設計總說明一、工程概況新建塘壩馬鞍山灌區(qū),項目地點為塘壩鎮(zhèn),設計取水河流為塘壩河,設計新增灌面4224畝,取水泵站設計流量為1020m3/h,單泵設計流量為510m3/h,一級提升泵站總揚程120米,凈揚程108米,揚水管總長1067米;二級增壓泵站設計流量1020m3/h,總揚程78米,凈揚程68.9米,揚水管總長1031米;灌區(qū)總面積5296畝,新增灌面面積4224畝,改善灌面1947畝,恢復灌面面積603畝。灌溉服務區(qū)域:李家灣、靈官廟、黑漆房子、劉家灣、馬桑灣等。二、設計依據1、文件及相關依據(1)《灌溉發(fā)展中心關于編制2023-2025年中型灌區(qū)續(xù)建配套與節(jié)水改造項目實施方案有關技術要求的函》(中灌節(jié)水函〔2022〕39號);2、相關規(guī)范:(1)《水利水電工程等級劃分及洪水標準》SL252-2017;(2)《灌溉與排水工程設計標準》GB50288-2018;(3)《防洪標準》GB50201—2014;(4)《節(jié)水灌溉工程技術標準》GB/T50363-2018;(5)《渠道防滲工程技術規(guī)范》SL18-2004;(6)《灌溉與排水工程設計標準》(GB2088-2018);(7)《水利水電工程設計工程量計算規(guī)定》SL328-2005;(8)《水工混凝土結構設計規(guī)范》SL191-2008;(9)《水工擋土墻設計規(guī)范》SL379—2007;(10)《村鎮(zhèn)供水工程技術規(guī)范》(SL310-2019);(11)《水利水電工程壓力鋼管設計規(guī)范》(SL/T281-2020);(12)《灌溉與排水渠系建筑物設計規(guī)范》(SL482-2011);(13)《渠系工程抗凍脹設計規(guī)范》(SL23-2006);(14)《水利水電工程施工組織設計規(guī)范》(SL303—2017);(15)《管道輸水灌溉工程技術規(guī)范》(GB/T20203-2017)。3、工程建設標準強制性條文執(zhí)行情況設計中嚴格執(zhí)行《水利工程建設標準強制性條文》(2020版),主要執(zhí)行的條文如下:(1)《防洪標準》(GB50201-2014)第6.4.2條。(2)《水利水電工程等級劃分及洪水標準》(SL252-2017)第3.0.1條,第3.0.2條,第4.6.1條。(3)《灌溉與排水工程設計標準》(GB50288-2018)第20.4.2條,第20.4.3條。(4)《水工混凝土結構設計規(guī)范》(SL191-2008)第9.2.1條,第9.5.1條,第9.6.6條。(5)《水利水電工程施工組織設計規(guī)范》(SL303-2004)第3.2.6條,第3.2.12條。(6)《水工擋土墻設計規(guī)范》(SL379-2007)第3.1.1條,第3.2.2條,第3.2.7條,第3.2.8條,第3.2.12條,第6.3.1條。(7)《水利水電工程設計防火規(guī)范》(SDJ278-90)第3.2.2條。三、設計標準根據《水利水電工程等級劃分及洪水標準》(SL252-2017),確定本工程規(guī)模為?。?)型,其工程等別為V等,其主要建筑物按5級設計,次要及臨時建筑物按5級設計,據村民反映2018年水位急劇增高,考慮到塘壩河水位變幅較大,提水泵站設計洪水取50年一遇考慮。主要建筑物類型為泵站、管道等。設計流量、工程規(guī)模、裝機容量均小于5級水利工程規(guī)定。