青島市浮山所改造工程D1、D2高層住宅樓細石砼樓地面工程施工方案

1、一、 工程概況青島市浮山所改造工程d1、d2高層住宅樓，基地位于南京路西側，北臨江西路。建筑物西、南兩側為規(guī)劃建筑。工程占地面積3800m2，總建筑面積52000 m2。地下二層，地上二十八層，建筑總高度87.2m。本工程地下二層地面，地下一層、設備層、三層至二十八層的臥室、起居室、餐廳的樓面為4mm厚c20細石混凝土。一、 施工順序d1樓與d2樓平行施工。施工時遵循由上向下的施工方法。二、 施工計劃設備層至二十八層 200001.12.10地下二層至地下一層 2002.3.202002.3.30三、 施工準備（一） 材料1、 豆石：青島午山石場的豆石，粒徑為512mm，含泥量

2、不大于3%。2、 砂：平度大沽河出產(chǎn)的中、粗砂，要求顆粒堅硬潔凈，含泥量不大于3%。3、 水泥：采用棗莊市臺兒莊區(qū)水泥有限公司生產(chǎn)的普通硅酸鹽水泥，強度為32.5mpa。水泥應具有青島市建材準用證、出廠合格證、復試報告。4、 水：采用飲用自來水。（二） 作業(yè)條件1、 施工完的結構辦完驗收手續(xù)。2、 室內墻面彈好+50 cm水平線。3、 安裝好水暖立管，并堵牢管洞。4、 完成配合比試驗，配合比（重量比）： 水泥砂石子水=1 混凝土的坍落度控制在10mm30mm。四、 施工方法1、 清理基層：基層表面的浮土，砂漿塊等雜物應清理干凈；樓板面有油污的，應用510%濃度的火堿溶液清洗干凈。2、 灑水濕潤

3、：提前一天對樓板表面進行灑水濕潤。3、 貼灰餅：根據(jù)+500mm水平線做灰餅，灰餅材料為13水泥砂漿，灰餅尺寸約50mm50mm，灰餅距墻面約300mm，灰餅間距為1.5m1.8m。4、 刷素水泥漿：澆灌細石砼前應先在濕潤后的基層表面刷一道11的素水泥漿（內摻10%水泥重量的801膠），并進行隨刷隨鋪。5、 鋪細石砼：鋪細石砼后用長刮杠刮平，用30kg重滾筒縱橫交錯來回滾壓35遍至表面出漿。振搗密實，表面塌陷處應用細石砼補平，再用長刮杠刮一次，用木抹子搓平。細石砼的坍落度不大于30 mm。6、 撒水泥砂子干面灰：砂子先過3 mm篩子后，將11（水泥砂子）干面灰，均勻撒在細石砼面層上，待灰面吸水

4、后用長刮杠刮平，隨即用木抹子搓平。不允許撒干水泥。7、 第一遍抹壓：用鐵抹子輕輕抹壓面層，把腳印壓平。8、 第二遍抹壓：當面層開始凝結，面層上有腳印但不下陷時，用鐵抹子進行第二遍抹壓，注意不得漏壓。并將面層的凹坑、砂眼和腳印壓平。9、 第三遍抹壓：當面層上人稍有腳印，而抹壓無抹子紋時，用鐵抹子進行第三遍抹壓。第三遍抹壓要用力稍大，將抹子紋抹平壓光，壓光的時間應控制在終凝前完成。10、 養(yǎng)護：地面交活24h后（細石砼表面開始泛白），應及時澆水養(yǎng)護，一天不少于兩次，至少連續(xù)養(yǎng)護7天后方可上人。11、 細石砼樓面成型后約兩周，在各房間門口地面彈線分格，用切割機切割分格縫?？p寬5mm，深度為20mm。

5、五、 質量標準（一） 保證項目1、 細石砼的強度和密實度符合設計要求和施工規(guī)范。2、 面層與基層的結合必須牢固，無空鼓。（二） 基本項目1、 細石砼表面密實光潔，無裂紋、脫皮、麻面和起砂等現(xiàn)象。2、 有地漏和帶坡度的面層，坡度符合設計要求。地漏與管道合處嚴密平順。（三） 允許偏差項目1、 表面平整度允許偏差5mm。2、 地面分格縫平直允許偏差3mm。六、 成品保護1、 細石砼施工時運料小車不得碰撞門口及墻面等處。2、 地面上鋪設的電線管、暖、衛(wèi)立管應設保護措施。3、 地漏等部位安放的臨時堵頭要保護好，以防灌入雜物，造成堵塞。4、 不得在已做好的地面上拌合砂漿。5、 地面養(yǎng)護期間不準上人，養(yǎng)護期

6、過后也要注意成品保護。特別是不允許有堅硬物品從地面拖劃過。6、 油漆工刷門窗口、扇時不得污染地面與墻面及明露的管線。七、 安全生產(chǎn)1、 進入現(xiàn)場必須遵守安全生產(chǎn)六大紀律。2、 晚上地面壓光時，必須有足夠的照明，不得隨便移動臨時照明線。3、 在室內推運小車時，注意在過道是拐彎時，小車把擠手。4、 清理樓地面時，垃圾不得從窗口、陽臺向下拋擲。5、 施工電梯吊運砼時，注意關好安全門，不得將手、頭伸出安全門。g an employment tribunal claimemployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and em
