Forthisprojecttowork,lotsofpersonaldatawillneedtobecollected.Thisworriesmanywhoareconcernedaboutprotectingtheirprivacy.Thisisaquestionthatstillneedstobesolved.

InternetaccessinUgandahasbeengrowingrapidlyoverthepast10years.In2010,lessthan10percentofits32.4millionpopulationwasonline.Today,thatnumberhasgrowntoover40percent.Butaccessstilldoesnotexistinmanyruralareas.GovernmentsaretryingtobringtheInternettomoreUgandanvillages.Bigtechnologycompaniesarehelping,too.