四、主要建設內容主要建設內容包括:管線工程:本項目共新建灌溉揚水焊接鋼管管道DN450共2173m,自流PE管道De160~De600共1796m。新建高位水池500m3,排氣井6座,排泥井7座,閥門井21座。泵站工程:新建塘壩鎮(zhèn)馬鞍山灌區(qū),項目地點為塘壩鎮(zhèn),設計取水河流為塘壩河,設計新增灌面4224畝,取水泵站設計流量為1020m3/h,單泵設計流量為510m3/h,一級提升泵站總揚程120米,凈揚程108米,揚水管總長1067米;二級增壓泵站設計流量1020m3/h,總揚程78米,凈揚程68.9米,揚水管總長1031米;新建1#水泵機組,300SH120,揚程120m,流量510m3/h,電機N=315kW,n=1480r/min,U=0.38kV,功率因數≥0.90,效率≥93.6%,F級絕緣;新建2#水泵機組,300SH120,揚程120m,流量510m3/h,電機N=315kW,n=1480r/min,U=0.38kV,功率因數≥0.90,效率≥93.6%,F級絕緣。二級增壓泵站采用一體化增壓泵站,采用無負壓罐,設計流量1020m3/h,總揚程78米,凈揚程68.9米,揚水管總長1031米;新建兩臺水泵機組,IS200-530(I),電機N=280kW,成套設備包含內容詳見清單。工程地質1、工程基本地質條件1.1地形地貌本區(qū)位于四川盆地東南部,地形上主要呈現狹長條形山脈與谷地相間的“平行嶺谷”景觀,地形地貌主要受控于構造及巖性,山脈多平行于構造線展布,巴岳山(西山)及毓青山(東山)呈NE~SW向排列于本區(qū)東南部。巴岳山最高峰為弦天館,高程794m,一般山頂高程480~700m;巴岳山兩側多為淺丘,地勢較為平緩,高程250~350m,相對高差200~500m,屬于淺丘及低山地貌區(qū)。本區(qū)地勢東南高西北低,巴岳山玉龍場以南為一帶狀巖溶溶蝕洼地,整個山體表現為“一山二嶺一槽”的地貌特征。巴岳山北西側均為淺丘,高程250~350m,相對高差小于100m。區(qū)內較大的河流有涪江、小安溪、平灘河、譚家壩河、塘壩河、瓊江河、鷺鷥河、獅子明水庫、別口鄉(xiāng)楊家溝水庫,上述河流均屬涪江支流。巴岳山南側以丘陵地貌為主,受區(qū)域構造控制,中低山多呈北北東向排列,河流亦具北北東向的縱向河谷特征。低山饅頭形矮丘與舒緩的淺溝及較開闊的平地相間分布,丘陵此起彼伏,連綿不斷。山頂高程一般在300m以下,相對高差30~50m。屬構造剝蝕、侵蝕地貌。1.2地層巖性本區(qū)出露地層主要為中生界侏羅系、三迭系地層。侏羅系地層為以內陸河湖相沉積為主的紅色碎屑巖系,三迭系地層為海相及海陸交互相沉積的碳酸巖。侏羅系地層主要分布在西山背斜及瀝鼻峽背斜兩翼淺丘地帶,三迭系地層分布于西山背斜及瀝鼻峽背斜核部及附近。第四系零星分布在背斜兩翼相對低洼部位及溶蝕洼地內,一般厚度不大,見下表2。表2區(qū)域地層簡表界系統(tǒng)組地層代號地層厚度(m)巖性簡述新生界第四系全新統(tǒng)Q4<10殘坡積、崩坡積:巖性主要為粉質黏土、粉質黏土夾碎塊石。沖積:粉質黏土、卵石土。更新統(tǒng)Q20~10IV、V級階地沖積層。中生界侏羅系上統(tǒng)遂寧組J3sn200~600磚紅色、鮮紅色、紫紅色鈣質泥巖、粉砂質鈣質泥巖、粉砂巖,夾黃灰、紫紅色中~厚層狀細粒長石石英砂巖、細粒鈣質長石砂巖。蓬萊鎮(zhèn)組J3p124~1300紫紅色泥巖、鈣質粉砂質泥巖、泥巖為主,夾灰白色細~中粒長石石英砂巖及巖屑長石砂巖。淺灰、灰白色厚層細粒巖屑長石石英砂巖及長石砂巖為主,夾紫紅色含鈣質及鈣質結核的泥巖及粉砂巖。中統(tǒng)沙溪廟組J2s1324~996暗紫紅色、紫紅色砂質泥巖、泥巖與灰?guī)r、灰紫色長石砂巖、粉砂巖互層,上部和下部砂巖發(fā)育1.3地質構造工程區(qū)位于揚子準地臺(Ⅰ級)四川臺坳(Ⅱ級)川中臺拱(Ⅲ級),南側與川東陷褶束(Ⅲ級)中瀘州凸褶束(Ⅵ級)相毗鄰,構造線走向與山脈走向基本一致,由一系列NE—NNE近于平行的狹長不對稱褶皺組成,背斜成山較狹窄,向斜成谷較開闊,具有隔擋式褶皺之特點,背斜軸部一般較平緩,翼部較陡,且背斜軸部起伏較大,形成多個獨立高點。斷層主要發(fā)育在背斜軸部和傾伏端,以及軸線彎曲和軸面扭曲地帶。斷裂多為高角度走向逆沖斷層,且多為南東東向北西西逆沖,壓性特征較明顯。圖3-1區(qū)域構造單元劃分據《中國地震動反應譜特征周期區(qū)劃圖》和《中國地震動峰值加速度區(qū)劃圖》(GB18306-2001圖A1),本區(qū)地震動反應譜特征周期為0.35S,地震動峰值加速度為0.05g,相應地震基本烈度為Ⅳ度區(qū)。本區(qū)規(guī)模較大的褶皺主要為大石橋背斜、古樓場向斜、中心鎮(zhèn)背斜、龍鳳場向斜(見圖3.2-2場地構造綱要圖)。圖3-2場地構造綱要圖1.4物理地質現象場地地形地質條件較簡單,場內無大的無斷裂構造存在,工程區(qū)設防烈度為Ⅵ度,對工程基本無影響。地震動峰值加速度為0.05g(對應地震基本烈度為Ⅵ度),因此,場地區(qū)域構造穩(wěn)定較好。場地內無大型滑坡、崩塌及泥石流等危及工程安全的嚴重不良地質現象存在;第四系孔隙水是場地主要地下水,對砼不具腐蝕性;盡管場地內第四系覆蓋層局部厚度變化大,其物理力學性能也有較大差別,但只要根據巖土特性采取相應的工程措施,就可以一一解決,從而保證工程安全。因此,場地的整體穩(wěn)定性良好,適應興建給水管工程。1.5水文地質條件地下水按賦存條件分為基巖裂隙水和孔隙水兩種類型,前者主要賦存于基巖裂隙中,水量不豐,無統(tǒng)一地下水位,受大氣降水補給。松散介質孔隙水分布于第四系松散堆積層中,地下水位與河水位基本相近,與河水水力聯系密切,主要接受大氣降水和河水補給,水力坡降平緩,主要賦存于河流沖積層中。據本階段水質分析試驗成果(見表5-1),地表水的水質類型為HCO3-—Ca2+型水,PH值8.27。根據《水利水電工程地質勘察規(guī)范》(GB50487-2008)中環(huán)境水腐蝕判別標準,地表水對混凝土結構、鋼結構等無腐蝕性。表5-1水質簡分析成果表水樣編號水類型離子含量(mg/l)總硬度(mg/l)總堿度(mg/l)侵蝕性CO2(mg/l)游離CO2(mg/l)PH值Na++k+Ca2+Mg2+Cl-SO42-HCO3-河水5.8544.781.86.3619.0127.09147.4548.272.1土體的工程地質特性根據地表地質測繪及調查,工程區(qū)內出露第四系人工堆積層(Q4S)、殘坡積層粉質黏土(Q4eld)、第四系更新統(tǒng)Ⅳ、Ⅴ階地沖洪積層卵石土(Q2alp),以及侏羅系上統(tǒng)遂寧組(J3s)、侏羅系上統(tǒng)蓬萊鎮(zhèn)組(J3p)及侏羅系中統(tǒng)沙溪廟組(J2s),現分述如下:(1)第四系人工堆積層(Q4S):主要為素填土,由粉質粘土、砂土夾塊碎石、卵礫石組成,結構松散~稍密,厚度1.0~3.5m;第四系人工堆積層主要分布于鄉(xiāng)村公路及居住區(qū)。(2)第四系殘坡積堆積層(Q4el+dl)淤泥質粉質黏土:灰褐色,呈流塑、軟塑狀,干強度中等,韌性中等,刀切面較光滑,無搖振反應。主要分布在水田、溝槽、水塘及魚塘,揭露一般厚度為0.50~2.50m。