研究IL一8在食管癌組織中表達的變化，探討其與腫瘤血管形成、病理分級、病人預后的關(guān)系。

實驗方法：

利用realtimeRT-PCR和免疫組化技術(shù)檢測IL．8在食管癌及正常組織中mRNA和蛋白表達，并采用FVIIIRAg檢測血管密度。

用SPSS8．0軟件進行統(tǒng)計學分析。

實驗結(jié)果：

食管癌組織中IL．8mRNA及蛋白表達顯著高于正常組織中。

IL-8mRNA高表達與淋巴結(jié)遠處轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0．017)、微血管高密度(Plt;0．001)、生存時間短(lt;26個月)(Plt;0．001)、早期復發(fā)(lt;16個月)(Plt;0．001)有關(guān)。

結(jié)論：

在食管癌中，IL一8mRNA水平和腫瘤血管形成、生存率、復發(fā)時間有關(guān)。
