淺議現(xiàn)代暖通空調設備安裝的施工問題與解決方案On modern HVAC equipment installation construction problems and solutions學 院: 建筑工程學院 專業(yè)班級: 建筑環(huán)境與設備工程1102級 學生姓名: 趙雪 指導教師: 蘭信穎 2015年 3 月 27 日淺議現(xiàn)代暖通空調設備安裝的施工問題與解決方案摘 要:暖通空調的應用越來越廣泛,但其安裝施工過程卻較為復雜,施工的不確定性大,安裝中經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)各種質量問題。只有找到問題所在,對癥下藥,才能減少甚至避免問題的出現(xiàn)。 關鍵詞:暖通空調 施工 問題 解決方案 1 暖通空調安裝概述 現(xiàn)在,暖通空調是人們所使用空調中最常用的一種,暖通空調以其獨特的優(yōu)勢而獨占市場。其將采暖、通風和空氣調節(jié)三大功能結合在一起,并以能創(chuàng)造一種比一般的空調更舒適的室內環(huán)境而著稱。隨著科技的發(fā)展,家用空調器歷經(jīng)幾代發(fā)展終不能滿足人們日益增長的需要,不論是窗式空調器還是分體式家用空調器都只能解決冷暖問題而對空氣處理過程束手無策,而暖通空調卻以具有舒適、健康的特點逐漸得到人們的廣泛親睞。暖通空調施工是建筑施工中的一個重要分項,其的安裝施工是一個極為復雜的工程,其施工問題直接影響著整個工程的質量和進度。通常所說的暖通空調設計主要包括制冷供暖系統(tǒng)設計、新風系統(tǒng)設計、排風系統(tǒng)設計等,其所涵蓋的范圍不僅僅是供暖這一個小范圍,所以暖通空調安裝工程的質量直接影響到建筑物的使用性能,要嚴格控制施工過程,保證安裝質量。 2 暖通空調工作原理 暖通空調工作原理就是制冷劑在制冷機組的蒸發(fā)器中與冷凍水進行熱量的交換而汽化,從而使冷凍水的溫度降低,然后,被汽化的制冷劑在壓縮機作用下,變成高溫高壓氣體,流經(jīng)制冷機組的冷凝器時被來自冷卻塔的冷卻水冷卻,又從氣體變成了低溫低壓的液體,同時被降溫的冷凍水經(jīng)冷凍水水泵送到空氣處理單元的熱交換器中,與混風進行冷熱交換形成冷風源,通過送風管道送入被調房間。如此循環(huán),在夏季,房間的熱量就被冷卻水所帶走,在流經(jīng)冷卻塔時釋放到空氣中。在此主要研究控制暖通空調系統(tǒng)的空氣處理部分,主要涉及供水系統(tǒng)和空氣處理單元。常用的冷凍水(水為載冷劑)系統(tǒng)的冷凍水管道均為循環(huán)式系統(tǒng),根據(jù)用戶的需求情況的不同,按水壓特性劃分,可分為閉式系統(tǒng)和開式系統(tǒng)兩種:按冷、熱水管道的設置方式劃分,可分為雙管制系統(tǒng)、三管制系統(tǒng)、四管制系統(tǒng);各末端設備的水流程劃分,可分為同程式和異程式系統(tǒng);按水量劃分,可分為定水量和變水量系統(tǒng)。變流量系統(tǒng)中的原則足的供、回水溫度保持不變,建筑物負荷變化時,通過改變供、回水的流量來適應,該水系統(tǒng)輸送的水流量要與建筑物需求相適宜。隨著現(xiàn)代控制技術和電子技術的發(fā)展,自動控制設備的造價不斷的下降,變流量系統(tǒng)可以使系統(tǒng)全年以定溫差、變流量的方式運行,盡量節(jié)約冷凍水泵的能耗,使得其得以越來越廣泛的應用。在暖通空調空氣處理單元中,首先是新風與部分回風混合,形成混風,混風經(jīng)過熱交換器與冷凍水進行熱交換形成送風,在冬天,混風吸收能量溫度提高,在夏天?;祜L溫度降低,送風在風機的作用下經(jīng)過送風管道進入房間,與房間內的空氣進行熱量的傳遞,最終調節(jié)房間的溫度到達所需要的設定點。房間內的氣體在排風機的作用下被排出,形成回風。部分的回風排出室外,部分回風與新風混合重復上述過程?;祜L和冷凍水的熱交換是在空氣處理單元的熱交換器中進行的,熱交換器是暖通空調系統(tǒng)空氣處理單元中的重要部分,熱交換器的工況處于部分負荷下時,并非與設計工況相同,而實際使用過程中,熱交換器絕大多數(shù)時間是在非設計工況。3 施工中的問題 通風與空調工程是大型建筑物的重要工程,也是安裝工程的施工難點之一。結合暖通空調安裝的經(jīng)驗,目前暖通空調中存在以下一些問題。 3.1管線標高、定位交叉嚴重 暖通空調設備安裝是一個龐大的工程,其所涉及的管道非常復雜,用途也各不相同,例如一個完整的暖通空調設計中就要涵蓋對空調末端設備、送風管、排風管、冷凍水管、電氣橋架、冷凝水管、噴淋管、消防管等各種設備、管道的設計。如果對某些功能和尺寸的管道布局、規(guī)劃不合理,就會出現(xiàn)管線標高、定位交叉嚴重的現(xiàn)象,給工程施工和管理帶來極大的困難。通常,在圖紙表意不明的情況下,貿然施工會造成先安裝的施工管道容易安裝,后安裝的施工困難等問題,這樣,有些管道就被迫安裝在不合理的位置或標高上,嚴重影響工程質量和進度。 3.2 暖通空調系統(tǒng)設備噪聲超標 通常,設備噪音主要來源于空調末端設備碰撞,其也是暖通空調設備安裝中的一個重要問題。