1、*公司IT用戶指南Guidelines for IT-users at Actona Seating Limited本IT用戶指南適用于有權(quán)獲取*公司數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)之所有人士。作為IT用戶,閣下簽字確認(rèn)知悉該等指南且發(fā)出明確同意允許*公司監(jiān)控、管理和調(diào)閱閣下的IT系統(tǒng)使用?!癎uidelinesfor IT-users apply to all with access to the data network at Actona Seating Limited. 2、nature that you are aware of these guideli nes and give your explicit consent that * is allowed to co ntrol, man age and scree n your use of the IT - systems.1. 背景 BackgroundIT及通訊乃我們競爭力及業(yè)務(wù)程序之極為重要部分。使用新工具會(huì)增加各種未知情況,而且也會(huì)增加風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。全體員工必須對能夠如何使用 IT及通訊而不至于產(chǎn)生濫用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有 一個(gè)清晰認(rèn)知和理解。IT and com muni cati on are a very im
3、porta nt part of our competitive ness and ourbus in ess procedures. New tools create exte nded possibilities, but also cause exte nded risks. All employees must have a conscious relation to how IT and com munication can be used without risk of being abused.2. 責(zé)任 Responsibility2.1、全體員工對目前有關(guān)信息安全及其目的相關(guān)
4、的指南負(fù)責(zé)。而主管則負(fù)責(zé)給予訪問IT系統(tǒng)的必要訪問及權(quán)利,亦負(fù)責(zé)處理指南的相關(guān)遵守情況。All employees are resp on sible for complyi ng with the curre nt releva nt guideli nes for information security and the intentions in these. The leader is responsible for giving the necessary access and rights to the IT systems. Furthermore the leader is r
5、esponsible for attending that the guidelines are being complied with.*公司IT2.2、良好的安全能否實(shí)現(xiàn),乃取決于每位員工的態(tài)度及認(rèn)知,以及各位負(fù)責(zé) 安全的員工是否負(fù)責(zé)。Good security is achieved by means of the attitude and awareness of each employee and by means of each employee taking responsibility of the IT security at *.總貝y General guidelines
6、 :1 .設(shè)備及信息之擁有權(quán)Ownership to the equipment and information:1.1、 *公司提供或已付費(fèi)的所有設(shè)備及軟件全部歸*公司所有,除非另有書面協(xié)定者 除外。All equipment and software which have been provided by or paid by * are considered in this connection as the property of * uni ess otherwise agreed in writi ng.1.2、 設(shè)備生成的所有業(yè)務(wù)信息、消息或文件亦歸*公司所有。All bus i
7、n ess in formati on, messages or files produced by means of the equipme nt are also the property of *.2.信息存檔 Fili ngof in formatio n:重要業(yè)務(wù)文件及文檔必須保存在各部門指定存放范圍。Busin ess critical docume nts and files must be stored in dedicated storage areas in each department.行為準(zhǔn)則Ethics:一)計(jì)算機(jī)硬件管理Computer hardware:1、公司
8、的所有計(jì)算機(jī)及外圍設(shè)備是公司的固定資產(chǎn),根據(jù)實(shí)際工作需要配備給各部門人員 使用,各部門使用人員必須加以愛護(hù)、保持整潔。All computers and peripheral equipme nt are the fixed assets of the compa ny, every one must take good care of them, keep clean and tidy.2、設(shè)備添置、更換、升級:由各部門根據(jù)實(shí)際工作需要提申請。Apply for adding and upgrading equipment by each department according to th
9、e actual n eed.3、 硬件故障:各部門使用人員發(fā)現(xiàn)硬件故障時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)向IT說明情況,IT進(jìn)行確定并及 時(shí)處理,各部門人員不得擅自拆裝更換硬件設(shè)備。Employees should explain the situation in time when there a hardware failure, this situati on should be con firmed and han dled in time by IT, each employee cannot dismount and & or change the hardware without permission
10、.4、IT部負(fù)責(zé)對公司所有電腦硬件使用情況的督查和監(jiān)控。IT is responsible for all hardware supervising and monitoring.二)計(jì)算機(jī)軟件管理 Computer software management1公司使用的軟件,由IT部統(tǒng)一購買、保管,并登記造冊。All software for company use will be purchased, kept and registered by the IT2、 軟件的安裝、刪除和升級:由IT進(jìn)行安裝、刪除和升級,各部門和人員不得自行進(jìn)行上 述操作。The software n eed to
11、 be in stalled, deleted and upgraded by IT, employees cannot do the above operation without permission.3、網(wǎng)絡(luò)下載管理:為了防止病毒侵入公司內(nèi)部網(wǎng)絡(luò),未經(jīng)上司的允許不得隨意從外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)下 載文件、信件。In order to prevent virus from invading the companys internal network, employees cannot download documents, emails from external sources without per
12、mission from the superior.4、IT負(fù)責(zé)對公司所有電腦軟件使用情況的督查和監(jiān)控。IT is responsible for all software supervision and monitoring.三)公司局域網(wǎng)管理 Local area network management1. 各部門使用人員,必須將本地計(jì)算機(jī)和文件服務(wù)器相關(guān)目錄中的工作數(shù)據(jù)定期進(jìn)行備份,以防止因硬、軟故障造成數(shù)據(jù)資料損失,服務(wù)器數(shù)據(jù)備份由IT執(zhí)行All employees should backup all important data on the local computer and Fi
