7.實習(xí)單位與實習(xí)生簽訂的的其他相關(guān)協(xié)議或文件。二、違約行為及認定：三、法律名詞及解釋：1.實習(xí)生：指在大學(xué)或高等院校學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)專業(yè)知識的學(xué)生，利用學(xué)習(xí)之余的時間在實習(xí)單位進行實踐學(xué)習(xí)。

2.實習(xí)單位：指提供實習(xí)崗位，接納實習(xí)生進行實踐學(xué)習(xí)的單位。

3.實習(xí)期：指實習(xí)生在實習(xí)單位進行實踐學(xué)習(xí)的時間段。

4.商業(yè)秘密：指不為公眾所知悉、能為權(quán)利人帶來經(jīng)濟利益、具有實用性并且權(quán)利人采取了保密措施的信息。

5.違約：指合同當(dāng)事人不履行合同義務(wù)或者履行合同義務(wù)不符合約定的行為。四、執(zhí)行中遇到的問題及解決辦法：1.實習(xí)生工作積極性不高：解決辦法為實習(xí)單位加強激勵措施，定期進行工作反饋和指導(dǎo)。

2.實習(xí)生技能不符合要求：解決辦法為實習(xí)單位提供必要的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，實習(xí)生自身也需努力學(xué)習(xí)提升。

3.保密協(xié)議糾紛：解決辦法為雙方在簽訂合同時明確保密協(xié)議的內(nèi)容，加強保密意識教育。

4.工作條件不滿足：解決辦法為實習(xí)單位根據(jù)合同約定提供相應(yīng)的工
