3、一、基本資料 某灌溉工程干渠需跨越一個山谷,山谷兩岸地形對稱。按規(guī)劃,在山谷處修建鋼筋混凝土梁式渡槽。山谷谷底與渠底間最大高差8m,巖石堅硬。渡槽混凝土槽壁表面較光滑(n=0.014),設(shè)計流量1m3/s,加大流量1.1m3/s,渡槽長度為80m,每跨長度取為10m,共8跨。渡槽上游渠道為矩形斷面,寬1.2m,設(shè)計水深h1=0.98m,上游渠底高程25.00m。渡槽下游渠道為矩形斷面,寬1.2m,渠道糙率n=0.025,設(shè)計水深h2=0.92m。二、槽身的水力設(shè)計(一)槽身過水?dāng)嗝娉叽绲拇_定 1.渡槽縱坡i的確定在相同的流量下,縱坡i大,過水?dāng)嗝婢托。刹墼靸r低;但i大,水頭損失大,減少了下游
4、自流灌溉面積,滿足不了渠系規(guī)劃要求,同時由于流速大可能引起出口渠道的沖刷。因此,確定一個適宜的底坡,使其既滿足渠系規(guī)劃允許的水頭損失,又能降低工程造價,常常需要試算。一般常采用底坡i=1/5001/1500,槽內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)流速12m/s。初定取底坡i=1/800。 2.槽身凈寬b0和凈深h0的確定因l=80m15h1,即按明渠均勻流計算:式中 a槽身的過水?dāng)嗝妫籸槽身的水力半徑n槽身的粗糙系數(shù)i槽身縱坡。首先根據(jù)通過加大流量槽中為滿槽水情況擬定b0和h0值。凈深h0凈寬b0過水?dāng)嗝鎍濕周x水力半徑r縱坡i流量qm深寬比h/b0.7600 1.2000 0.9120 2.7200 0.3353 0.

7、0 0.8580 2.6600 0.3226 0.00125 1.0191 0.71 由qm=1m3/s,n=0.014,h0/ b0=0.70,i=1/800,試算得出h0=0.77m。計算所得流量稍大于設(shè)計流量,故滿足要求。 3.安全超高 為了防止因風(fēng)浪或其他原因而引起側(cè)墻頂溢水,側(cè)墻應(yīng)有一定的超高。按建筑物的級別和過水流量不同,超高可選用0.20.6m。 本渡槽安全超高取=0.2m。(二)進(jìn)出口漸變段的型式和長度計算 1.漸變段的型式 本渡槽選用圓弧直墻漸變段。 2.漸變段長度計算 渠道與渡槽的過水?dāng)嗝?,在形狀和尺寸均不相同,為使水流平順銜接渡槽進(jìn)出口均需設(shè)置漸變段。本渡槽采用圓弧直墻式
8、,漸變段的長度lj通常采用經(jīng)驗公式計算。 lj=c(b1 b2)式中 c系數(shù),進(jìn)口取c=1.542.57;出口取c=2.573.56;b1渠道水面寬度;b2渡槽水面寬度。進(jìn)口漸變段長度l1=c(b1 b2)=2.0(1.21.1)=0.2m出口漸變段長度l2=c(b1 b2)=3.0(1.21.1)=0.3m進(jìn)口漸變段長度取l1=0.2m;出口漸變段長度取l2=0.3m。(三)水頭損失的計算水流經(jīng)過渡槽進(jìn)口段時,隨著過水?dāng)嗝鏈p少,流速逐漸加大,水流位能一部分轉(zhuǎn)化為動能,另一部分因水流收縮而產(chǎn)生水頭損失,因此進(jìn)口段將產(chǎn)生水面降落z1;水流進(jìn)入槽身后,基本保持均勻流,沿程水頭損失z2=il;水流經(jīng)
9、過出口段時,隨著過水?dāng)嗝嬖龃?,流速逐漸減小,水流動能因擴(kuò)散而損失一部分,另一部分則轉(zhuǎn)化為動能,而使出口水面回升z2,從而與下游渠道相銜接(如圖所示)。1.進(jìn)口水面降落z1進(jìn)口段水面降落 式中 v1、v分別為上游渠道及渡槽內(nèi)的平均流速; 進(jìn)口段局部水頭損失系數(shù),與漸變段形式有關(guān)。圓弧直墻為0.2,門槽損失系數(shù)為0.05。上游渠道流速 v1=q/a1=1/(1.20.98)=0.850m/s槽內(nèi)的流速 v=q/a=1/(1.10.77)=1.1806m/s進(jìn)口水面降落 =(1+0.25)()/(29.81)=0.0428m 2.槽身沿程水頭損失 z2=il式中i、l槽身縱坡和長度。槽身沿程水頭損失
10、 =il=80/800=0.1m 3.出口水面回升式中 v2、v分別為上游渠道及渡槽內(nèi)的平均流速; 出口段局部水頭損失系數(shù),與漸變段形式有關(guān)。圓弧直墻為0.5。下游渠道流速v2=q/a2=1/(1.20.92)=0.9058m/s出口水面回升 =(1-0.5)()/(29.81)=0.0146m4.渡槽總水頭損失=0.028+0.10.0146=0.1134m(四)渡槽進(jìn)出口底部高程的確定 已知渡槽上游渠道出口斷面高程=25.00m,通過設(shè)計流量時水深=0.98m,槽中水深h=0.77m,進(jìn)口漸變段水面降落0.0428m,槽身沿程水面降落=0.1m,出口漸變段水面回升=0.0146m,下游渠道
11、水深。將以上各值代入,可求得:進(jìn)口槽底高程: =25.00+0.98-0.0428-0.77=25.1672m進(jìn)口槽底抬高: =25.1672-25=0.1672m出口槽底高程: =25.1672-0.1=25.0672m出口渠底降低: =0.92-0.0146-0.77=0.1354m出口渠底高程: =25.0672-0.1354=24.9318m三、槽身的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(一)槽身橫斷面形式本渡槽采用矩形斷面。(二)槽身尺寸的確定根據(jù)前面計算結(jié)果,槽內(nèi)凈寬b1.1m,加大水深h=0.83m,安全超高=0.2m,設(shè)底板厚0.12m,側(cè)墻厚0.10m,底部小梁高0.10m. 側(cè)墻高h(yuǎn)1=0.830.2
12、0.12+0.10=1.25m。矩形槽身的側(cè)墻兼做縱梁用,但其薄而高,且需承受側(cè)向水壓力作用,因此,設(shè)計時除考慮強(qiáng)度外,還考慮了側(cè)向穩(wěn)定要求。以側(cè)墻厚度t與墻高的比值作為衡量指標(biāo),其經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)為(對于設(shè)拉桿的矩形槽):1/121/16。因本渡槽不設(shè)拉桿,側(cè)墻適當(dāng)加厚,側(cè)墻厚度t取0.10m。貼角45,邊長0.10m。槽身基本尺寸(三)槽身縱向內(nèi)力計算及配筋計算根據(jù)設(shè)計流量0.7m3/s5 m3/s,工程級別為5級,渡槽的設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為5級,所以渡槽的安全級別級,則安全系數(shù)為0=0.9,鋼筋混凝土重度為=25kn/m3,正常運行期為持久狀況,其設(shè)計狀況系數(shù)為=1.0,荷載分項系數(shù)為:永久荷載分項系數(shù)g