13、le server regularly to prevent data to be lost when the hardware or software is broken. The file server data should be backed -up by IT.2. 絕對禁止將含有淫穢、色情、暴力的文字、圖片、音頻、視頻等文件存放于工作所用電腦 或公司文件服務(wù)器。Storing illegal files on the local and file server such as text containing obscene, porno graphic, viole nt, aud
14、io pictures and video is not allowed.四)In ternet(互聯(lián)網(wǎng))使用管理:In ternet man ageme nt1 任何時(shí)間公司員工不得使用公司的電腦瀏覽淫穢、色情、暴力、違反國家安全的網(wǎng)站。No brows ing allowed with the compa nys computers on website such as porno graphic, violenee, and violation of national security.2 由于公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬的限制,公司員工不得使用BT等可給公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)造成嚴(yán)重帶寬壓力的軟件進(jìn)行下載,一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)
15、,IT部即刻查封IP。Due to company network bandwidth capacity, employees are not allowed to use BT software to download big files or programs, otherwise IT responsible will shut-down the user inter net3、所有電腦入網(wǎng)電腦必須安裝*公司最新版本的殺毒程序,不許更改IT人員安裝的程序,發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑程序,聯(lián)系IT人員處理。ALL computers which are connected to the internet m
16、ust have the latest version of * antivirus program installations. Installations will be performed by the IT only, and it cannot be cha nged. If virus happe ns, please con tact the IT.五)電子郵件E-mails1請銘記,通過電子郵件方式簽訂的協(xié)議與以其他方式簽訂的協(xié)議同樣具有約束力,及 閣下須對閣下的電子郵箱賬戶發(fā)出的電子郵件負(fù)責(zé)。Remember that agreements which have been e
17、ntered by e-mail are just as binding as agreements entered in other ways and that you are responsible for e-mails being sent from your e-mail account.2、必須盡量少地向多個(gè)郵件接收組發(fā)送電子郵件。Sending of electronic mails to large receiving groups has to be kept at a minimum.3、休假(假期或請假)期間,各員工必須確保發(fā)件人向個(gè)人郵箱發(fā)送電子郵件時(shí),郵箱能 夠收到自
18、動(dòng)回復(fù),或同事或部門郵箱將會(huì)接收電子郵件。In connection with pla nned abse nee (holiday or time off), the in dividual employee must secure that the senders of e-mails to the personal mail box receive an automatic answer or that the e-mail will be attended to by a colleague or the department mail box.4、公司的客戶信息、原材料采購信息、公司
19、財(cái)務(wù)信息、公司的銷售信息等均屬于公司的商業(yè) 秘密,任何員工均有義務(wù)予以保密。嚴(yán)禁將涉及公司商業(yè)密碼的業(yè)務(wù)信息,通過電子郵件或聊天平臺(tái)比QQ MSN Linkedin等發(fā)送至私人電子郵件地址,或者發(fā)送至非公司授權(quán)的人員和其他非公司工作人員。否則, 這種泄露、透露或者共享公司的機(jī)密信息的行為被視為嚴(yán)重違反規(guī)章制度,公司將有權(quán)立即 解除勞動(dòng)合同,并不作任何經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償。對因此造成公司經(jīng)濟(jì)損失的,公司保留要求泄密員工 予以賠償?shù)臋?quán)利。Customer information, raw material purchasing information, financial information, sales
20、 in formatio n etc. of the compa ny bel ongs to the con fide ntial in formatio n of the compa ny, every employee is resp on sible to keep con fide ntiality.It is strictly prohibited to send e-mails or messages with any bus in ess in formati on to any private e-mail addresses or chatting platforms li
21、ke, but not limited to, QQ, Linked -in, MSN messe nger etc. Sending or shari ng con fide ntial compa ny in formati on is con sidered breach of con tract, violati on of this clause will cause immediate term in ati on of the employme nt con tract without any compe nsati on.5、部門郵箱 Department mail boxes
22、:部門主管負(fù)責(zé)通知IT部門何人應(yīng)有部門郵箱的郵件發(fā)送及接收權(quán)利。非常重要的是, 如果員工辭職,則同樣須告知IT部門。The in dividual head of departme nt is resp on sible for the IT dept. being in formed about which employees should have sending and receiving rights etc. to mail boxes. 23、employee resig ns.6、 為切實(shí)落實(shí)員工遵守公司指定的電子郵箱使用的相關(guān)規(guī)定,公司IT部門有權(quán)對全體員工的電子郵箱進(jìn)行登陸、查閱、復(fù)制、刪除、變更密碼等,公司IT部門有權(quán)對員工的電子郵箱的使用情況,進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和管理。公司IT部門對員工電子郵箱使用情況的調(diào)查結(jié)論,可以作為公司認(rèn)定員工是否遵守使用規(guī)定的依據(jù),公司以此作出相關(guān)處罰。In order to make sure employees will obey the related rules of the email address, the IT department has the right to log in, chec
24、k, copy, delete or change the password etc. of all the employees email addresses. IT departme nt has the right to con trol and man age the use of the email address. The conclusion of such check will be regarded as the evide nee, whether employees obey the rules or not. Compa ny can give releva nt punishment according to this conclusion.六)密碼、個(gè)人身份識別代碼及其他代碼Passwords, PIN-codes and other codes*公司對密碼使用情況制定特別指南。閣下的密碼系閣下獲取*公司一個(gè)或多個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)及通訊系統(tǒng)之秘鑰。倘外人已獲取秘鑰,則該等非授權(quán)人士能夠非法獲取有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及以閣下 之名義更改或刪除數(shù)據(jù)。因此,閣下不得將閣下之密碼交予外人或使用他人秘鑰。此
