一般將來時(shí)表示將來某一時(shí)刻的動(dòng)作或狀態(tài),或?qū)砟骋欢螘r(shí)間內(nèi)經(jīng)常的動(dòng)作或狀態(tài),常常和表示將來的時(shí)間狀語連用,如:tomorrow(明天),soon(不久),nextweek(下周),inthefuture(將來)等。一般將來時(shí)由“助動(dòng)詞shall(第一人稱)/will(第二、三人稱)+動(dòng)詞原形”構(gòu)成。美國英語則不管什么人稱一般都用will。常見結(jié)構(gòu):1.will/shall+動(dòng)詞原形(否定句在will/shall后加not)。這種方法一般單純地表示將來某個(gè)時(shí)間將要發(fā)生的動(dòng)作或存在的狀態(tài)。will用于各種人稱;shall只用于第一人稱。例如:
