粉絲增加服務(wù)合同的退款政策合同編號(hào)：__________fansincreaseservicecontractrefundpolicyBETWEEN:[Contractor’sName](hereinafterreferredtoas"Contractor"),and[Client’sName](hereinafterreferredtoas"Client"),HEREBYAGREEASFOLLOWS:1.SERVICES1.1TheContractoragreestoprovidetheClientwithaservicetoincreasethenumberoffansontheClient'ssocialmediaplatform(s)(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Services").1.2TheServicesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:(a)ProvidingtheClientwithaplantoincreasethenumberoffansontheirsocialmediaplatform(s);(b)Implementingtheplanandmakingattemptstoincreasethenumberoffans;(c)ProvidingtheClientwithregularupdatesontheprogressoftheServices.2.TERM3.PAYMENT3.1InconsiderationfortheServicesprovidedtheContractor,theClientshallpaytheContractorafeeof[feeamount](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Fee").3.2TheClientshallmakethepaymenttotheContractorwithin[paymentperiod]afterthedateoftheinvoiceissuedtheContractor.3.3IftheClientfailstomakethepaymentwithinthespecifiedperiod,theContractorshallbeendtochargeinterestontheoutstandingamountattherateof[interestrate]perannum,calculatedfromtheduedateuntilthedateofactualpayment.4.REFUNDPOLICY4.1TheContractorguaranteesthatthenumberoffansontheClient'ssocialmediaplatform(s)willincrease[guaranteedincrease]withintheagreedTerm.4.2IftheContractorfailstomeettheguaranteedincrease,theClientshallbeendtoarefundoftheFeepaidtotheContractor,calculatedonaproratabasisfortheunexpiredportionoftheTerm.4.3TheContractorshallnotbeliableforanyrefundifthefailuretomeettheguaranteedincreaseisduetoreasonsbeyondtheContractor'scontrol,includingbutnotlimitedto:(a)Changesinthesocialmediaplatform'salgorithmsorpoliciesthataffectthevisibilityoraccessibilityoftheClient'ssocialmediapage(s);(c)TheClient'sdecisiontoterminatetheServicesbeforetheagreedTerm.5.WARRANTIESANDINDEMNIFICATION5.2TheContractorshallindemnifytheClientagainstanyclaims,demands,losses,damages,orexpenses(includingreasonablelegalfees)incurredtheClientasaresultoftheContractor'sbreachofthisAgreementoranyactoromissionoftheContractorinconnectionwiththeperformanceoftheServices.6.TERMINATION6.1EitherPartymayterminatethisAgreementgivingwrittennoticetotheotherPartyif:(a)TheotherPartybreachesanymaterialtermorconditionofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithin[cureperiod]afterreceiptofwrittennoticefromtheotherPartyspecifyingthebreach;(c)TheotherPartyisinbreachofanylegalorregulatoryrequirementapplicabletoitandsuchbreachcannotbecuredwithinareasonableperiod.6.2UponterminationofthisAgreement,theContractorshallpromptlyceaseprovidingtheServicesandreturnanymaterialsbelongingtotheClient.7.CONFIDENTIALITY7.1EachPartyshallkeepconfidentialandnotdisclosetoanythirdpartyanyinformationormaterialofaconfidentialnaturedisclosedtoittheotherPartyinconnectionwiththisAgreement,exceptasrequiredlaworregulation.8.GOVERNINGLAWANDDISPUTERESOLUTION8.一、附件列表：粉絲增加服務(wù)合同服務(wù)進(jìn)度報(bào)告發(fā)票支付證明服務(wù)效果證明二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：1.Contractor未能在約定時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到保證的粉絲增加數(shù)量。2.Client未能在約定時(shí)間內(nèi)支付服務(wù)費(fèi)用。3.Client未能遵守Contractor的建議或指令，導(dǎo)致服務(wù)效果不佳。4.Contractor因客觀原因（如社交平臺(tái)政策變化）導(dǎo)致未能達(dá)到保證的粉絲增加數(shù)量。三、法律名詞及解釋?zhuān)?.合同方：指Contractor和Client。2.服務(wù)費(fèi)用：指Client支付給Contractor的費(fèi)用，用于購(gòu)買(mǎi)粉絲增加服務(wù)。3.保證增加：指Contractor承諾在約定時(shí)間內(nèi)至少增加指定數(shù)量的粉絲。4.違約：指未能履行合同約定的義務(wù)。四、執(zhí)行中遇到的問(wèn)題及解決辦法：1.遇到粉絲增加緩慢的問(wèn)題，Contractor應(yīng)提供新的優(yōu)化方案并加強(qiáng)實(shí)施。2.遇到Client支付延遲的問(wèn)題，Contractor應(yīng)提醒Client并
