5.WarrantiesandLiability

6.ForceMajeure

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayinperformanceunderthisAgreementduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,war,strike,labordisputes,governmentactions,oranyotherunforeseencircumstances.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
