7.ForceMajeure

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanydelayorfailureintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetocircumstancesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,war,civilunrest,governmentaction,orunforeseenevents.

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
