4.3TheSellershallensurethattheGoodsarepackedinaccordancewiththerelevantregulationsandstandards,andthepackagingissufficienttoensurethesafetyoftheGoodsduringtransportation.

5.INSPECTIONANDACCEPTANCE

6.2TheSeller'sliabilityforanybreachoftheContractshallbelimitedtotheactuallossessufferedbytheBuyer,providedthatsuchlossesarereasonablyforeseeable.

7.FORCEMAJEURE

7.1IfeitherpartyisunabletoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoaneventofForceMajeure,suchaswar,naturaldisaster,oranyotherunforeseeableandirresistibleevent,theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwriting.

7.2IfaneventofForceMajeurecontinuesforaperiodexceeding[ForceMajeureDuration],eitherpartymayterminatethisContractwithoutliability.

8.DISPUTERESOLUTION

8.1AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.

5.BUYER'SRIGHTSANDINTERESTS

6.SELLER'SOBLIGATIONSANDLIMITATIONS

7.FORCEMAJEURE

7.1IfeithertheBuyer,Seller,orThirdPartyisunabletoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoaneventofForceMajeure,suchaswar,naturaldisaster,oranyotherunforeseeableandirresistibleevent,theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartiesinwriting.

7.2IfaneventofForceMajeurecontinuesforaperiodexceeding[ForceMajeureDuration],eithertheBuyerortheSellermayterminatethisContractwithoutliability.

8.DISPUTERESOLUTION

10.SUMMARY
