16、資分配制度，結(jié)合乙方的勞動(dòng)技能、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、勞動(dòng)條件、勞動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)等確定，實(shí)行同工同酬。第十一條甲方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行吉林省企業(yè)工資支付暫行規(guī)定，及時(shí)足額支付乙方的勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬，不得克扣或無(wú)故拖欠。第十二條甲方安排乙方延長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間或者在法定休息日、法定節(jié)假日工作的，應(yīng)依法安排乙方補(bǔ)休或者按照國(guó)家、吉林省相關(guān)規(guī)定向乙方支付加班費(fèi)。五、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)、福利待遇第十三條甲乙雙方必須按國(guó)家和吉林省有關(guān)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的法律、法規(guī)和政策規(guī)定參加社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)，依法為乙方繳納各項(xiàng)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。其中，個(gè)人繳費(fèi)部分，甲方可從乙方工資中代扣代繳。第十四條乙方在合同期內(nèi)，休息休假、患病或非因工負(fù)傷、患職業(yè)病或因工負(fù)傷、生育、死亡等待遇，以及醫(yī)療期、孕期

18、職業(yè)道德、業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)、勞動(dòng)安全衛(wèi)生及有關(guān)規(guī)章制度的教育和培訓(xùn)，提高乙方思想覺(jué)悟、職業(yè)道德水準(zhǔn)和職業(yè)技能。第二十條乙方應(yīng)認(rèn)真參加甲方組織的各項(xiàng)必要的教育培訓(xùn)。七、勞動(dòng)合同的履行、變更第二十一條甲乙雙方按照本合同的約定，依法、全面履行各自的義務(wù)。甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)提供適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鲌?chǎng)所、勞動(dòng)條件和工作崗位，并按時(shí)向乙方支付勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬。第二十二條乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)真履行自己的勞動(dòng)職責(zé)，并親自完成本合同約定的工作任務(wù)。第二十三條甲、乙雙方協(xié)商一致，可以變更本合同約定的內(nèi)容。并采用書(shū)面形式確定。八、勞動(dòng)合同解除、終止和經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償?shù)诙臈l甲乙雙方解除或者終止本合同，應(yīng)當(dāng)按照勞動(dòng)合同法第、條和吉林省勞動(dòng)合同條例第、條規(guī)定執(zhí)行。第二十

19、五條甲乙雙方解除或者終止本合同，符合勞動(dòng)合同法第條規(guī)定情形的，甲方應(yīng)依法向乙方支付經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償。第二十六條經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償按乙方在甲方工作的年限，每滿(mǎn)一年支付一個(gè)月工資的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)向乙方支付。六個(gè)月以上不滿(mǎn)一年的，按一年計(jì)算；不滿(mǎn)六個(gè)月的，向乙方支付半個(gè)月工資的經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償。如乙方月工資高于本市上年度職工月平均工資三倍的，向其支付經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償?shù)臉?biāo)準(zhǔn)按本市上年度職工月平均工資三倍的數(shù)額支付，向其支付經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償?shù)哪晗拮罡卟怀^(guò)十二年。本條所稱(chēng)月工資是指乙方在本合同解除或者終止前十二個(gè)月的平均工資。第二十七條本合同期限屆滿(mǎn)前三十日內(nèi)，甲方要將終止或續(xù)訂勞動(dòng)合同意向，以書(shū)面形式通知乙方。第二十八條甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)在與乙方解除或者終止本合

20、同之日起十五日內(nèi)，出具解除或者終止勞動(dòng)合同的證明，并為乙方辦理檔案和社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)移手續(xù)。乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)按照本合同約定，與甲方辦理工作交接。甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)向乙方支付經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償?shù)模谵k結(jié)工作交接手續(xù)時(shí)支付給乙方。第二十九條甲方違法解除或者終止本合同，乙方要求繼續(xù)履行本合同的，甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)繼續(xù)履行；乙方不要求繼續(xù)履行本合同或者本合同已經(jīng)不能繼續(xù)履行的，甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)依照勞動(dòng)合同法第八十七條規(guī)定執(zhí)行。乙方違法解除勞動(dòng)合同，或者違反勞動(dòng)合同中約定的保密義務(wù)或者競(jìng)業(yè)限制，給甲方造成損失的，應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。九、其它事項(xiàng)第三十條甲方為乙方提供專(zhuān)項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用，對(duì)其進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，雙方可以訂立專(zhuān)項(xiàng)協(xié)議，約定服務(wù)期。乙方違反服務(wù)期約定
