大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試大綱大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試大綱(Syllabus for College English Test Band Four(CET-4) )由全國(guó)大學(xué)四、六級(jí)考試組委會(huì)制定。目錄1總則2考試內(nèi)容 第一部分：寫作 第二部分：聽力理解 第三部分：閱讀理解 第四部分：翻譯3試卷結(jié)構(gòu)1總則國(guó)家教委在印發(fā)理工科本科和文理科本科用的兩種大學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱的通知中指出，大綱執(zhí)行兩年后，開始對(duì)結(jié)束四、六級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化測(cè)試。大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試(CET-4)就是根據(jù)這一規(guī)定而設(shè)計(jì)的?？荚嚨哪康脑谟谌婵己艘研尥甏髮W(xué)英語四級(jí)的學(xué)生是否達(dá)到教學(xué)大綱所確定的各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)。這種考試屬于尺度相關(guān)常模參照性考試(criterion-related norm-referenced test)。教學(xué)大綱指出：大學(xué)英語教學(xué)的目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有較強(qiáng)的閱讀能力、一定的聽的能力(理工科適用的大綱還規(guī)定一定的譯的能力)以及初步的寫和說的能力，使學(xué)生能以英語為工具，獲取專業(yè)所需要的信息，并為進(jìn)一步提高英語水平打下較好的基礎(chǔ)。為此，本考試主要考核學(xué)生運(yùn)用語言的能力，同時(shí)也考核學(xué)生對(duì)語法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞語用法的掌握程度。本考試是一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試。由于如今尚不具備口試的條件，暫時(shí)只進(jìn)行筆試?？荚嚪秶饕墙虒W(xué)大綱所規(guī)定的一級(jí)至四級(jí)的全部?jī)?nèi)容(說與譯的內(nèi)容除外)。為保證試卷的信度，除短文寫作是主觀性試題外，其余試題都采用客觀性的多項(xiàng)選擇題形式。短文寫作部分旨在較好地考核學(xué)生運(yùn)用語言的能力，從而提高試卷的效度。本考試于每學(xué)期結(jié)束前后舉行，由大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)考試設(shè)計(jì)組負(fù)責(zé)和實(shí)施。每年舉行兩次。2考試內(nèi)容本考試包括四個(gè)部分：寫作，聽力理解，閱讀理解，翻譯。全部題目按順序統(tǒng)一編號(hào)。第一部分：寫作(Part ：Writing)：共1題，考試時(shí)間30分鐘。要求考生寫出一篇100-120詞的短文，試卷上可能給出題目，或規(guī)定情景，或要求看圖作文，或給出段首句要求續(xù)寫;或給出關(guān)鍵詞要求寫成短文。要求能夠正確表達(dá)思想，意義連貫，無重大語法錯(cuò)誤。寫作的內(nèi)容包括日常生活和一般常識(shí)。短文寫作部分的目的是測(cè)試學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語書面表達(dá)思想的初步能力。第二部分：聽力理解(Part 1：Listening Comprehension)：共30題，考試時(shí)間30分鐘。這一部分包括兩節(jié)：A節(jié)(Section A)聽力對(duì)話,有10題，每題含一組對(duì)話，對(duì)話后有一個(gè)問句。B節(jié)(Section B)聽力短文,有20題，分別安排在若干篇聽力材料之后，每篇后有二至四道題，每題為一個(gè)問句。單詞及詞組聽寫，。要求考生在聽懂短文的基礎(chǔ)上，用所聽到 的原文填寫空缺的單詞或詞組，共10題。短文播放三遍。聽力部分的每個(gè)問句后有約15秒的間隙，要求考生從試卷所給出的每題四個(gè)選擇項(xiàng)中選出一個(gè)最佳答案。錄音的語速為每分鐘約120詞，念一遍。選材的原則是：1、對(duì) 話部分為日常生活中的一般對(duì)話，句子結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容不太復(fù)雜;2、 短篇聽力材料為題材熟悉、情節(jié)不太復(fù)雜的故事、講話、敘述等;3、 所用詞語不超出教學(xué)大綱詞匯表四級(jí)規(guī)定的范圍。聽力理解部分的目的是測(cè)試學(xué)生獲取口頭信息的能力。第三部分：閱讀理解(Part ：Reading Comprehension)：共20題，考試時(shí)間40分。包含三個(gè)部分:SectionA詞匯理解,有10題，根據(jù)文章后面給出的15個(gè)單詞填補(bǔ)文章里的10個(gè)空格，不能使用給出的單詞超過一次。