本文件界定了劇院服務(wù)的術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義,規(guī)定了總體要求、劇院服務(wù)設(shè)施、劇院服務(wù)環(huán)境、劇院服務(wù)
人員、劇院服務(wù)內(nèi)容、劇院安全要求、劇院文化建設(shè)和劇院服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。
本文件適用于劇院提供的服務(wù),其他類(lèi)型演出場(chǎng)所自愿參照使用。
注:本文件“劇院”特指公共劇院,即對(duì)外以演出經(jīng)營(yíng)、劇目制作、場(chǎng)地租用等方式運(yùn)營(yíng)的劇院。
