1.TermsofEmployment

Thisagreementismadebetween[EmployerName](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employer")and[EmployeeName](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employee")on[DateofAgreement].

2.PositionandDuties

TheEmployeeshallbeemployedbytheEmployerinthepositionof[JobTitle]andshallperformsuchdutiesandresponsibilitiesasmaybeassignedtohim/herfromtimetotimebytheEmployer.

3.EmploymentPeriod

Theemploymentrelationshipshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntilterminatedinaccordancewiththetermsofthisagreement.

4.WagesandBenefits

5.HoursofWork

6.Vacation

8.ConfidentialityandNon-Disclosure

TheEmployeeagreestomaintainstrictconfidentialitywithrespecttoallinformationobtainedduringthecourseofemploymentandshallnotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

9.Indemnification

TheEmployeeshallindemnifytheEmployeragainstanyclaims,demands,lossesorexpensesincurredbytheEmployerasaresultoftheEmployee'sbreachofthisagreementoranyactoromissionoftheEmployeeinconnectionwiththeperformanceofhis/herduties.

10.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

Thisagreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country/State]andanydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisagreementshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Country/State].
