Urging、ExaminingandAmendmentsofL/C知識(shí)目標(biāo)：掌握催證函、審證函和改證函的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、相關(guān)專業(yè)術(shù)語和典型表達(dá)。能力目標(biāo)：能夠根據(jù)實(shí)際情況運(yùn)用相關(guān)術(shù)語和典型句式，準(zhǔn)確、流暢地書寫各類催證函、審證函和改證函。Learningobjectives商務(wù)知識(shí)（Businessknowledge）催證函、審證函和改證函的基本結(jié)構(gòu)（Letterstructure）寫信注意事項(xiàng)（Tipsforletterwriting）3Introduction商務(wù)知識(shí)催證(UrgingEstablishmentofL/C)合同簽訂后，如是采用信用證付款，進(jìn)口方應(yīng)當(dāng)在合同規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)向開證行申請開立信用證。通常信用證開出后必須在裝船日期前15天（或30天）到達(dá)賣方，這樣賣方能有足夠的時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備裝運(yùn)事宜。但是，實(shí)際上，由于市場狀況變化或者缺少資金，買方未去開立信用證或者拖延開立時(shí)間。在這種情況下，賣方通常會(huì)催促買方盡快開立信用證。在外貿(mào)活動(dòng)中，如一方未能按合同要求或條款履行某一事項(xiàng)，另一方也可以向其發(fā)出催促函：如催貨款、催寄單、催派船等。寫作技巧與催證函大同小異。商務(wù)知識(shí)審證(ExaminingofL/C)審證即審核信用證，是指對國外進(jìn)口方通過銀行開來的信用證內(nèi)容進(jìn)行全面審核，以確定是接受還是修改。信用證應(yīng)與買賣合同相符。但在很多實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)中,買方開來的信用證并非與合同完全相符。分析原因，無外乎有兩種：工作疏忽或故意。無論那種原因造成不符，都會(huì)給賣方履行合同、安全收匯造成隱患。對此，出口商必須提高警惕，注意做好對信用證的審核。國際貨易中，審核的依據(jù)是合同和“UCP600”。審證的基本原則就是要求信用證條款與合同的規(guī)定相一致，除非事先征得我方出口企業(yè)的同意，在信用證中不得增減或改變合同條款的內(nèi)容。審證工作由我國銀行和進(jìn)出口公司共同承擔(dān)。銀行審核開證行的政治背景、資信情況、付款責(zé)任和索匯路線，以及鑒定信用證真?zhèn)蔚取＿M(jìn)出口公司則著重審核信用證內(nèi)容與合同條款是否一致。商務(wù)知識(shí)改證(AmendmenttoL/C)當(dāng)賣方收到信用證后，首先要仔細(xì)審核信用證的條款是否與合同完全一致。如果信用證中有條款與合同中的規(guī)定不符或存在錯(cuò)誤，賣方需要立即通知買方，要求其立即向開證行申請修改信用證。此外，如果買方發(fā)現(xiàn)信用證需要修改，買方也可以主動(dòng)申請修改信用證。同時(shí)，為了避免因修改信用證產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用，進(jìn)口商通常在指示銀行開立信用證之前，常發(fā)送給出口方一份開立信用證的申請書，以便出口方審查和確認(rèn)信用證各項(xiàng)條款，如信用證金額、所需單據(jù)名稱和數(shù)量、有效日期和交貨地點(diǎn)、時(shí)間等，是否與合同一致。
