6.WarrantiesandIndemnification

TheSellerwarrantsthatthegoodsshallbetransportedwithduecareanddiligence.TheSellershallindemnifytheBuyeragainstanyloss,damage,ordelaycausedbytheSeller'snegligenceorbreachofthisContract.TheBuyershallindemnifytheSelleragainstanyloss,damage,ordelaycausedbytheBuyer'snegligenceorbreachofthisContract.

7.ForceMajeure

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedto,actsofGod,naturaldisasters,war,civilunrest,governmentactions,andtransportationdisruptions.

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
