Key points at exam rooms考試注意事項(xiàng)第一步:步入考場(chǎng)BEC Higher考試在周六的上午九點(diǎn)開(kāi)始,考生在8:40分進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)。由于每個(gè)考點(diǎn)都會(huì)有很多考生來(lái)參加考試,所以你會(huì)和別的同學(xué)分配到不同的教室里進(jìn)行考試。那么你憑什么進(jìn)入這間教室而不是那間教室呢?你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)你的準(zhǔn)考證上已經(jīng)為你編寫了考號(hào),比如CN /1 56。在斜杠前面的字母CN是中國(guó)的代碼,數(shù)字表示的是你所報(bào)考的考點(diǎn)號(hào)是多少;而后面的56就是你的考號(hào)了。到了考試當(dāng)天,你可以按照考場(chǎng)的分布圖找到56號(hào)應(yīng)該在哪間教室。要想進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)還必須憑自己的準(zhǔn)考證和能證明自己身份的身份證(或護(hù)照等)才能入場(chǎng)。在找到考試房間后,你還必須要非常冷靜的找到自己的座位號(hào)才能入座,因?yàn)樵谶@種考試中實(shí)行的是實(shí)名制,即每張答題卡上都印有考生的姓名。如果你坐在了50號(hào)的位子上,那么你就會(huì)為考號(hào)是50的同學(xué)回答試卷,而最后到頭來(lái)你的試卷要么沒(méi)人答,要么就是一位水平不可預(yù)知的同學(xué)為你答卷,后果可想而知。當(dāng)你確認(rèn)你所在的地方就是你的考號(hào)應(yīng)該在的地方,那么這時(shí)你要將自己隨身攜帶的文具以及準(zhǔn)考證和身份證放在桌面上,而要將與考試無(wú)關(guān)的書(shū)本放在考場(chǎng)的前面,并將自己的手機(jī)或呼機(jī)關(guān)掉?,F(xiàn)在你就可以安心準(zhǔn)備領(lǐng)取試卷了。第二步:填寫答題卡每個(gè)考場(chǎng)都會(huì)有兩名中國(guó)考官監(jiān)考。在8:45分左右,考官會(huì)宣讀考場(chǎng)紀(jì)律及注意事項(xiàng)。到了8:50分左右,考官會(huì)發(fā)放試卷及答題卡。首先發(fā)到大家手上的是一張上寫著B(niǎo)EC Higher Reading Answer Sheet的答題卡,這張是閱讀部分的答題卡,共6個(gè)部分,正反兩面;當(dāng)大家拿到這張答題卡的時(shí)候,你們首先應(yīng)該先看答題卡的表頭部分,在Candidate Name(考生姓名)的后面會(huì)有一個(gè)全部大寫字母拼寫出來(lái)的名字,比如有一個(gè)考生的姓名是曹益碩,那么在他的答題卡上就會(huì)有一個(gè)以這樣形式出現(xiàn)的名字,即CAO YISHUO。到時(shí)候,你的名字也會(huì)出現(xiàn)在答題卡上,你的考號(hào)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)在旁邊的方格里,比如0001,即1號(hào)考生?,F(xiàn)在,你需要做的工作就是確認(rèn)這張印著名字的答題卡是不是你的。只要你坐的地方正確,發(fā)給你的答題卡就應(yīng)該是你的,不會(huì)有什么問(wèn)題。如果你要確認(rèn)的話,你應(yīng)該查看的信息有:你的姓名是否拼寫正確,你的考號(hào)是否寫對(duì)。(1)如果姓名的拼寫及考號(hào)均正確,請(qǐng)?jiān)贑andidates Signature(考生簽名)后面的虛線上簽名。(2)如果姓名拼寫有誤,或是準(zhǔn)考證上的身份證號(hào)有誤,都可以舉手向監(jiān)考老師示意。監(jiān)考老師會(huì)在考試后將你正確的信息做記錄,登在劍橋的勘誤表上,。等你再拿到成績(jī)的時(shí)候,這些相關(guān)信息就是正確的了。所以你不用為這一點(diǎn)而感到擔(dān)心。那么這里大家還有三點(diǎn)需要注意(一)在簽名確認(rèn)時(shí),你必須拿鉛筆來(lái)確認(rèn)簽字,這在答題卡上也能看到:Use a PENCIL (B or HB)。(二)在考號(hào)的下面還有方格,有很多同學(xué)在各種不同的考試中都會(huì)遇到這樣的方格,所以就習(xí)慣性的將它們涂黑。