(1980年2月12日第五屆全國人民代表大會常務(wù)委員會第十三次會議通過

根據(jù)2004年8月28日第十屆全國人民代表大會常務(wù)委員會第十一次會議

《關(guān)于修改〈中華人民共和國學(xué)位條例〉的決定》修正)第六條高等學(xué)校和科學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的研究生,或具有研究生畢業(yè)同等學(xué)力的人員,通過博士學(xué)位的課程考試和論文答辯,成績合格,達(dá)到下述學(xué)術(shù)水平者,授予博士學(xué)位:(一)在本門學(xué)科上掌握堅實(shí)寬廣的基礎(chǔ)理論和系統(tǒng)深入的專門知識;(二)具有獨(dú)立從事科學(xué)研究工作的能力;(三)在科學(xué)或?qū)iT技術(shù)上做出創(chuàng)造性的成果。2我院對博士畢業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)論文的要求1、發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文的基本要求(需滿足下列條件之一) (1)在國際主要學(xué)術(shù)期刊或國內(nèi)一級學(xué)會的一級學(xué)報(如測繪學(xué)報、遙感學(xué)報、地理學(xué)報、電子學(xué)報、計算機(jī)學(xué)報等)上發(fā)表1篇與博士學(xué)位論文相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)論文。 (2)在“985工程”或“211工程”大學(xué)的學(xué)報上發(fā)表2篇內(nèi)容不重復(fù)、并與博士學(xué)位論文相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)論文,其中至少有1篇在申請答辯時已被刊出。