粉質黏土:黃褐色、灰褐色,呈可塑狀、硬塑狀,切面較光滑,干強度較高,韌性較高,無搖振反應,厚度約1.0~12.50m,該層分布范圍大,整個場地多數區(qū)域分布該層。(3)第四系更新統(tǒng)Ⅳ、Ⅴ階地沖洪積層(Q4alp)砂卵礫石:雜色,主要由卵礫石、粉細砂組成。卵礫石成分主要為砂巖、頁巖和少量灰?guī)r,磨圓度差,呈片狀及橢圓狀,卵石含量50~70%,礫石含量20~30%,中粗砂含量10~20%。濕~飽和,上部結構松散,中下部稍密~密實。厚度大于2m,主要分布涪江周邊,本次勘察主要分布在玉溪鎮(zhèn)小型灌區(qū),其余鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)未見該層。(4)侏羅系上統(tǒng)遂寧組(J3sn)泥巖(J3sn-Ms):紫紅色、棕紅色,泥質結構,薄-中厚層狀構造,主要礦物成份以粘土礦物為主。強風化層巖芯較破碎,呈碎塊狀 泵站總揚程120米,凈揚程108米,揚水管總長1067米;二級增壓泵站設計流量1020m3/h,總揚程78米,凈揚程68.9米,揚水管總長1031米。4、水泵選型新建1#水泵機組,300SH120,揚程120m,流量510m3/h,電機N=315kW,n=1480r/min,U=0.38kV,功率因數≥0.90,效率≥93.6%,F級絕緣;新建2#水泵機組,300SH120,揚程120m,流量510m3/h,電機N=315kW,n=1480r/min,U=0.38kV,功率因數≥0.90,效率≥93.6%,F級絕緣。新建二級增壓泵站采用一體化增壓泵站,采用無負壓罐,設計流量1020m3/h,總揚程78米,凈揚程68.9米,揚水管總長1031米;新建兩臺水泵機組,IS200-530(I),電機N=280kW,成套設備包含內容詳見清單。七、施工放樣開挖前,清理兩側各1m~1.5m雜草及樹枝之后,施工單位應對現狀地形進行復核。施工過程中,應根據需要進行測量和放樣,其內容包括:(1)依據設計單位交底的控制點自行布設施工測量控制網;(2)為確保設計開挖輪廓準確性而進行的測量放樣;(3)為核算工程量而進行的測量;(4)為提供竣工資料而進行的測量;(5)按監(jiān)理工程師或設計文件確定為其它目的而進行的測量和放樣。八、材料要求1、水泥水泥宜采用普通硅酸鹽水泥,其質量應符合現行國家標準《硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥》GB175的規(guī)定。2、砂天然砂的顆粒級配、含泥量、泥塊含量、云母含量等,以及機制砂顆粒級配、石粉含量、泥塊含量、壓碎指標等應符合《建筑用砂》(GB/T14684-2011)、《普通混凝土用砂、石質量及檢驗方法標準》(JGJ52-2006)的規(guī)定,粒徑在0.15-4.74mm之間。工程設計采用Ⅲ類建筑用中、細砂或特細天然砂,級配區(qū)采用Ⅱ區(qū)III類,細度模數2.4-3.2,含泥量≤3-5%,泥塊量≤1-2%,表觀密度>2500kg/m3,松散堆積密度>1400kg/m3,孔隙率<44%。如果選擇人工砂,相應指標應滿足規(guī)范規(guī)定。本工程中新建渠道邊墻、底板、新建箱涵、箱涵墊層及閘閥井處混凝土結構采用特細砂,其余采用中、粗砂。儲運按分類、規(guī)格、類別分別堆放和運輸,防止人為碾壓、混合及污染。3、卵、碎石碎(卵)石的松散堆積密度、顆粒級配、含泥量、泥塊含量等應符合《建筑用卵石、碎石》(GB/T14685-2011)、《普通混凝土用砂、石質量及檢驗方法標準》(JGJ52-2006)的規(guī)定。