9、art of a rotating duty team enforcing on-cus housing policyHR說(shuō)簡(jiǎn)歷:請(qǐng)別再犯這些錯(cuò)誤,我快崩潰了!你自認(rèn)為完美的簡(jiǎn)歷,可能,在hr眼中卻漏洞百出。結(jié)合10位HR對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷的咆哮吐槽,整理了簡(jiǎn)歷中最不可原諒的6個(gè)低級(jí)錯(cuò)誤。親,看完后,請(qǐng)改掉,謝謝配合。錯(cuò)誤一:簡(jiǎn)歷沒(méi)主題各位尊敬的面試同學(xué),如果你不是通過(guò)網(wǎng)申的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板發(fā)送,是直接電郵簡(jiǎn)歷的,麻煩一定要寫(xiě)主題!否則HR很容易當(dāng)成垃圾廣告,然后清理掉。錯(cuò)誤二:簡(jiǎn)歷沒(méi)電話(huà)連電話(huà)都不留,你讓hr怎么聯(lián)系你?他們不是萬(wàn)能的神,每個(gè)人手上都有很多的工作內(nèi)容,不可能為了找一個(gè)電話(huà)而煞費(fèi)苦心,除非你特別、非常、頂級(jí)優(yōu)秀。錯(cuò)誤三:應(yīng)征崗位多而雜常聽(tīng)到HR前輩或朋友抱怨說(shuō)又碰到應(yīng)聘者一份簡(jiǎn)歷投多個(gè)崗位的情況,對(duì)此許多HR是 深?lèi)和唇^ 的。所以請(qǐng)各位務(wù)必不要一份簡(jiǎn)歷投多個(gè)崗位,應(yīng)征目標(biāo)和簡(jiǎn)歷內(nèi)容相符并用一句話(huà)簡(jiǎn)潔并清晰表達(dá)。錯(cuò)誤四:字體過(guò)小、排版過(guò)亂有些同學(xué)很吃虧,可能是WORD的問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致HR打開(kāi)的時(shí)候排版和他自己看到的不一樣,甚至有時(shí)候看不全,缺字少字顯示不出。所以還是建議大家WORD用最常規(guī)的方式或者轉(zhuǎn)換成PDF或
