Generalprovisions1、混凝土強度應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土強度檢驗評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB/T?50107的規(guī)定分批檢驗評定。劃入同一檢驗批的混凝土，其施工持續(xù)時間不宜超過3個月。1.Thestrengthofconcreteshouldbeinspectedandevaluatedinbatchesaccordingtothecurrentnationalstandard"ConcreteStrengthInspectionandEvaluationStandard"GB/T50107.Theconstructiondurationofconcretethatisincludedinthesameinspectionbatchshouldnotexceed3months.一般規(guī)定Generalprovisions檢驗評定混凝土強度時，應(yīng)采用28d或設(shè)計規(guī)定齡期的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)試件。Wheninspectingandevaluatingthestrengthofconcrete,standardcuringspecimensof28daysordesignspecifiedageshouldbeused.1、一般規(guī)定

Generalprovisions試件成型方法及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)條件應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《普通混凝土力學(xué)性能試驗方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB/T?50081的規(guī)定。采用蒸汽養(yǎng)護(hù)的構(gòu)件，其試件應(yīng)先隨構(gòu)件同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)，然后再置入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下繼續(xù)養(yǎng)護(hù)至28d或設(shè)計規(guī)定齡期。Themethodofformingthespecimensandthestandardcuringconditionsshouldbeinaccordancewiththecurrentnationalstandard"StandardforMechanicalPropertiesofOrdinaryConcreteTestMethods"GB/T50081.Thespecimensofsteam-curedcomponentsshouldbecuredunderthesameconditionsasthecomponentsbeforetheyareplacedunderstandardcuringconditionsandcontinuetobecureduntil28dorthedesignage.1、一般規(guī)定

Rawmaterials1、水泥進(jìn)場時，應(yīng)對其品種、代號、強度等級、包裝或散裝編號、出廠日期等進(jìn)行檢查，并應(yīng)對水泥的強度、安定性和凝結(jié)時間進(jìn)行檢驗，檢驗結(jié)果應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《通用硅酸鹽水泥》GB?175的相關(guān)規(guī)定。1.Whencemententersthesite,itsvariety,code,strengthgrade,packagingorbulknumber,factorydate,etc.shouldbeinspected,andthestrength,stability,andsettingtimeofthecementshouldbeinspected.Theinspectionresultsshouldcomplywiththerelevantprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandard"GeneralPortlandCement"GB175.2、原材料

Rawmaterials檢查數(shù)量：按同一廠家、同一品種、同一代號、同一強度等級、同一批號且連續(xù)進(jìn)場的水泥，袋裝不超過200t為一批，散裝不超過500t為一批，每批抽樣數(shù)量不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Forcementfromthesamemanufacturer,variety,code,strengthgrade,batchnumber,andcontinuouslyenteringthesite,bagscontainingnomorethan200tshallbeconsideredasonebatch,andbulkcontainingnomorethan500tshallbeconsideredasonebatch.Thesamplingquantityforeachbatchshallnotbelessthanone.檢驗方法：檢查質(zhì)量證明文件和抽樣檢驗報告。Inspectionmethod:Checkthequalitycertificatedocumentsandsamplinginspectionreports.2、原材料

Rawmaterials2、混凝土外加劑進(jìn)場時，應(yīng)對其品種、性能、出廠日期等進(jìn)行檢查，并應(yīng)對外加劑的相關(guān)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢驗，檢驗結(jié)果應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土外加劑》GB?8076和《混凝土外加劑應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》GB?50119等的規(guī)定。2.Whenconcreteadmixturesenterthesite,theirvariety,performance,productiondate,etc.shouldbeinspected,andtherelevantperformanceindicatorsoftheadmixturesshouldbeinspected.Theinspectionresultsshouldcomplywiththecurrentnationalstandardssuchas"ConcreteAdmixtures"GB8076and"TechnicalSpecificationfortheApplicationofConcreteAdmixtures"GB50119.檢查數(shù)量：按同一廠家、同一品種、同一性能、同一批號且連續(xù)進(jìn)場的混凝土外加劑，不超過50t為一批，每批抽樣數(shù)最不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Forconcreteadmixturesfromthesamemanufacturer,variety,performance,batchnumber,andcontinuouslyenteringthesite,abatchofnomorethan50tonsshallbeconsideredasabatch,andeachbatchshallbesampledatleastonce.檢驗方法：檢查質(zhì)量證明文件和抽樣檢驗報告。Inspectionmethod:Checkthequalitycertificatedocumentsandsamplinginspectionreports.2、原材料