工程設計碎(卵)石有天然卵石和人工碎石兩種,粒徑大于4.75mm;項目采用Ⅲ類,大壩工程顆粒級配2級配,粒徑5-40mm,渠道、渡槽、箱涵及水池顆粒級配1級配,粒徑20-40mm,含泥量≤1-2%,泥塊量≤0.5-0.7%,壓碎指標碎石≤16-30%、卵石≤16%,表觀密度>2500kg/m3,松散堆積密度>1350kg/m3,孔隙率<47%。必須質地堅硬、清潔、級配良好,不得含有石粉,碎石里不得含有風化石或軟石,不應混有草根、樹葉、樹枝、塑料、煤塊和爐渣等雜物。碎(卵)石最大粒徑不得大于鋪筑層虛鋪厚度的2/3,并不宜大于50mm。4、鋼筋尺寸、外形、重量及允許偏差,以及力學、工藝、疲勞、焊接等性能應滿足《鋼筋混凝土用鋼第一部分:熱軋光圓鋼筋》(GB1499.1-2008)、《鋼筋混凝土用鋼第二部分:熱軋帶肋鋼筋》(GB1499.2-2007)等規(guī)定。鋼筋在使用前必須出具出廠合格證,同一牌號、同一規(guī)格應作拉伸、冷彎試驗。有產品合格證、出廠檢驗報告和進場復驗報告。鋼筋制安應滿足《水工混凝土鋼筋施工規(guī)范》(DL/T5169-2013)的規(guī)定;鋼筋在施工中搭接焊接應滿足《鋼筋焊接及驗收規(guī)程》(JGJ18-2012)、《鋼筋焊接接頭試驗方法標準》(JGJ/T27-2015)規(guī)定。5、水拌和水的水質應符合現行行業(yè)標準《混凝土用水標準》JGJ63規(guī)定。6、其他其他材料均應符合國家現行標準、規(guī)范要求。九、施工要求1、土石方開挖施工前,應根據工程規(guī)模和特性,地形、地質資料、施工條件、施工機械等,合理確定開挖方式。開挖順序包括自上而下開挖、上下結合開挖、先岸坡后河槽開挖和分期分段開挖等,嚴禁自下而上或采取倒懸的開挖方法,施工時應做成一定的坡勢,以利排水。土石方開挖前應根據施工圖和施工控制網點,做好測量定線。開挖過程中,應對平面控制樁、水準點、基坑平面位置、水平標高、邊坡坡度等經常進行檢查,以防止超挖或欠挖。2、土方回填回填土料主要利用就近堆放的開挖土方,不足部分從附近征地取土,淤泥和含草皮、樹根等雜物的土料應嚴禁用于回填,對于含水量過大或過于干燥的土料應采取晾曬或灑水的措施,以利于回填土夯實。土料除機械難以施工的部位采用人工配膠輪車運料外,其余均采用機械挖運。土方填筑應分層鋪料,嚴格控制土料粒徑?;靥钔猎O計壓實度根據建筑物級別確定。3、管道基礎處理原則及措施根據工程實際情況,本次設計主要為新建管道,管道基礎基本為較密實殘坡積、崩坡積層或強風化巖體上,地基土承載力要求≮120kpa,管道地基應采用打夯機夯實處理。4、分縫設計結合工程實際,當渠道全斷面采用砼新建時,每隔8m設置一道2cm的伸縮縫,設置651型橡膠止水帶,縫內填充聚乙烯閉孔泡沫板,迎水面涂抹雙組份聚流密封膏。5、現澆混凝土工程(1)施工前應根據工地骨料的種類,水泥品號、標號,按設計要求提前做好砼的配料、強度、防滲等試驗,作為混凝土澆筑時的配料依據。(2)混凝土應采用機械攪和。(3)澆筑時采用插入式或平板式振搗器振搗,要求振搗密實。(4)澆筑完畢后應做好灑水養(yǎng)護工作。(5)鋼筋應冷拉除銹、調直,按設計要求尺寸加工,砼中預埋件在澆筑前,必須詳細檢查其位置、尺寸的正確性,符合設計要求后,方可施工。澆注砼前,應對支架、模板、鋼筋和預埋件進行檢查,并做好記錄,符合設計要求后方可澆注。模板內的雜物、積水和鋼筋上的污垢應清理干凈。模板如有縫隙,應填塞嚴密,模板內面應涂刷脫模劑。澆注砼前,應檢查砼的均勻性和坍落度。自高處向模
