37、道上，然后用2套200t汽包起吊裝置安裝就位。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置情況和鍋爐結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，鍋爐受熱面設(shè)備如水冷壁采取地面預(yù)組合、小組件安裝就位施工方案，高溫過(guò)熱器、屏式過(guò)熱器、包墻過(guò)熱器、高溫再熱器均采取散裝方式。低溫過(guò)熱器、低溫再熱器的蛇行管組合成單片，然后在爐后臨時(shí)大平臺(tái)上通過(guò)臨時(shí)布置在尾部豎井上方的電動(dòng)葫蘆安裝就位。鍋爐“六道”要及時(shí)穿插到位存放，并采取加固措施；各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)械要認(rèn)真進(jìn)行檢修，按照安裝說(shuō)明書(shū)的安裝程序施工，做到轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活、振動(dòng)小、噪音低。2. 鍋爐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝方案2.1. 概況及特點(diǎn)鍋爐鋼架分上部柱梁、中部柱梁和下部柱梁三大部分、共計(jì)四層(上部二層)，整個(gè)立柱間距寬34.0米，深37.3米，

38、柱頂標(biāo)高69.9米，對(duì)稱布置，柱段之間、柱段與梁、垂直支撐與梁、柱之間采用了高強(qiáng)度螺栓聯(lián)接。頂板大梁由5根主梁，43根次梁和若干小梁、格條、水平支撐等組成，最重件dl-4大板梁，長(zhǎng)22米，高3.7米，重達(dá)85.0噸，主梁與次梁之間采用了高強(qiáng)度螺栓聯(lián)接方式，其它連接采用焊接。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主要承重部件如立柱、橫梁、頂板主、次梁的材質(zhì)為19mn5和16mn ，高強(qiáng)度螺栓材質(zhì)為20mntib。平臺(tái)梯子、平臺(tái)的布置方便運(yùn)行和檢修需要。經(jīng)常操作和檢修地點(diǎn)的平臺(tái)、司水小室平臺(tái)和簡(jiǎn)易防雨設(shè)施的頂部采用花紋鋼板平臺(tái)，其余采用剛性格柵板平臺(tái)。鍋爐主要扶梯采用爐前兩側(cè)集中布置。2.2. 施工機(jī)械的選用鍋爐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的吊裝采用

42、體實(shí)施）后，按從前向后、從左到右吊裝的順序，吊裝相應(yīng)立柱、橫梁、拉條，包括回轉(zhuǎn)式空氣預(yù)熱器支撐立柱。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)整體找正，高強(qiáng)螺栓終緊，經(jīng)四級(jí)檢驗(yàn)合格后進(jìn)行柱腳二次灌漿，灌漿強(qiáng)度合格后再進(jìn)行第二段吊裝。同時(shí)盡快將第一段鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點(diǎn)做好防腐工作。. 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)第二段吊裝鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)第二段吊裝，同第一段相似，從前向后吊裝，隨著柱子的吊裝同時(shí)安裝橫梁、拉條、平臺(tái)和梯子。對(duì)第二段進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，特別是立柱垂直度的測(cè)量要對(duì)第一、二段的垂直度同時(shí)驗(yàn)收，驗(yàn)收合格后再進(jìn)行上一段的吊裝。. 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)第三、四段吊裝鋼結(jié)構(gòu)三、四段吊裝與一、二段相同，同時(shí)檢驗(yàn)和修正立柱整體垂直度，保證整體誤差控制在允許值以內(nèi)

43、。第四段鋼架安裝結(jié)束后進(jìn)行頂板梁安裝的爐頂劃線工作。2.3.3. 與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)同步吊裝存放的設(shè)備l 在鍋爐k5頂板梁吊裝完成前，將空氣預(yù)熱器的主體設(shè)備吊裝完，以及其上方的熱風(fēng)道、空預(yù)器入口煙道、省煤器灰斗的主要部件存放到安裝位置附近。l 預(yù)熱器主梁、承重結(jié)構(gòu)主支承柱隨鋼結(jié)構(gòu)第一、二段立柱吊裝，從前往后吊裝相關(guān)連梁。當(dāng)預(yù)熱器的大件吊裝完畢后再吊裝預(yù)熱器上部的支撐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。l 在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)吊裝過(guò)程中，平臺(tái)的支撐應(yīng)預(yù)先于地面焊接在相應(yīng)的柱子上，以減少高空作業(yè)工作量。由下向上隨鋼架的吊裝同時(shí)安裝存放相應(yīng)標(biāo)高的梯子平臺(tái)。l 平臺(tái)、梯子安裝：平臺(tái)在地面組合時(shí)，將格柵部分焊接好，格柵與平臺(tái)架構(gòu)采用間斷焊連接，焊接長(zhǎng)度

