1、BICES 2015展會期間(新國展)會議室租賃協(xié)議Agreeme nt on Meeti ng Room Leas ing during Exhibiti on BICES 2015 (NCIEC)出租方:The Lessor:租賃方:The Lessee:上述當事人之間簽署如下內(nèi)容的會議室租賃合同(以下簡稱為“合同”);合同中的NCIEC是中國國際展覽中心(新館)的英語簡稱。The aboveme nti oned parties have en tered into the meet ing room leas ing con tract as follows (here in afte
2、r referred to as the Contract); The abbreviation NCIEC refers to China international Exhibition Center (New Hall).第1條(會議室的使用目的)Article 1 (The intended use of the meeting room)“租賃方”租賃會議室,用途為會議名稱 The Lessee intends to lease the meeti ng room for the purpose of The n ame of the meetin第2條(會議室使用明細)Articl

5、Article 3 (Schedule for payme nt of leas ing expe nse and equipme nt use fee)1按照如下交付日程,“租賃方”以現(xiàn)金形式向CIEC交付租賃費,設備使用費。1. Accord ing to the follow ing payme nt schedule, the Lessee shall make the payme nt of leas ing expe nse and equipment use fee to NCIEC in the form of cash,類別Categories繳納金額(元)Amou nt o

The basic hours of use of the meeting room: 0
7、9:00-12:00 everyday, 13:30-16:30.3如果使用時間超過本條第1項中規(guī)定的基本使用時間,每小時需支付25%的會議室租賃費作為額外時間 使用費。但超出時間為 30分鐘以上1小時以下時,按1小時計;額外時間使用費用(半日標準)不超過半 日租賃費。3. If the hours of use exceed the basic hours of use specified in Item 1 un der this article, a payme nt of 25% of the meeting room leasing expense shall be made as
8、the use fee for every hour of the extra time. The extra time beyond 30 minutes and less than 1 hour shall be deemed as 1 hour, and the use fee for the extra time shall not exceeds the leasing expense for half a day (criterion based on half a day).4. 所有支付款項匯至如下帳戶:4. With in the valid term of the con tract, the Lessee shall strictly compl
10、y with the Operati ng Rules established by the Lessor.2“租賃方”違反本條第1項而給“出租方”造成損害時,由“租賃方”承擔損害賠償責任;有關責任范圍的細節(jié)事項參照“運營規(guī)定”。2. The Lessee shall be liable for any damages to the Lessor as a result of the Lesseethisarticle; See the Operat ing Rules for the details on the scope of liabilities.第5條(會議室部分租賃面積的取消及違
11、約金)Article 5 Can cellati on of partial area of the meeti ng rooms and default fine)1 簽定租賃合同之后,“租賃方”取消部分(或者全部)會議室租賃面積(條件)時,要根據(jù)如下標準向“出租方”支付違約金。1. After sig ning the leas ing con tract, if the Lessee (partially or wholly) can cels the leas ing area (con diti ons) of the meeting room, a payment for defa
12、ult fine according to the following criterion shall be made to the Lessor.取消時間 Ca ncellation time違約金 Default fine租賃期開始前1日至10日為止租賃費的50%1 to 10 days before the start of the leas ing term50% of the leas ing expe nse租賃期開始前10日以上無More the n 10 days before the start of the leas ing termNone2. “租賃方”繳納相應的違約金
13、后,再與出租方簽定修正合同;并且根據(jù)“運營規(guī)定”修正與租賃費、設備使用費的開納等相關的合同事項。2. The Lessee shall pay the corresp onding default fine, the n sig n a revised con tract with the Lessor, and all con tract related matters like leasing expense and equipment use fee shall be revised according to the Operating Rules.第6條(解約)Article 6 (T
14、erm in ati on of con tract)1 發(fā)生如下事項時,出租方可以解除租賃合同。1. In case of any one of the follow ing circumsta nces, the Lessor may term in ate the leas ing con tract. “租賃方”違反租賃合同或者“運營規(guī)定”時 The Lessee is in violatio n of the leas ing con tract or the Operat ing Rules “租賃方”未在規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)開納租賃費等相關費用時 The Lessee fails to
15、pay the leasing expense and other related fees within the prescribed time limit. “租賃方”單方面地提出解約意向或者無意履行合同時 The Lessee un laterally proposes term in ati on of the con tract or has no inten ti on to perform the con tract.2.根據(jù)本條第1項解除租賃合同時,“租賃方”要向出租方支付解約金,但如果已經(jīng)繳納租賃費,可以直接從租賃費中扣除解約金;解約金不超過已繳付租賃費。2. If the
16、con tract is term in ated accord ing to Item 1 in this article, the Lessee shall make a payme nt of can cellati on money to the Lessor, but if the leasing expense has been paid, the cancellation money may be deducted directly from the leas ing expe nses; the can cellati on money shall not exceeds th

18、efore the start of the leas ing term租賃費的20%20% of the leas ing expe nse3會議室租賃期開始后,“租賃方”單方面解除租賃合同時出租方將向“租賃方”收取100%的租賃費作為解約金;“租賃方”不得向出租方要求退還剩余租賃期的租賃費。3. If the Lessee un laterally term in ates the con tract after the start of the leas ing term for the meet ing room, the Lessor will charge the Lessee a
19、n amount equal to 100% of the leas ing expe nse as term in ati on mon ey, and the Lessee shall not require the Lessor to refund the leas ing expe nse for the rema ining lease term.第7條(分歧的解決)Article 7 (Settleme nt of discrepa ncy/differe nces)如果對本合同的內(nèi)容有異議,首先要參照出租方制定的“運營規(guī)定”如果運營規(guī)定中沒有相應解釋,雙方應本著友好合作的態(tài)度進行協(xié)商解決。If there
