2、，和以前英語任課教師溝通，我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識掌握不夠扎實(shí)，做完形填空，閱讀理解相當(dāng)困難。學(xué)生課堂學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高，回答問題不主動。該班絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)能夠做到獨(dú)立完成作業(yè)，自覺背誦課文但刻苦學(xué)習(xí)之風(fēng)仍需培養(yǎng)，少數(shù)優(yōu)生優(yōu)勢不明顯，差生學(xué)習(xí)積極性，學(xué)習(xí)興趣急待提高。四、教學(xué)目標(biāo)確定1.
