1.Purpose

3.ScopeofServices

3.1Storage:PartyAagreestoprovideadequatestoragefacilitiesforthegrainspecifiedherein.

3.11Includesmaintenanceofproperstorageconditionssuchastemperature,humidity,andpestcontrol.

3.2Management:PartyAagreestomanagethegrainreservesefficientlyandensureavailabilityinaccordancewithregulatoryrequirements.

4.Responsibilities

4.1PartyA'sResponsibilities:

4.11Storethegraininoptimalconditionstomaintainqualityandpreventspoilage.

4.12MonitorinventorylevelsandreporttoPartyBasrequired.

4.2PartyB'sResponsibilities:

4.21ProvidethespecifiedquantityandqualityofgraintoPartyAforstorage.

4.22NotifyPartyAofanychangesingraininventoryrequirementsoremergencysituations.

5.ConditionsofUse

5.1Activation:Describestheconditionsunderwhichthegrainfromthesocialreservemaybereleasedorused,asdeterminedrelevantauthorities.

6.FeesandPayment

6.11Detailsthepaymentschedule,invoicingprocedures,andanytermsrelatedtopaymentadjustments.

7.QualityAssurance

7.1QualityStandards:PartyAagreestomaintainthequalityofthegrainreservesinaccordancewithindustrystandardsandregulatoryrequirements.

8.DurationandTermination

8.1Term:SpecifiestheinitialtermofthisAgreementandanyprovisionsforrenewalortermination.

8.11ConditionsunderwhicheitherpartymayterminatetheAgreement,includingnoticeperiodsandprocedures.
