(yōu)秀文稿提煉的標(biāo)題既有氣勢,又很工整,看起來賞心悅目,而且文稿的主題、體例和內(nèi)容都很貼切,與部門職責(zé)特點(diǎn)又很貼近,這樣的文稿很容易脫穎而出。扎實(shí)搞好基礎(chǔ)工作,珍惜日常工作中每一次提筆實(shí)踐、基層調(diào)研的機(jī)會,在每一次認(rèn)真細(xì)致謀篇構(gòu)思、精益求精反復(fù)修改中,不斷錘煉腦力、筆力、眼力。

才藝大賽的前幾天,小動物在努力地練習(xí)著。小猴想:練什么才好呢?
這天,小猴在外面玩,看見了小兔在寫作文。他走過去,拍拍小兔的肩膀說:“小兔,我們一起寫作文吧!”小兔子說:“好啊,我們先從句子開始寫吧?!睕]寫幾句,小猴的注意力就不集中了。
小猴往窗外一看,發(fā)現(xiàn)小熊在吹喇叭,動聽的音樂聲,引來了小鳥的圍觀。于是小猴就跑過去說:“小熊,我們一起吹喇叭吧!”小熊說:“好啊。”小猴剛吹了兩首,就說:“我不吹了,我腮幫子都痛了。”小熊說:“小猴,還有好多首呢!”小猴頭也不回地走了。
回家的路上,小猴看見了小鹿在跑步,就走過去說:“小鹿,我們一起跑步吧!”小鹿說:“好啊!”可是才跑了幾十米,小猴說:“我不適合練習(xí)跑步,實(shí)在太累人了?!?/p>
才藝大賽那天,小兔、小熊和小鹿得了第一名,他們得意地把獎牌掛在胸前。只有小猴兩手空空,他只好垂頭喪氣地回家了。