這里要提醒大家注意:在BEC Higher的考試中你是不需要將它們涂黑的。你只要看看考號(hào)是不是你的就可以了。(三)在簽名確認(rèn)時(shí),有許多同學(xué)會(huì)模仿上面的樣子都大寫自己的名字,這樣不叫簽名。正確簽名的方法是將姓的第一個(gè)字母大寫,將名的第一個(gè)字母大寫就可以了。例如:CAO YISHUO(三個(gè)字)的簽名應(yīng)該是Cao Yishuo。如果是CAO YI(兩個(gè)字)的答題卡進(jìn)行確認(rèn)時(shí),應(yīng)該簽成是Cao Yi。道理是一樣的。第三步:領(lǐng)取試卷并填寫相關(guān)內(nèi)容在大家將自己的答題卡進(jìn)行確認(rèn)簽名后,這時(shí)監(jiān)考老師會(huì)發(fā)放閱讀試卷。在這份試卷的上方都會(huì)有這樣的信息:Centre NumberCandidate NumberCandidate Name _這時(shí)監(jiān)考老師還會(huì)要求你將你的姓名再一次填寫在這份試卷上,用的方法還是簽名的方式,即姓的首字母和名的首字母大寫,而其他字母不用大寫。這之后是一個(gè)方框,第一個(gè)內(nèi)容是填寫中心考號(hào)。到考試當(dāng)天老師會(huì)在黑板上書(shū)寫出你所報(bào)考的考點(diǎn)號(hào),在我們給出的例子中,這個(gè)考點(diǎn)的號(hào)碼是CN196,這時(shí)你就將CN196寫在這第一個(gè)方格里。第二個(gè)方格中需要的信息是考生考號(hào)。比如你的考號(hào)是56號(hào)的話,那么你應(yīng)該寫成是0056。請(qǐng)參看下面的樣子:我叫曹益碩,我的考號(hào)是135號(hào),我報(bào)考的考點(diǎn)是CN196。Centre NumberCandidate NumberCandidate Name: Cao Yishuo CN1960135這時(shí)離9:00開(kāi)始考試的時(shí)間差不多了,大家要記住第一項(xiàng)考試閱讀部分的考試時(shí)間為60分鐘,你要嚴(yán)格按照考試時(shí)間要求,否則有些題目可能會(huì)做不完。而且你一定要注意要將所有的答案都填寫在答題卡上。因?yàn)樗写鸢付家栽诖痤}卡上的為準(zhǔn),如果有的答案還沒(méi)有來(lái)得及填寫上,即使你已經(jīng)在試卷上寫上了答案,那也無(wú)濟(jì)于事。第四步:考試中在離考試結(jié)束還有十分鐘的時(shí)候,考官會(huì)提醒你還有十分鐘就要結(jié)束。There is ten minutes left.在離考試結(jié)束還有五分鐘的時(shí)候,考官會(huì)再一次提醒你還有五分鐘考試就會(huì)結(jié)束。There is five minutes left.第五步:考試結(jié)束,收試卷在60分鐘考試結(jié)束后,老師會(huì)要求大家停筆。這時(shí)老師會(huì)逐個(gè)收走你的試卷和答題卡。這部分考試結(jié)束,請(qǐng)大家在原位上不動(dòng),繼續(xù)等待寫作考試的開(kāi)始。寫作考試寫作考試是在BEC改革之后變化比較大的一個(gè)部分。首先,考試中給你下發(fā)的試卷和答題卡合二為一。你只要在試卷封面將名字和考號(hào)填好就可以。其次,試卷部分要用簽字筆或鋼筆在規(guī)定位置完成。這與其他兩個(gè)部分的考試用鉛筆完成有著很大的不同。在老師發(fā)出指令宣布寫作考試開(kāi)始后,大家要記住寫作部分的考試時(shí)間為70分鐘,你要嚴(yán)格按照考試時(shí)間要求,否則文章可能會(huì)寫不完。同樣,在離考試結(jié)束還有十分鐘的時(shí)候,考官會(huì)提醒你還有十分鐘就要結(jié)束。There are ten minutes left.在離考試結(jié)束還有五分鐘的時(shí)候,考官會(huì)再一次提醒你還有五分鐘考試就會(huì)結(jié)束。There are five minutes left.在70分鐘考試結(jié)束后,老師會(huì)要求大家停筆。這時(shí)老師會(huì)逐個(gè)收走你的試卷和答題卡。這部分考試結(jié)束,請(qǐng)大家在原位上不動(dòng),繼續(xù)等待聽(tīng)力考試的開(kāi)始。聽(tīng)力考試聽(tīng)力考試重復(fù)著上面的幾個(gè)步驟。老師會(huì)首先下發(fā)聽(tīng)力答題卡,即BEC Higher Listening Answer Sheet,這張聽(tīng)力部分的答題卡也是正反兩面。