PartyB:[Employee'sName]

ThisEmploymentContract(the"Contract")ismadeandenteredintoasofthedateofsignaturebyandbetweenPartyAandPartyB(eacha"Party"andcollectivelythe"Parties").

1.PositionandDuties

1.1PartyBagreestoserveas[Position]inPartyA'sofficelocatedat[Address],andtoperformsuchdutiesasareincidentaltotheposition.

1.2PartyBshallreportdirectlyto[Supervisor'sName],andshallcomplywiththereasonableinstructionsandregulationsofPartyA.

2.TermofEmployment

2.1ThetermofthisContractshallbe[CommencementDate]to[TerminationDate].

2.2EitherPartymayterminatethisContractbygivingwrittennoticetotheotherPartynotlessthan[NoticePeriod]priortotheexpiryoftheContract.

3.Compensation

3.1PartyAshallpayPartyBamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount]inaccordancewiththepayscheduleestablishedbyPartyA.

3.2PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithsuchbenefitsasarecustomaryforpositionsofsimilarresponsibilitywithinPartyA'sorganization.

4.Confidentiality

4.1DuringthetermofthisContract,PartyBmayhaveaccesstocertainconfidentialinformationofPartyA.PartyBagreestoholdsuchinformationinconfidenceandnottodiscloseoruseitforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofPartyB'sdutiesunderthisContract.

4.2TheconfidentialityobligationsofPartyBshallcontinueindefinitely,butshallnotapplytoinformationthatisorbecomespartofthepublicdomainthroughnoactoromissionofPartyB.

5.Indemnification

5.1PartyAagreestoindemnifyPartyBagainstanylossesordamagesarisingoutofPartyB'sperformanceofdutiesunderthisContract,excepttotheextentthatsuchlossesordamagesarecausedbythenegligenceorwillfulmisconductofPartyB.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

6.2AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughnegotiationsbetweentheParties.Ifnegotiationsfail,eitherPartymaysubmitthedisputetothe[ArbitrationInstitution],andthedecisionofthearbitrator(s)shallbefinalandbindingupontheParties.
