職業(yè)教育活動總結(Summaryof

VocationalEducationActivities)

隨著本學期我校各項工作的結束,每周一、二、四下午兩節(jié)課后的職

業(yè)教育活動也告一段落,根據(jù)檢查的情況和各個小組教師們的實際工

作和上繳材料的檢查,現(xiàn)將本學期各組的工作做一匯總,請校領導審

閱。(Withtheendoftheworkofourschoolthissemester,the

1、各個小組的教師們能夠根據(jù)學期初學??偟墓ぷ魉悸钒才牛瑢懗?/p>

自己詳盡的工作計劃,針對學生的實際情況安排相應的訓練內容。(1.

如:自理一組張維平、張玉梅、王紅梅、孫彩霞、二組劉佩蓉、孫文

靜、關金平、趙新華幾位教師,他們這兩個組所面對的學生是我校殘

障程度最為嚴重的,他們有的沒有語言,有的只會說出幾個簡單的詞

語,動手能力、肢體協(xié)調能力、手眼的協(xié)調能力都很差,但老師們能

夠根據(jù)學校提供的簡單器材,如:積木、圖片、玩具、彩紙、珠子、

拼圖、投影等載體來培養(yǎng)學生們參與的意識,使他們感受到與老師、

伙伴在一起的快樂。(Suchas:self-careofagroupofteachers

cultivatestudents,senseofparticipationandmakethemfeel

thejoyofbeingwithteachersandpartners.)

絹花制作小組的于學華、高嵐、李秋云、李祥娟、韓娜幾位教師,為

了提高學生們的訓練積極性,在校內外的各項活動中將自己制作的作

品充分展示,如2010、、28在北京體育大學舉辦的北京市首屆特殊教

育學??鞓愤\動會上絹花制品擺上了主席臺,當這一切看在學生們的

眼里時,激發(fā)了他們更為濃厚的學習制作興趣。(YuXuehua,GaoLan,

崔保倉老師獨立帶領的傳統(tǒng)工藝小組,可以用五個字概括他的努力工

作,那就是“帶、輔導、服務”。在崔老師的努力下,本學期能夠出

現(xiàn)泥塑作品3件、翦紙作品五件的好成績。(Thetraditionalcrafts

王東偉、王培華老師負責的美術小組本學期以讓學生學習掌握繪畫的

基本技法為己任,他們的學生不僅有室內的理論學習,而且還讓他們

參與實踐,給學生以動手的機會,特別是在今年的奧運繪畫比賽中展

現(xiàn)出了他們的才華,讓學生們通過自己的雙手進行描繪,切身感受到

了“美術來源于生活而美化生活”。(TheartteamheadedbyWang

紀曉月、馬春輝、曹秀麗幾位老師負責的感覺統(tǒng)合訓練的學生中有明

顯自閉癥的、多動癥的學生,他們在開學初通過向各個班的老師了解

學生的喜好和平時的表現(xiàn)情況、失調狀況,來制定適合孩子訓練的計

劃,應急方案。通過教師一對一的訓練指導,合理安排訓練強度,激

發(fā)學生們的訓練興趣,他們還能夠在工作中根據(jù)每個學生的實際情

況,及時調整訓練方案,以新的訓練方法指導學生,通過一個學期的

努力,學生們的失調能力不僅得到了較大的改善,語言表達能力也有

了明顯的發(fā)展。(Amongthesensoryintegrationtrainingstudents

體育小組的劉賀江、張立平、李樹林、李萬新、徐學森幾位老師通過

合理分工,明確各自職責,主要開展了以壘球、足球為訓練內容的活

動,他們能夠針對重點隊員加強指導,個別協(xié)調能力較差的學員重點

幫扶,通過努力,他們訓練的學生們參加了2010、、28在北京體育大

學舉辦的北京市首屆特殊教育學??鞓愤\動會的表演,獲得了全市同

高寧、任靜東、王占東、徐淑云老師負責的音樂小組把發(fā)聲方法、唱

歌技巧作為訓練的重點,同時對學生開始了識譜和視唱、節(jié)奏的學習。

通過學習訓練,學生知道了唱歌時“聲音要往眉心送,口腔、牙關要

打開,高音用輕聲,咬字吐字要清晰,唱歌要用心有感情”等方法,

學會了五首歌曲。(ThemusicgroupheadedbyGaoNing,Ren

Jingdong,WangZhandong,andXuShuyunfocusedonvocalization

methodsandsingingskills,andatthesametimebegantolearn

notation,sightsinging,andrhythmforstudents.Through

wordsshouldbeclear,andthesingingshouldbeattentiveand

廖茜、王淑敏老師負責的舞蹈小組本學期的前半階段主要對過去的優(yōu)

秀節(jié)目進行了重新排練,如:《草原魂》、《激情似火》、《馬刀》、《韓

舞》等,為完成學校安排的外演任務打下了良好的基礎。他們在后半

階段以排練新劇目為主要工作,現(xiàn)已基本成型的有一個傣族舞蹈和一

個六人女子舞蹈。不論是新老節(jié)目,兩位老師均是為了更好的完成學

校布置的演出任務。因此在工作中不管是在動作感覺上還是表演上,

都有嚴格的要求,正因為他們對學生的嚴要求,才是我們學校的拳頭

趙鳳霞、侯桂香老師負責的腦癱康復小組克服了學校腦癱康復室被占

用給訓練帶來的種種困難,以學校操場現(xiàn)有器材和簡陋的活動場地為

戰(zhàn)場,根據(jù)學生實際情況的不同,分別制定訓練計劃,實施活動內容,

通過他們的努力,調動了學生積極參與的興趣,使得這些學生在各個

方面均有不同程度的提高。(Thecerebralpalsyrehabilitation

專業(yè)教室,均非專業(yè)教師的情況下,創(chuàng)造性地完成的,他們的勞動付

出才使得我校的這一活動能順利地開展,因此應把贊譽毫不吝嗇得給

業(yè)教育活動也告一段落,根據(jù)檢查的情況和各個小組教師們的實際工

作和上繳材料的檢查,現(xiàn)將本學期各組的工作做一匯總,請校領導審

1、各個小組的教師們能夠根據(jù)學期初學??偟墓ぷ魉悸钒才?,寫出

自己詳盡的工作計劃,針對學生的實際情況安排相應的訓練內容。(1.