45、側(cè)標(biāo)高12.6米的連梁和z1-z2右側(cè)標(biāo)高63米連梁緩裝。2.3.5. 主要施工方法. 鍋爐基礎(chǔ)復(fù)查、劃線鍋爐基礎(chǔ)采取了地腳螺栓框架固定鋼架柱腳地腳螺栓的方式，因此地腳螺栓框架安裝的質(zhì)量，直接關(guān)系到對(duì)鍋爐基礎(chǔ)的放線正確性和鋼架安裝質(zhì)量的準(zhǔn)確性。鋼架安裝前，首先要對(duì)鍋爐中心線、各基礎(chǔ)地腳螺栓放線進(jìn)行復(fù)檢， 圖7.2 鋼架安裝圖檢查內(nèi)容包括基礎(chǔ)軸線是否正確且相互垂直；各基礎(chǔ)中心相互距離、相對(duì)應(yīng)的對(duì)角線尺寸是否相等；各基礎(chǔ)地腳螺栓的幾何尺寸、垂直度，地腳螺栓相互間的幾何尺寸、對(duì)角線尺寸是否相等，并和圖紙相符；各地腳螺栓的承力螺母應(yīng)按照?qǐng)D紙要求基本調(diào)好。. 鋼架安裝的具體方

46、法l 在鋼架第一段吊裝前，先復(fù)查廠家給定立柱1m標(biāo)高線的準(zhǔn)確性，（如果沒(méi)有給定，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要根據(jù)立柱柱接頭標(biāo)高畫(huà)定）并檢查立柱的彎曲、扭曲情況，無(wú)誤后，帶上所有附屬設(shè)施如抱卡、臨時(shí)爬梯等。臨時(shí)設(shè)施不能直接點(diǎn)焊在柱子上，先用抱卡和柱子固定，再把梯子焊在抱卡上，為保證爬梯在施工人員上下時(shí)不晃動(dòng)，相鄰兩固定點(diǎn)之間距不能大于兩2.5m；為保證施工人員使用方便，爬梯不能緊貼柱子側(cè)面，以臨時(shí)爬梯距離柱子側(cè)面150mm為宜。抱卡用角鐵制作，用螺桿固定在立柱上，角鐵和柱子之間加墊膠皮（56mm）以防抱卡脫落、滑動(dòng)。在抱卡制作中要求角鐵，圓鋼用無(wú)齒鋸切割，扁鐵用機(jī)械打孔，不準(zhǔn)用割把開(kāi)孔，焊接的焊縫高度不能低于6mm

47、 ，所選用的螺桿和緊力必須經(jīng)校核計(jì)算。抱卡上的腳手板與抱箍必須牢固可靠，接觸不滑動(dòng)，抱卡上的臨時(shí)平臺(tái)、護(hù)欄齊全牢固且制作要求統(tǒng)一、美觀。（選一張鋼架吊裝圖片）l 起吊立柱第一段，待地腳螺栓穿好后，檢查立柱1米標(biāo)高線和鋼架立柱垂直度并用墊鐵調(diào)整。1m標(biāo)高線用水平儀測(cè)量，垂直度由兩臺(tái)經(jīng)緯儀從相互垂直的角度同時(shí)測(cè)量。當(dāng)標(biāo)高和垂直度調(diào)整合格后，將地腳螺栓緊固，栓好拖拉繩，確認(rèn)穩(wěn)定后摘鉤。第一段鋼結(jié)構(gòu)其它立柱待標(biāo)高、垂直度按上述要求找正合格后，連接橫梁的高強(qiáng)螺栓全部預(yù)緊完，才可安裝其他結(jié)構(gòu)，待第一段鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的主柱、主梁、拉條等安裝完，所有螺栓終緊完，即可對(duì)第一段鋼結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)收，合格后方可安裝第二段鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。l

52、時(shí)螺栓的30%,擴(kuò)孔后的螺栓孔不得使用沖釘。l 高強(qiáng)度螺栓須在主要構(gòu)件位置找正合格后穿入,且應(yīng)順暢穿入孔內(nèi),不準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)行敲打,穿入方向一致以便擰緊作業(yè)。l 擴(kuò)孔:當(dāng)高強(qiáng)度螺栓不能自由穿入時(shí),必須進(jìn)行擴(kuò)孔或修孔,擴(kuò)孔后須將孔周圍的鐵悄清除干凈。l 有油污或生銹的高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副應(yīng)煤油清洗干凈后,再涂黃油方能使用。l 在擰緊過(guò)程中,不允許撞擊高強(qiáng)度螺栓以免損壞其螺紋,有螺紋損壞的高強(qiáng)度螺栓不能使用.l 高強(qiáng)度螺栓的擰緊。 預(yù)擰:高強(qiáng)度螺栓穿入后,即進(jìn)行初擰,由電動(dòng)力矩扳手來(lái)完成,一般力矩要求為終擰力矩的60-80%。終擰:預(yù)擰結(jié)束后,檢查各開(kāi)擋對(duì)角線和立柱垂直度,無(wú)誤后用電動(dòng)扳手完成終擰,擰掉螺栓尾部
