文體分析

勸說性的書信寫作目的是向某個組織或個人提出勸說性的建議的一種應(yīng)用文體。先提出建議，隨后給出充足的理由勸說對方接受你的建議，提出的理由要合情合理，用詞要恰當(dāng)，既要委婉禮貌，又要有說服力。

基本結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容

首先點明寫信的目的是提勸說性的建議，然后講清楚建議的事項、理由、具體建議和措施，最后再一次提出希望，禮貌結(jié)束全文。

本單元的寫作目標(biāo)是“倡議信”。通常由個人或集體發(fā)出，作用是倡導(dǎo)某項活動，常用________時或________時。Para.1

開門見山，說明倡議背景、目的。Para.2分析原因

針對具體問題發(fā)出倡議時，要提出解決問題的具體措施，要重點突出，層次分明。Para.3總結(jié)全文
