Topic 3 Lets celebrate!Section A . Material analysis 本節(jié)課是第八單元話題三的第一課時,是本冊書最后一個話題的第一節(jié)課,主要活動是1a、2和3。將要學(xué)習(xí)如何正確使用一般現(xiàn)在時描述經(jīng)常的或習(xí)慣性的動作和狀態(tài),還將以中西對比的方式引入中西方的幾個重要節(jié)日及它們的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和慶祝方式,讓學(xué)生了解中西方文化的差異,正確看待外來文化并弘揚民族文化;語音板塊主要學(xué)習(xí)字母組合g/ t/ b/ p/ d/ c + le, t/v + en, s + on/ in 的讀音規(guī)則并根據(jù)所學(xué)音標(biāo)進行單詞的拼讀和拼寫。. Teaching aims1. Knowledge aims 能夠根據(jù)圖文說出并拼寫關(guān)于節(jié)日與食物的詞匯:festival, dumpling, Christmas, sweet, luck等; 能夠正確使用一般現(xiàn)在時描述經(jīng)常的或習(xí)慣性的動作和狀態(tài),如: They often eat turkey and Christmas cakes and give each other presents. 能夠運用有關(guān)慶祝節(jié)日等交際功能的基本表達法進行交流,如:(1)Chinese people eat dumplings and perform lion and dragon dances.(2)Many people eat turkey and pumpkin pie. 能夠掌握字母組合g/ t/ b/ p/ d/ c/ + le, t/v + en, s + on/ in 的讀音規(guī)則并根據(jù)所學(xué)音標(biāo)進行單詞的拼讀和拼寫。2. Skill aims 能夠聽懂涉及某些重要節(jié)日的敘述; 能夠根據(jù)圖文說出本話題的詞匯、短語和句型; 能夠正確地朗讀短文,注意語音語調(diào); 能寫出談?wù)摵徒榻B節(jié)日慶祝方式的句子。3. Emotional aims 積極參與課堂活動,大膽發(fā)言,勇于探索知識; 能在小組活動中積極與他人合作,互相幫助,共同完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。. Read the short passage and point out the new words:festival, dragon, sweet, luck, etc.3. Learn the new words together and read after the tape.4. Families in America get together for a big dinner. 1. Show the picture of the Spring Festival on the screen and let students talk about the picture by themselves.2. Let students read the short passage about the Spring Festival and try to the guess the meaning of the new words by themselves.3. Point out the new words and teach them for several times. Then play the tape and let students read after the tape.4.
