Introduction v本節(jié)實訓是用CIF方式成交以及用L/C付款方式的 外貿(mào)進口案例, 信函內(nèi)容填空，并根據(jù)信函信息 填寫合約和單據(jù)。信函內(nèi)容涵蓋了建立貿(mào)易關系、 詢盤、報盤、還盤、交易的達成；涉及到的合約 或單據(jù)有購貨確認書、貿(mào)易進口付匯核銷單（代 申報單）、中華人民共和國出入境檢驗檢疫局入 境貨物報檢單、中華人民共和國海關報關單等.由 于本實訓是L/C的進口案例，所以還出現(xiàn)了不可撤 銷信用證申請書。要求學生將信函內(nèi)容填空，并 根據(jù)信函信息填寫合約和單據(jù)。 Practice 2. Questions v In this case, if the seller didnt take out insurance and the goods under the contract reached the port of destination without any accident fortunately, but the settlement was rejected when the seller presented the relevant documents to the negotiating bank. Why? v 本案中，如賣方考慮到海面風平浪靜，估計不會發(fā)生什么意外，就沒 有辦理保險，載貨船舶起航后也很快平安抵達目的港。而賣方通過銀 行向買方提示單據(jù)要求付款時，遭到買方拒付，為什么？ v 答案提示：本案交易雙方采用CIF術語成交，根據(jù)國際貿(mào)易慣例，賣 方的基本義務之一就是自負風險和費用辦理從裝運港到目的港的海運 貨物保險，而賣方實際沒有辦理貨運保險，顯然構成重大違約.另外， CIF屬于象征性交貨方式，即賣方憑單交貨，買房憑單付款，也就是 說，衡量賣方完成義務與否的標準