那么這時(shí)你首先需要在虛線上經(jīng)確認(rèn)后拿鉛筆簽上自己的名字。然后,老師會(huì)下發(fā)聽(tīng)力試卷,你要在試卷上填寫你的姓名,中心考點(diǎn)號(hào)和你自己的考號(hào)。這里特別要引起大家注意的是,聽(tīng)力考試額外會(huì)給你十分鐘的時(shí)間填寫答題卡,所以這時(shí)你可以將答題卡放在一邊,而將所有的注意力都放在試卷上。等待錄音機(jī)里磁帶開(kāi)始放音。等磁帶內(nèi)容播放結(jié)束后,你可以將試卷上的答案填寫在答題卡上。額外的十分鐘時(shí)間一到,老師會(huì)讓大家將手中的筆放下。待監(jiān)考老師收完所有的答題卡和試卷后,BEC Higher的筆試考試就全部結(jié)束了??谡Z(yǔ)考試考試時(shí)間口語(yǔ)考試是在周六的下午或周日舉行。準(zhǔn)考證上應(yīng)該已經(jīng)非常明確的寫出來(lái)了,所以你在領(lǐng)取準(zhǔn)考證時(shí)就應(yīng)該知道了。答題卡的填涂BEC Higher的答題卡中除了有中國(guó)學(xué)生常見(jiàn)的將方框涂黑的答題方法外,還有另外一類很特殊的答法,所以這里要進(jìn)行特殊的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。在閱讀考試的第五和六部分中答案不再是寫ABCD的選擇題了,而是要求大家寫單詞。在聽(tīng)力考試的第一部分的考題中也不是寫ABC的選擇題,而是書(shū)寫數(shù)字或單詞的題目。下面我們進(jìn)行講解。假設(shè)閱讀第五部分的答案如下:31. Oral Exam Summary一、口語(yǔ)考試之前1考試時(shí)間口語(yǔ)考試是在周六的下午或周日舉行。準(zhǔn)考證上應(yīng)該已經(jīng)非常明確的寫出來(lái)了,所以你在領(lǐng)取準(zhǔn)考證時(shí)就應(yīng)該知道了。2考試形式考試采用的是兩個(gè)學(xué)生與兩位中國(guó)考官的形式。3考試簽到在考生進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)之前,你應(yīng)該憑身份證到候考室領(lǐng)取自己的口語(yǔ)考試評(píng)分卡(BEC Higher Speaking Mark Sheet),上面應(yīng)該有你的姓名和考號(hào)。通常每個(gè)考點(diǎn)都會(huì)有幾組考官同時(shí)進(jìn)行口試,所以你這時(shí)會(huì)被候考室的老師指定到某一房間準(zhǔn)備考試,同時(shí)老師還會(huì)為你找到一位考試時(shí)的搭檔。這時(shí)你拿著評(píng)分卡到指定教室候考就可以了。二、步入考場(chǎng)你何時(shí)可以走進(jìn)口試考場(chǎng)是由考場(chǎng)中的老師示意進(jìn)行的。當(dāng)上一對(duì)考生走出房間后,你還不能進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)。只有當(dāng)口試考官示意你們進(jìn)入后你們方可進(jìn)入。走進(jìn)考場(chǎng)后,你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)有一位老師坐地得離你們比較近,而還有一位老師會(huì)坐得比較遠(yuǎn)。坐在前面的老師負(fù)責(zé)操作整個(gè)考試的進(jìn)行;而坐在較遠(yuǎn)處的老師則一言不發(fā),靜靜地聽(tīng)你們的表現(xiàn)。當(dāng)你和同伴進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)后,你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩把椅子,你可以任意挑選一個(gè)位置坐下。從劍橋大學(xué)的口語(yǔ)題目設(shè)計(jì)上看對(duì)于誰(shuí)先來(lái)回答問(wèn)題做得非常公平,因?yàn)锳、B兩位考生被第一次提問(wèn)的機(jī)會(huì)是均等的。由于是兩個(gè)人同時(shí)參加考試,所以大家不要對(duì)提給對(duì)方的問(wèn)題掉以輕心,因?yàn)樵陬}目設(shè)計(jì)上有很多題目都是用What about you? 或What do you think?這樣的方式問(wèn)出來(lái)的。