Rawmaterials3、混凝土用礦物摻合料進(jìn)場時，應(yīng)對其品種、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、出廠日期等進(jìn)行檢查，并應(yīng)對礦物摻合料的相關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢驗，檢驗結(jié)果應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。3.Whenmineraladmixturesforconcreteenterthesite,theirvariety,technicalindicators,productiondate,etc.shouldbeinspected,andtherelevanttechnicalindicatorsofmineraladmixturesshouldbeinspected.Theinspectionresultsshouldcomplywiththecurrentnationalstandards.檢查數(shù)量：按同一廠家、同一品種、同一技術(shù)指標(biāo)、同一批號且連續(xù)進(jìn)場的礦物摻合料，粉煤灰、石灰石粉、磷渣粉和鋼鐵渣粉不超過200t為一批，粒化高爐礦渣粉和復(fù)合礦物摻合料不超過500t為一批，沸石粉不超過120t為一批，硅灰不超過30t為一批，每批抽樣數(shù)量不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Formineraladmixturesfromthesamemanufacturer,variety,technicalspecifications,batchnumber,andcontinuouslyenteringthesite,abatchofflyash,limestonepowder,phosphorusslagpowder,andsteelslagpowdershallnotexceed200t,abatchofgranulatedblastfurnaceslagpowderandcompositemineraladmixturesshallnotexceed500t,abatchofzeolitepowdershallnotexceed120t,andabatchofsilicaashshallnotexceed30t.Thesamplingquantityforeachbatchshallnotbelessthanonce.檢驗方法：檢查質(zhì)量證明文件和抽樣檢驗報告。Inspectionmethod:Checkthequalitycertificatedocumentsandsamplinginspectionreports.4、混凝土原材料中的粗骨料、細(xì)骨料質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《普通混凝土用砂、石質(zhì)量及檢驗方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ?52的規(guī)定，使用經(jīng)過凈化處理的海砂應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《海砂混凝土應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》JGJ?206的規(guī)定，再生混凝土骨料應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土用再生粗骨料》GB/T?25177和《混凝土和砂漿用再生細(xì)骨料》GB/T?25176的規(guī)定。4.Thequalityofcoarseandfineaggregatesinconcreterawmaterialsshouldcomplywiththecurrentindustrystandard"StandardforQualityandInspectionMethodsofSandandStoneforOrdinaryConcrete"JGJ52,andtheuseofpurifiedseasandshouldcomplywiththecurrentindustrystandard"TechnicalSpecificationforApplicationofSeaSandConcrete"JGJ206,RecycledconcreteaggregatesshouldcomplywiththecurrentnationalstandardsGB/T25177"RecycledCoarseAggregatesforConcrete"andGB/T25176"RecycledFineAggregatesforConcreteandMortar".檢查數(shù)量：按現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《普通混凝土用砂、石質(zhì)量及檢驗方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ?52的規(guī)定確定。Inspectionquantity:determinedinaccordancewiththecurrentindustrystandard"StandardforQualityandInspectionMethodsofSandandStoneforOrdinaryConcrete"JGJ52.檢驗方法：檢查抽樣檢驗報告。Inspectionmethod:Checkthesamplinginspectionreport.5、混凝土拌制及養(yǎng)護(hù)用水應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ?63的規(guī)定。采用飲用水時，可不檢驗；采用中水、攪拌站清洗水、施工現(xiàn)場循環(huán)水等其他水源時，應(yīng)對其成分進(jìn)行檢驗。5.Thewaterusedforconcretemixingandcuringshouldcomplywiththecurrentindustrystandard"ConcreteWaterStandard"JGJ63.Whenusingdrinkingwater,inspectionmaynotberequired;Whenusingotherwatersourcessuchasreclaimedwater,mixingplantcleaningwater,andconstructionsitecirculatingwater,theircompositionshouldbeinspected.檢查數(shù)量：同一水源檢查不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Thesamewatersourceinspectionshouldnotbelessthanonce.檢驗方法：檢查水質(zhì)檢驗報告。Inspectionmethod:Checkthewaterqualityinspectionreport.1、預(yù)拌混凝土進(jìn)場時，其質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《預(yù)拌混凝土》GB/T?14902的規(guī)定。1.Whenpremixedconcreteentersthesite,itsqualityshouldcomplywiththecurrentnationalstandard"PremixedConcrete"GB/T14902.3混凝土拌合物Concretemixes檢查數(shù)量：全數(shù)檢查。Inspectionquantity:Allinspections.3混凝土拌合物Concretemixes檢驗方法：檢查質(zhì)量證明文件。Inspectionmethod:Checkthequalitycertificatedocuments.2、混凝土拌合物不應(yīng)離析。2.Theconcretemixtureshouldnotseparate.3混凝土拌合物Concretemixes檢查數(shù)量：全數(shù)檢查。Inspectionquantity:Allinspections.檢驗方法：觀察。Inspectionmethod:Observation.3、混凝土中氯離子含量和堿總含量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB?50010的規(guī)定和設(shè)計要求。3.Thechlorideioncontentandtotalalkalicontentinconcreteshouldcomplywiththeprovisionsanddesignrequirementsofthecurrentnationalstandard"CodeforDesignofConcreteStructures"GB50010.檢查數(shù)量：同一配合比的混凝土檢查不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Concretewiththesamemixratioshouldnotbeinspectedlessthanonce.檢驗方法：檢查原材料試驗報告和氯離子、堿的總含量計算書。Inspectionmethod:Checktherawmaterialtestreportandthetotalcontentcalculationofchlorideionsandalkali.4、首次使用的混凝土配合比應(yīng)進(jìn)行開盤鑒定，其原材料、強度、凝結(jié)時間、稠度等應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計配合比的要求。4.Theconcretemixproportionusedforthefirsttimeshouldbesubjectedtoopeningevaluation,anditsrawmaterials,strength,settingtime,consistency,etc.shouldmeettherequirementsofthedesignmixproportion.檢查數(shù)量：同一配合比的混凝土檢查不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Concretewiththesamemixratioshouldnotbeinspectedlessthanonce.檢驗方法：檢查開盤鑒定資料和強度試驗報告。Inspectionmethod:Checktheopeningappraisaldataandstrengthtestreport.3、混凝土拌合物