如:自理一組張維平、張玉梅、王紅梅、孫彩霞、二組劉佩蓉、孫文

靜、關金平、趙新華幾位教師,他們這兩個組所面對的學生是我校殘

障程度最為嚴重的,他們有的沒有語言,有的只會說出幾個簡單的詞

語,動手能力、肢體協(xié)調能力、手眼的協(xié)調能力都很差,但老師們能

夠根據(jù)學校提供的簡單器材,如:積木、圖片、玩具、彩紙、珠子、

拼圖、投影等載體來培養(yǎng)學生們參與的意識,使他們感受到與老師、

絹花制作小組的于學華、高嵐、李秋云、李祥娟、韓娜幾位教師,為

了提高學生們的訓練積極性,在校內外的各項活動中將自己制作的作

品充分展示,如2010、、28在北京體育大學舉辦的北京市首屆特殊教

育學??鞓愤\動會上絹花制品擺上了主席臺,當這一切看在學生們的

眼里時,激發(fā)了他們更為濃厚的學習制作興趣。(YuXuehua,GaoLan,

崔保倉老師獨立帶領的傳統(tǒng)工藝小組,可以用五個字概括他的努力工

作,那就是“帶、輔導、服務”。在崔老師的努力下,本學期能夠出

王東偉、王培華老師負責的美術小組本學期以讓學生學習掌握繪畫的

基本技法為己任,他們的學生不僅有室內的理論學習,而且還讓他們

參與實踐,給學生以動手的機會,特別是在今年的奧運繪畫比賽中展

現(xiàn)出了他們的才華,讓學生們通過自己的雙手進行描繪,切身感受到

了“美術來源于生活而美化生活”。(TheartteamheadedbyWang

紀曉月、馬春輝、曹秀麗幾位老師負責的感覺統(tǒng)合訓練的學生中有明

顯自閉癥的、多動癥的學生,他們在開學初通過向各個班的老師了解

學生的喜好和平時的表現(xiàn)情況、失調狀況,來制定適合孩子訓練的計

劃,應急方案。通過教師一對一的訓練指導,合理安排訓練強度,激

發(fā)學生們的訓練興趣,他們還能夠在工作中根據(jù)每個學生的實際情

況,及時調整訓練方案,以新的訓練方法指導學生,通過一個學期的

努力,學生們的失調能力不僅得到了較大的改善,語言表達能力也有

了明顯的發(fā)展。(Amongthestudentsinthesensoryintegration

體育小組的劉賀江、張立平、李樹林、李萬新、徐學森幾位老師通過

合理分工,明確各自職責,主要開展了以壘球、足球為訓練內容的活

動,他們能夠針對重點隊員加強指導,個別協(xié)調能力較差的學員重點

幫扶,通過努力,他們訓練的學生們參加了2010、、28在北京體育大

學舉辦的北京市首屆特殊教育學??鞓愤\動會的表演,獲得了全市同

高寧、任靜東、王占東、徐淑云老師負責的音樂小組把發(fā)聲方法、唱

歌技巧作為訓練的重點,同時對學生開始了識譜和視唱、節(jié)奏的學習。

通過學習訓練,學生知道了唱歌時“聲音要往眉心送,口腔、牙關要

打開,高音用輕聲,咬字吐字要清晰,唱歌要用心有感情”等方法,

學會了五首歌曲。(ThemusicgroupheadedbyGaoNing,Ren

methodsandsingingskills,andatthesametimebegantolearn

notation,sightsinging,andrhythmforstudents.Through

andteethshouldbeopened,thehighpitchshouldbesoft,the

wordsshouldbeclear,andthesingingshouldbeheartfeltand

emotional“andothermethods,andlearnedfivesongs.)

廖茜、王淑敏老師負責的舞蹈小組本學期的前半階段主要對過去的優(yōu)

秀節(jié)目進行了重新排練,如:《草原魂》、《激情似火》、《馬刀》、《韓

舞》等,為完成學校安排的外演任務打下了良好的基礎。他們在后半

階段以排練新劇目為主要工作,現(xiàn)已基本成型的有一個傣族舞蹈和一

個六人女子舞蹈。不論是新老節(jié)目,兩位老師均是為了更好的完成學

校布置的演出任務。因此在工作中不管是在動作感覺上還是表演上,

都有嚴格的要求,正因為他們對學生的嚴要求,才是我們學校的拳頭

趙鳳霞、侯桂香老師負責的腦癱康復小組克服了學校腦癱康復室被占

用給訓練帶來的種種困難,以學校操場現(xiàn)有器材和簡陋的活動場地為

戰(zhàn)場,根據(jù)學生實際情況的不同,分別制定訓練計劃,實施活動內容,

通過他們的努力,調動了學生積極參與的興趣,使得這些學生在各個

方面均有不同程度的提高。(Thecerebralpalsyrehabilitation
