1.2.TheEmployee’semploymentshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

2.DutiesandResponsibilities

4.Benefits

6.2.TheEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanycompetingbusinessoractivityduringthetermofthisAgreementandforaperiodof[Non-CompetePeriod]followingtheterminationofthisAgreement.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

7.2.AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughmediation,andifmediationfails,througharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof[ArbitrationInstitution].

8.Miscellaneous

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

8.1.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
