聯(lián)系電話：__________根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)勞動(dòng)法》、《中華人民共和國(guó)勞動(dòng)合同法》及有關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，甲乙雙方本著平等自愿、協(xié)商一致的原則，簽訂本勞動(dòng)合同。第一條勞動(dòng)合同內(nèi)容1.1甲方employingBaiFang(hereinafterreferredtoas"theEmployer")andPartyB(hereinafterreferredtoas"theEmployee")toengageinthefollowingjobduties:securityguardforkindergarten.1.2TheemploymentrelationshipestablishedthisContractshallbeindefinite.1.3TheEmployeeshallreporttoworkat__________(address)everydayandfollowtheinstructionsoftheEmployer.1.4TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewiththenecessarytraining,tools,andequipmentrequiredtoperformthejobduties.1.5TheEmployershallhavetherighttoassignadditionaljobdutiestotheEmployeeifnecessary,andtheEmployeeagreestoperformsuchadditionalduties.1.6TheEmployeeacknowledgesthatthejobdutiesmayinvolverisksanddangers,andtheEmployeeagreestofollowallsafetyrulesandregulationsestablishedtheEmployer.1.7TheEmployeeagreestomaintainstrictconfidentialityregardingallbusinessmattersoftheEmployer,andnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationtoanythirdparty.1.8TheEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanyactivitythatisdetrimentaltotheinterestsoftheEmployerduringthetermofthisContract.1.11TheEmployeeacknowledgesthatthisContractistheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal,betweentheparties.1.12ThisContractmaybeamendedormodifiedonlyawritteninstrumentexecutedbothparties.1.13IntheeventofanydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContract,thepartiesagreetosubmittothejurisdictionofthecourtsoftheEmployer'slocation.1.14ThisContractshallbeeffectiveasofthedatefirstabovewrittenandshallcontinueineffectuntilterminatedasprovidedinthisContract.第二條工作時(shí)間和休息休假2.1TheEmployeeshallworkfortheEmployeronafulltimebasis,withadailyworkinghourof__________andatotalof__________hoursperweek.2.2TheEmployeeshallbeendto__________daysofannualleave,__________daysofsickleave,and__________daysofotherleavesasprovidedlaworregulation.2.3TheEmployeeshallworkon__________shiftsasrequiredtheEmployer.2.5TheEmployeeagreestonotifytheEmployerinadvanceincaseofabsencefromworkduetoillnessorotherreasons.2.6TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeefortheovertimeworkandanypublicholidaysworkedinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations.第三條勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬3.1TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeeamonthlysalaryof__________RMB(CNY),payableonthelastworkingdayofeachmonth.3.2TheEmployeeacknowledgesthatanysalaryadjustmentsshallbemadeatthesolediscretionoftheEmployerandinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sinternalpoliciesandprocedures.3.3TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithallbenefitsandallowancesasprovidedlaworregulation,includingbutnotlimitedtohousingsubsidies,mealallowances,andtransportationallowances.3.5TheEmployershallhavetherighttowithholdordeductfromtheEmployee'ssalaryanysumsowedtheEmployeetotheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtooutstandingexpenses,damages,orfines.第四條社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和福利待遇4.1TheEmployershall,inaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations,insuretheEmployeeundertheSocialSecurityscheme,includingbutnotlimited一、附件列表：

12.乙方銀行卡賬戶信息二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：

1.乙方未按照合同約定時(shí)間到崗，或未經(jīng)甲方同意擅自離職。

2.乙方未按照甲方要求完成工作任務(wù)，或嚴(yán)重違反甲方規(guī)章制度。

3.甲方未按照合同約定支付乙方工資、獎(jiǎng)金、津貼等。

4.甲方未按照法律規(guī)定為乙方繳納社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)。

5.甲方未按照合同約定提供乙方勞動(dòng)保護(hù)、培訓(xùn)等。

6.任何一方未經(jīng)對(duì)方同意，單方面變更或解除合同。

7.任何一方未履行合同約定的其他義務(wù)。三、法律名詞及解釋：

1.勞動(dòng)合同：勞動(dòng)者與用人單位確立勞動(dòng)關(guān)系，明確雙方權(quán)利義務(wù)的協(xié)議。

2.甲方：指用人單位。

3.乙方：指勞動(dòng)者。

4.勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬：勞動(dòng)者因履行勞動(dòng)合同所得到的報(bào)酬。

5.工作時(shí)間：勞動(dòng)者按照甲方規(guī)定的工作時(shí)間。

6.加班：勞動(dòng)者在法定工作時(shí)間之外，按照甲方要求提供的工作時(shí)間。
