AmendmentAgreement

Article6:SuccessorsandAssigns

ThisAmendmentshallbebindinguponandinuretothebenefitofthepartiesheretoandtheirrespectivesuccessorsandassigns.

Article7:Severability

IfanyprovisionofthisAmendmentisheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.

Article8:Waiver

Thewaiverbyeitherpartyofanybreachordefaulthereundershallnotbedeemedawaiverofanyprecedingorsubsequentbreachordefault.

Article9:Headings

TheheadingsoftheArticlesandSectionsofthisAmendmentareforconvenienceonlyandshallnotaffecttheinterpretationorconstructionofanyoftheprovisionshereof.