SectionB長(zhǎng)篇閱讀，有10題，篇章后附有10個(gè)句子，每句一題。每句所含 的信息出自篇章的某一段落，要求考生找出與每句所含信息相匹配的段落。有的段落可能對(duì)應(yīng)兩題，有的段 落可能不對(duì)應(yīng)任何一題。SectionC仔細(xì)閱讀，有10題，兩篇文章，每篇文章后有5個(gè)問題或者未完成的聲明。題材廣泛，可以包括人物傳記、社會(huì)、文化、日常知識(shí)、科普常識(shí)等，但是所涉及的背景知識(shí)應(yīng)能為學(xué)生所理解;選材的原則是：1、體裁多樣，可以包括敘述文、說明文、議論文等;2、文章的語言難度中等，無法猜測(cè)而又影響理解的關(guān)鍵詞，如超出教學(xué)大綱詞匯表四級(jí)的范圍，用漢語注明詞義。閱讀理解部分主要測(cè)試下述能力：1、 掌握所讀材料的主旨和大意;2、 了解說明主旨和大意的事實(shí)和細(xì)節(jié);3、 既理解字面的意思，也能根據(jù)所讀材料進(jìn)行一定的判斷和推論;4、 既理解個(gè)別句子的意義，也理解上下文的邏輯關(guān)系。閱讀理解部分的目的是測(cè)試學(xué)生通過閱讀獲取信息的能力，既要求準(zhǔn)確，也要求有一定速度。第四部分：翻譯(Part ：Vocabulary and Structure)：共1題，考試時(shí)間30分鐘。段落漢譯英，翻譯內(nèi)容涉及中國(guó)的歷史、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展等。長(zhǎng)度為140160個(gè) 漢字。3試卷結(jié)構(gòu)四級(jí)考試的試卷結(jié)構(gòu)、測(cè)試內(nèi)容、測(cè)試題型、分值比例和考試時(shí) 間如下表所示：試卷結(jié)構(gòu)測(cè)試內(nèi)容測(cè)試試題分值比例考試時(shí)間作文作文短文寫作15%30分鐘聽力理解聽力對(duì)話短對(duì)話多項(xiàng)選擇8%30分鐘長(zhǎng)對(duì)話多項(xiàng)選擇7%聽力短文短文理解多項(xiàng)選擇10%短文聽寫單詞及詞組聽寫10%閱讀理解詞匯理解選詞填空5%40分鐘長(zhǎng)篇閱讀匹配10%仔細(xì)閱讀多項(xiàng)選擇20%翻譯漢譯英段落翻譯15%30分鐘總計(jì)100%130分鐘2016年英語四級(jí)聽力試題的題型有所調(diào)整 考試時(shí)間：2015上半年考試時(shí)間為6月13日,下半年為12月19日 考試科目：考試內(nèi)容包括：寫作、聽力、閱讀、翻譯 1. 取消短對(duì)話2. 取消短文聽寫3. 新增短篇新聞(3段)其余測(cè)試內(nèi)容不變。調(diào)整后四級(jí)聽力部分的試題結(jié)構(gòu)見下表：測(cè)試內(nèi)容測(cè)試題型題量分值比例短篇新聞3段選擇題（單選）7題7%（每題1分）長(zhǎng)對(duì)話2篇選擇題（單選）8題8%（每題1分）聽力篇章選擇題（單選）10題20%（每題2分） 改革之處：短篇新聞，原是英語專業(yè)四級(jí)與八級(jí)的題型，在改革去除之后，跑到了四級(jí)當(dāng)中。此次，四級(jí)中，會(huì)有3段新聞，7道選擇題。兩篇較短的新聞，字?jǐn)?shù)在130-140詞左右;較長(zhǎng)的一篇，字?jǐn)?shù)在200詞左右。在四六級(jí)考試委員會(huì)此次所給出的樣題中，三段新聞皆出自于BBC News。難點(diǎn)所在：新聞聽力中，會(huì)出現(xiàn)大量的專有名詞與正式用語。同時(shí)，話題也將不再是大家熟悉的校園，生活類，而將轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闀r(shí)事政治與社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)。這對(duì)于原本聽力基礎(chǔ)就較為薄弱的同學(xué)而言，就更是雪上加霜。應(yīng)對(duì)方法：1. 詞匯積累：背誦英語新聞中的高頻與專業(yè)詞匯。(可使用開心詞場(chǎng)，背誦新聞詞匯。)2. 掌握新聞規(guī)律：新聞作為正式文章，在結(jié)構(gòu)方面是相對(duì)固定的。按照總分結(jié)構(gòu)展開，首句說明事情概況，之后進(jìn)行細(xì)節(jié)描述。同時(shí)，出題也會(huì)從總體和細(xì)節(jié)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行。掌握好規(guī)律，提高做題的正確率。3. 著手練習(xí)：由于原本在英語專業(yè)考試中有涉及，因此同學(xué)們可以先從以前的專業(yè)四級(jí)考試中選擇題目進(jìn)行練習(xí)，熟悉題型。平時(shí)，開始收聽BBC與VOA的新聞，養(yǎng)成每日瀏覽外媒新聞的習(xí)慣，加強(qiáng)對(duì)于時(shí)事熱點(diǎn)的了解。 大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試聽力樣題Part II Listening Comprehension (25 minutes)Section ADirections:In this section, you will hear three news reports.
