有三點(diǎn)你必須要讓面試官看到:自信、好學(xué)、對未來有規(guī)劃。1、你為什么要選擇這份工作?一份好的工作是讓自己可以獲得持續(xù)發(fā)展的職業(yè),甚至是一份可以終身經(jīng)營的事業(yè)。我正在尋找什么,而公司可以給我提供什么,我能為公司做什么。明確的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和目標(biāo),不斷學(xué)習(xí)和鍛煉的機(jī)會,對該行業(yè)的特定知識和特殊技能,潛在的作為終身事業(yè)追求的可能,有意義的工作內(nèi)容、工作環(huán)境我現(xiàn)在對自己的規(guī)劃是未來35年內(nèi),使自己成為在專業(yè)上有一定見解,能獨(dú)立承擔(dān)任務(wù)的技術(shù)性人才,所以我在尋找這樣一個機(jī)會或者說是平臺,我覺得貴公司在XX方面具有業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的技術(shù),能帶給我最前沿的技術(shù)和完善的培訓(xùn),因此我希望能加入這樣一個充滿活力的團(tuán)隊,另外,貴公司要在技術(shù)上不斷創(chuàng)新,需要這些領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)性人才,我覺得自己的教育背景和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)適合這項工作,在這個崗位上能為公司創(chuàng)造價值,為公司的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。2、自我介紹 突出介紹自己的優(yōu)勢,為什么適合這個公司,做過哪些事,有哪些能力可以勝任這份工作我的優(yōu)勢是:1、學(xué)歷能力和科研能力較強(qiáng),分析能力好,本科和碩士階段的學(xué)習(xí)成績以及做的科研成果就是證明,貴公司的職位需要這樣的專業(yè)性知識,我完全可以勝任。2、碩士階段豐富的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,讓我知道怎么將學(xué)習(xí)能力轉(zhuǎn)化為工作能力,怎樣合理的安排工作和把握時間,工作上也許不一定需要多么高深的研究,更多需要的是一種持之以恒的效率、對時間的有效把握、與人協(xié)調(diào)溝通的能力。3、關(guān)于職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的問題:請談?wù)勀?3 5 年的規(guī)劃 對于一個未踏進(jìn)職場的學(xué)生而言,有非常明晰的職業(yè)規(guī)劃也不大現(xiàn)實(shí)。 HR 之所以這樣問是希望挖掘你應(yīng)聘的深層次動機(jī),看你是否具有穩(wěn)定性。建議回答不要過于具體,如“ 3 年成為主管, 5 年要成為經(jīng)理?!痹诓磺宄Ψ铰毤壓蜁x升條件的情況下,此類過于具體的回答都不明智。 我是學(xué)工科的,我喜歡自己的專業(yè),所以對自己的規(guī)劃是35年內(nèi),成為本領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的專業(yè)性人才,能獨(dú)立承擔(dān)任務(wù),對專業(yè)技術(shù)有自己獨(dú)到的見解。4、 你認(rèn)為大學(xué)時代最成功 / 失敗的一件事是什么?”“你最遺憾的一件事是什么?為什么? 對于這類問題, HR 主要是從你的回答中來判斷出你的價值觀,即在你眼里什么最重要;對你而言,什么才是成功。對于這類題,回答有一個基本思路,就是“ STAR ”原則。 S=Situation , T Target , A Action , R Result 。你完成某事或者做出某決定是在怎樣的背景下,當(dāng)時你具有怎樣的資源,面臨怎樣的問題、事情或者決定最終的目標(biāo)是什么;你是如何行動的 ( 利用資源、克服困難、解決突發(fā)狀況等等 ) ;最后的結(jié)果是什么。如果是失敗的事例,那么結(jié)果之后你還需要分析失敗的原因,并總結(jié)你得到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。 最成功的一件事:考研如愿,The most unforgettable experience for me is Postgraduate entrance examination in 2011, and I got the first place. The biggest challenge for me is that I must get a high score to past the preliminary test and convince the teachers that what I have learned meet all their needs. At last, I do it. The experience is as follows: 1、Once you set up a goal, never give up; 2、Establishing a clear plan and using all the resources around you to complete the plan5、 舉例說明你是如何說服一個難以說服的人 這類問題考的就是你的溝通和影響能力。 事例:參加全國大學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)建模競賽,與班上的另外兩名同學(xué)組隊參加,該競賽的要求是在三天內(nèi)寫出一篇包括數(shù)學(xué)模型、解決方案的論文,但因?yàn)槲覀兌际菍W(xué)的工科,并不擅長撰寫論文,由此就產(chǎn)生了一個問題,誰來寫文章。當(dāng)時我們組內(nèi)的另一名同學(xué)有過類似的競賽經(jīng)歷,所以我們就希望他來執(zhí)筆,但是他堅決不同意,他認(rèn)為自己更適合于做一些思考、分析類的工作。然后就由我與這位同學(xué)詳細(xì)溝通了一次,首先,單純的說我們組隊的目的是為了在競賽上取得成績,因此每個人都應(yīng)該發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢,而你有過這樣的經(jīng)歷,在寫論文上比我們更有優(yōu)勢;其次,換個角度說,如果由我來寫,我沒有這方面的經(jīng)歷,寫出來的文章不一定能有效的表達(dá)我們的想法,那么最后我們的努力都白費(fèi)了。最后,這位同學(xué)同意了我的建議。6、舉例說明,你是否遇到過細(xì)節(jié)方面未注意的問題,最后導(dǎo)致了不好的結(jié)果事例:我在實(shí)習(xí)過程中遇到的一件事,與工作內(nèi)容沒有多大關(guān)系,但我一直印象深刻。實(shí)習(xí)期間,我和另一位同事一起做汽車的振動噪聲試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,那位同事先拿著電腦去辦公室分析實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)了,我在后面負(fù)責(zé)收拾試驗(yàn)的儀器,收拾完后,我準(zhǔn)備把車鎖上,但在車內(nèi)并沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)鑰匙,當(dāng)時我想當(dāng)然的認(rèn)為鑰匙給同事事先帶走了,因?yàn)橐郧耙灿羞^這樣的經(jīng)歷,所以我也沒有去辦公室確認(rèn)一下,然后就把車門從里面鎖上了。最后的結(jié)果是那位同事說沒見到鑰匙,鑰匙被鎖在車?yán)锪耍瑢?dǎo)致車門無法打開。過去這么長時間,這件事我還是記得很清楚,這告誡我,在遇到不確定的事的時候,一定要確認(rèn)之后再去做,不能養(yǎng)成“想當(dāng)然”的習(xí)慣。6、舉例說明,你遇到的最困難的一件事,最后是怎么解決的?7、Where do you see yourself in five years? I cant say for sure where exactly I will be in 5 years, but I do know that I will have stronger skills, be more able to tackle problems head-on. Also, I feel that I will have built up a reputation, and I know that whatever it is I am doing, I will feel more confident than I am now, and I will be a better more rounded individual, and I hope to achieve that with your team. 8、What salary would you expect for this job?Based on your job description, which mentions that you prefer someone with a masters degree in engineering, I hope you consider the fact that my skills meet your highest standards. Therefore, Id expect a salary at the high end of your pay range for the position classification. Can you give me some indication of your range?9、Yes, I am very interested in in-house training. What kind of training do you offer your employees? 10、Four key qualities employers look outAmbition without ambition, its impossible to build successful companyInitiative to organize our workload and go about our business without the need of constant supervision;Commitment sticks at it even when times are tough, and will go that extra mile for myself;Personality a litter bit of personality can make a big difference to the atmosphere in the workplace.P&G Questions:1. Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it through completion. Post-graduate entrance examination2. Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others going on an important task or issue, and played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted. Describe a situation where you had to seek out relevant information, define key issues, and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results.Post-graduate entrance examination,choose the most suitable school according to all aspects of myself, make a detail plan to prepare the examination, interact with other classmates to face the problems 4. Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the agreement of others.The national college mathematical modeling contest, who will write the paper for the contest, I list the facts as follows: 1、the paper is the only one material we submit, all our work is on the paper, so we must write it well. 2、you are the only one person who has the similar experience, so you are the most appropriate candidate 5. Describe a creative/innovative idea that you produced which led to a significant contribution to the success of an activity or project.7. Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by focusing on the most important priorities.8. Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical applicationEnglish Questions:1、You are in a project meeting where your immediate manager and the Department Head are discussing a certain aspect of the project. The situation and problems are complex and certain areas are even beyond your understanding but it looks like there are only 2 possible options at this point in time. It becomes clear to you that the two of them have very different and strong opinions about which decision and direction should be appropriate to take. Each has his own views, with a good mix of strong arguments for his decision, with identified limitations, risks and potential consequences. They have turned to you to ask you for your opinion and to choose which one you will support. What do you do?Answer:I consider all points of discussion, combine the best of both options and offer this as a better alternative which would be ideal for the situation.2、You work in a team of 5 with a supervisor and a manager managing your team and other teams in this department. In your first project within your team, in one of the internal discussions, you feel that some figures are interpreted and presented inaccurately although the primary data and facts are accurate. You raised your questions and concerns to the team leader, David. David is one of your co-workers who is the most senior in terms of years of service. He appears to have good relationships with everyone, especially with the supervisor. David listens to you but feels confident about the situation and thinks that the interpretation is not inaccurate and even if it is, the primary data and facts remain unchanged and are easily accessible by most people involved in the project.