經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,我國的風機盤管技術相對成熟,大多數(shù)風機盤管廠商所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品都能符合噪音標準。但是,實際情況卻不容樂觀,廠家所提供的參數(shù)值明顯高于現(xiàn)場測試值和噪音標準值。所以,布局設計是對設備噪音控制的重點,必要時應采取適當?shù)母粢舸胧?。設計中必須標出設備噪音參數(shù)要求??照{設備安裝之前需做仔細的檢查甚至是通電試運行,若發(fā)現(xiàn)噪音超過國家標準需立即更換或完善消聲措施,以避免問題擴大。 3.3 空調水循環(huán)故障 空調若水系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障,就無法完成供暖通風的任務,所以,保證水系統(tǒng)循環(huán)通暢是暖通空調設備安裝考慮的重點問題,其施工的質量直接影響著整個系統(tǒng)的運行狀況。在水系統(tǒng)循環(huán)中,冷凍水系統(tǒng)循環(huán)管道不通暢是其最常見的問題。造成這一故障主要有兩方面原因,管道交叉是一方面原因,水系統(tǒng)管道不清潔又是另一方面原因,而這兩方面的問題都可以通過采取相應的措施而改善。例如可以通過合理安排管線坡度和標高、安裝排氣閥、排污閥以及設法進行管道除銹工作而改善水循環(huán)故障,這些方法可以很大程度的減輕這一故障,所以在實際中有很強的操作意義。 3.4 結露滴水問題 空調系統(tǒng)在調試和運行中會出現(xiàn)結露滴水的現(xiàn)象,出現(xiàn)這一問題的原因是多方多面的。例如,管道安裝和保溫不良、管道與管件、管道與設備之間接觸不嚴密、管道安裝違法操作規(guī)程等都可能造成這一問題。管道、關鍵材料的優(yōu)劣直接影響著安裝的質量,所以在管材安裝之前進行系統(tǒng)認真的檢查是有必要的。水壓測試可以幫助檢查管道的滴漏等問題,所以對系統(tǒng)進行嚴格的水壓測試也是非常有意義的。在設計管道時,管道的長度和坡度都應適宜,否則會出現(xiàn)滴水現(xiàn)象。管道的安裝和布置要適合冷凝水的盡快排出,必要時可以設置水封裝置。4 安裝問題解決方案 暖通空調設備安裝的施工問題通常為以上所提到的四個方面,當然在安裝過程中經(jīng)常還會出現(xiàn)各種復雜問題。下面就常見問題提出幾點解決方案: 4.1 嚴格控制材料質量 材料的采購受多方面的限制,比如工程造價、材料屬性、施工難度等各個方面的影響,在選擇的過程中需各方面權衡,達到質量和效益的最優(yōu)。根據(jù)我國暖通空調方面材料采購的現(xiàn)狀,現(xiàn)在市場上的材料質量參差不齊,以假亂真、以次充好的現(xiàn)象非常普遍,所以在材料設備的選購中應嚴格篩選,并且不能偷工減料,否則將會造成工程返工而不能如期完工或者質量水平嚴重下降。 4.2 嚴格控制施工過程 施工過程中管道支架的位置、標高、坡度都必須符合設計要求。在施工過程中,要保證坡度在準確的范圍內,可以調整供暖干管或者填補管道漏洞空隙,此外應減小位置、標高和設計值的偏差。在施工中應盡量考慮各方面影響因素,嚴格按照章程和規(guī)范執(zhí)行,并采用相關的工藝,遵循一定的原則,避免管道交叉嚴重、阻塞、結露漏水等問題。做好施工中的控制監(jiān)督工作,減少錯誤出現(xiàn)的幾率。 4.3 加強各專業(yè)間的配合 建筑施工是眾多專業(yè)之間相互配合完成的,暖通空調設備施工也是如此。工藝對土建就有很強的要求,例如,在土建中需預留通風管道的孔洞;在風道豎井砌磚時應該采用水泥砂抹面;為排水方便應設排水溝或集水坑和排水泵等裝置。諸如這些問題需在設計初期就盡量相互溝通,在施工前和施工圖紙會審階段就提出相應的預防措施。 總結 暖通空調設備安裝的施工是一項復雜而且細致的工作,本文從其概念出發(fā),簡單的闡述了目前施工中的不足之處,并提出了幾項行之有效的措施,為工程施工工作的順利進行提供了有效的依據(jù)。 參考文獻1戴磊磊.淺談中央空調系統(tǒng)安裝工程中噪聲的控制措施J.中國科技信息,2005. 2羅高山,高子惠.空調系統(tǒng)結露滴水原因分析及解決辦法J.安裝,2002. 3孟華強.中央空調安裝施工中存在的問題及處理J.廣東科技,2007(6) 4劉西平.談建筑物的管線綜合設計J.山西建筑,2005(3)程,2009(5). 5楊榮宗.暖通空調安裝施工過程中的問題分析J.建筑與裝飾,2009(9).On modern HVAC equipment installation construction problems and solutionsAbstract: HVAC is widely applied, but the installation and construction process is more complex, the construction of the large uncertainty, the installation of various quality problems often occur.