當(dāng)你們落座后,考官首先會(huì)向大家問(wèn)好,Good morning / afternoon,并會(huì)將自己的名字以及坐在后面聽(tīng)的那位考官的名字告訴給你們。然后老師會(huì)向你們索要評(píng)分卡,考官會(huì)說(shuō)Could you give me your mark sheets? 這時(shí)大家應(yīng)該將棕色的評(píng)分卡遞給考官。三、考試評(píng)分 操作考試的老師為兩個(gè)學(xué)生分別打出兩個(gè)總體印象分(Global Mark)。 坐在后面的老師為你們的語(yǔ)言從四個(gè)方面打分:Grammar and Vocabulary(語(yǔ)法和詞匯), Discourse Management(語(yǔ)言控制), Pronunciation(發(fā)音),和 Interactive Communication(相互交流能力)。這以上共有五項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,每一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容打分從0分打到5分,其中還有半分。由此大家可以發(fā)現(xiàn)在打分過(guò)程中,老師是不會(huì)在考生之間進(jìn)行對(duì)比打分的;也不會(huì)因?yàn)槟阍谀骋坏李}目上的發(fā)揮而影響你最終的分?jǐn)?shù),而是通過(guò)你整個(gè)階段的語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評(píng)估。所以這里要求大家不要因?yàn)槟骋粋€(gè)問(wèn)題沒(méi)有回答上來(lái)而感到灰心喪氣,繼續(xù)沉著作答,順利完成考試。如果考試時(shí)你有的題目沒(méi)有聽(tīng)懂,這時(shí)一定要讓考官給你再重復(fù)一遍,你可以說(shuō)Can you repeat it please? 或 Could you say that again?如果你有說(shuō)得不對(duì)的地方,這時(shí)你是可以進(jìn)行更正的,劍橋大學(xué)還是很看重語(yǔ)言修復(fù)能力的。但是如果你總是在修改就必然會(huì)影響你的連貫表達(dá),所以做適當(dāng)?shù)男迯?fù),而一定要注意語(yǔ)言的流利度。四、口語(yǔ)考試的流程及應(yīng)試指導(dǎo) 口語(yǔ)考試開(kāi)始后共進(jìn)行三個(gè)部分的考察。第一部分:考官與兩位考生對(duì)于日常生活及商務(wù)話題進(jìn)行交流。(3分鐘)第二部分:由兩位學(xué)生分別做長(zhǎng)度為一分鐘的講話,話題會(huì)在考試中給出。(6分鐘)第三部分:兩名學(xué)生之間進(jìn)行交流,后再由考官與兩名考生進(jìn)行交流。(7分鐘)第一部分:在第一部分中可能會(huì)被問(wèn)及的問(wèn)題及答案指導(dǎo):1. Therefore, I think, firstly, we should define the target customers. Then, we need to find out a proper advertising channel. By this, I mean different media have different effects on audience and different media have different focus. For instance, TV commercials can combine the vivid pictures with interesting promoting sentences. So the channel of advertising should be taken into consideration. Next we should consider the frequency of advertising. Do we need a quick response from the pubic or a long one? If we advertise the product once a day, the effect must be different from advertising once a week. If we advertise it for a fortnight, the effect must be different from advertising for one month.
