4、proved by and to the satisfaction of the Owner.2、建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)特征該工程主要由網(wǎng)架基礎(chǔ)、堆取料機(jī)軌道基礎(chǔ)和石灰石運(yùn)輸廊道組成，網(wǎng)架基礎(chǔ)由 40個(gè)鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ)組成的半徑為 56m的環(huán)形基礎(chǔ)，基礎(chǔ)之間用基礎(chǔ)梁連接，供上部施工金屬網(wǎng)架。堆取料機(jī)軌道基礎(chǔ)是半徑為51m的環(huán)型鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ)，基礎(chǔ)底寬 1.2m，高 1.3m，設(shè)置 8道混凝土后澆 帶以降低混凝土收縮應(yīng)力，基礎(chǔ)上部設(shè)計(jì)有預(yù)埋螺栓，用于堆取料機(jī)軌道的安裝。石灰石運(yùn)輸廊道為本工程施工的重點(diǎn)，其主要部位是位于場內(nèi)的箱體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)料倉，外部結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸；高 11m，寬 8m，長 40.5m，壁厚1m，底標(biāo)高

5、-11m，局部 -12m，因?yàn)槭堑叵鹿こ?，施工時(shí)要考慮防水，防潮措施。Structure Characteristic of the ConstructionThe Project consists of net frame foundation, stocking and reclaiming trackfoundation and limestone belt conveyor. The net frame foundation is made upof 40 reinforced concrete foundations. The foundations will be connecte

6、dwith beams. The foundation of stocking and reclaiming track is a round one ofa semidiametre 51 m. The width of foundation is 1.2 m, length 1.3 m. 8concrete rear casting belts are installed to reduce the contraction stress of theconcrete. Pre-embeddedanchor bolt is installed on the upper part of the

7、foundation. The limestone conveyor is the highlight of the project, with thebin as its main part, the dimension of which is as follows: height 11m, width8m length 40.5m, thickness 1m, bottom elevation 11m, part 12m . Waterproofing and moisture proofing should be taken into consideration since it isa

13、 of the procedure, cost, quality, safety and orderlyexecution of the project.四、施工方案1、土方工程1-1、室外自然地坪平整后 -0.2m，網(wǎng)架基礎(chǔ)土方挖深為 1.1m，堆取料機(jī)軌道基礎(chǔ)土方挖深 0.6m，采用機(jī)械破碎挖土，如遇回填土石方，需繼續(xù)挖至原土層，石灰石運(yùn)輸廊道基礎(chǔ)挖深 11m，土方開挖前，先爆破，后采用反鏟分兩層開挖，邊坡坡度根據(jù)巖石性質(zhì)，層理特性和挖方深度確定，一般為 1：0.35 1：1.5，基底根據(jù)構(gòu)筑物尺寸每邊留置不少于 1m的工作面，挖出的土方用自卸汽車運(yùn)至場外，并平整好場地。Outdoor n

19、together from the entrance of the materials.3-2 、模板工程施工方法；模板采用 18mm厚木質(zhì)膠合板， 50100 mm松木方制作，木楞間距 300mm，用（）483.5鋼管做支架固定，參見“墻體模板施工圖”施工，通廊內(nèi)側(cè)用 483.5鋼管架設(shè)滿堂腳手架，外側(cè)架設(shè)雙排腳手架，腳手架同時(shí)當(dāng)作鋼支架支撐模板，腳手架橫桿和立桿的間距均設(shè)為 600mm，保證模板支撐強(qiáng)度和剛度，雙排腳手架外側(cè)與基坑壁靠緊，使其不會(huì)因混凝土側(cè)壓力產(chǎn)生橫向變形，保證混凝土墻壁的截面尺寸，模板內(nèi)可用木方支撐，待混凝土澆注到此位置時(shí)將其取出。Mould board will be

27、n.3-4、混凝土工程 Concrete Project、混凝土等級(jí) B25，提供混凝土用的砂、石、水泥試驗(yàn)后經(jīng)業(yè)主工程師認(rèn)可，由試驗(yàn)確定混凝土配合比，該工程混凝土采用罐車運(yùn)輸，混凝土泵送澆筑，要求混凝土初凝時(shí)間不少于 3小時(shí)，保證連續(xù)澆筑。Concrete grade B25, the sand, stones, cement should be tested andapproved by Owners Engineer.
