5.PaymentTerms:

8.GoverningLaw:

7.Seller'sLimitationsandCovenants:

b.TheSelleragreesnottoenterintoanyagreementsortransactionsthatwouldconflictwiththeBuyer'srightsunderthisAgreement.

8.ThirdParty'sLiability:
