(I)Conceptofdrugstandardsubstances1藥品標準物質(zhì)Drugstandardsubstances藥品標準物質(zhì)，是藥品檢驗中使用的實物對照物質(zhì)，具有確定特性量值，用于校準設備、評價測量方法或者給供試藥品賦值的物質(zhì)，包括標準品、對照品、對照藥材、參考品等。在藥品檢驗中，它是確定藥品真?zhèn)蝺?yōu)劣的對照，是控制藥品質(zhì)量必不可少的工具。

(I)Conceptofdrugstandardsubstances2生物標準物質(zhì)Biologicalstandardsubstances生物標準物質(zhì)是用于那些不能用化學或物理量表示強度，而只能用生物方法測定效價的品種。它是在用生物方法進行檢驗時，使其表示的效價或活性在不同地點、不同條件、不同操作者得出相對一致性結(jié)果的一種工具。只有當被測物質(zhì)純度高，結(jié)構(gòu)清楚，用理化方法控制質(zhì)量分析的條件成熟后，該品種的化學測定用標準物質(zhì)才應建立，生物標準物質(zhì)才因完成其使命而被停用。

I.Standardsubstances（二）生物標準物質(zhì)效價單位的含義與效價的表示方法

(II)Meaningofthepotencyunitofabiologicalstandardsubstanceandtheexpressionofpotency目前生物標準品的生物活性統(tǒng)一采用世界衛(wèi)生組織通用的國際單位（IU）或單位（u）表示方法。效價單位是生物檢定中表達藥物效力強弱或活性物質(zhì)含量的一種公認的計量單位，每種對比用的標準品都有法定的效價單位的含義，以資統(tǒng)一。

標準品是指用于生物檢定、抗生素或生化藥品中含量測定或效價測定的標準物質(zhì)，以效價單位（u）或μg表示，如硫酸鏈霉素標準品、胰島素標準品等。

II.Testproducts供試品是供檢定用的樣品，可以是制劑，也可以是原料藥或半成品，它的活性組分應與標準物質(zhì)基本相同。按存在狀態(tài)不同，供試品可分為固體供試品、半固體供試品和液體供試品等，檢定時都需配制或稀釋成一定濃度的供試液。各供試品所含活性成分的性質(zhì)及制劑類別不同，供試液的制備方法亦各異，一般都需制備成與標準品溶液濃度相當?shù)墓┰囈骸?/p>