15、度; x混凝土受壓區(qū)計算高度; h0截面有效高度; fy鋼筋抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計值,取fy=310n/m; as受拉區(qū)縱向鋼筋截面面積; = 選416 as=804(mm2)4.底部小梁抗裂驗算荷載效應(yīng)的長期組合,取底部小梁不滿足抗裂要求。5. 底部小梁裂縫寬度驗算長期荷載組合時,受彎構(gòu)件,變形鋼筋,荷載長期組合,c=25mm有效配筋率按長期組合驗算最大裂縫寬度滿足要求。(四)槽身橫向內(nèi)力計算及配筋計算 1.荷載計算按沿水流方向與垂直水流方向取單位長度來計算。 永久荷載設(shè)計值=永久荷載分項系數(shù)rg永久荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值gk(其中rg1.05), 沿槽身縱向取1.0m常的脫離體,按平面問題進(jìn)行橫向計算。作用在脫

17、y=310n/m; as受拉區(qū)鋼筋截面面積;(1)底板上部配筋 = 選受拉鋼筋為8150 as=335(mm2)選分布鋼筋6150 as=188(mm2)在板的常用配筋率0.4%0.8%的范圍內(nèi),鋼筋選定合理。 (2)底板上部配筋底板下部所受到的最大彎矩比上部受到的最大彎矩略小,故配筋與上部相同,選受拉鋼筋為8150 as=335(mm2)選分布鋼筋6150 as=188(mm2)。 4.底板橫向抗裂驗算荷載效應(yīng)的長期組合,取底板滿足抗裂要求。 5.側(cè)墻配筋計算渡槽處于露天(二類環(huán)境條件),則根據(jù)規(guī)范查得混凝土保護(hù)層厚c=25mm,排兩排鋼筋,所以受拉鋼筋合力點至截面受拉邊緣的距離,則截面的有

19、柱斷面尺寸:長邊(順槽向)為排架總高的(1/201/30),所以取為(0.270.4m),取0.4m;短邊(橫槽向)=(0.50.8),所以取為(0.20.32m),取0.25m。取立柱間距為1.35m,凈距為1.1m.排架立柱間設(shè)橫梁,橫梁間距可等于或略大于立柱間距。橫梁高可為跨度(即立柱間距)的1/61/8,取0.3m,梁寬為(0.50.7),所以取為(0.150.21),取0.2m。橫梁與立柱連接處設(shè)承托,以改善交角處的應(yīng)力狀況,承托高10cm,其中布置斜筋。為支承槽身,排架頂部在順?biāo)鞣较蛟O(shè)短懸臂梁式牛腿,懸臂長度,高度h=0.2,傾角(二)風(fēng)荷載計算1.作用于槽身的橫向風(fēng)壓力作用于槽
20、身的風(fēng)荷載強(qiáng)度按下式計算: 式中:;為風(fēng)載體形系數(shù),對于矩形槽身高寬比為1,取=1.97;為風(fēng)壓高度變化系數(shù),因槽身迎風(fēng)面形心距地面高度約為8m,近似取=0.92;為地形、地理條件系數(shù),去=1;為風(fēng)振系數(shù),由于渡槽高度不大,可不計風(fēng)振影響,取=1。作用于槽身的風(fēng)荷載強(qiáng)度為:已知槽身高度1.18m,一節(jié)槽身長10m,則作用于槽身上得橫向風(fēng)壓力為:2.作用于排架的橫向風(fēng)壓力考慮前柱對后柱的擋風(fēng)作用,排架的風(fēng)荷載強(qiáng)度按下式計算: 。式中:風(fēng)載體形系數(shù)取1.3;風(fēng)壓高度變化系數(shù)按排架迎風(fēng)面積形心距地面高度(約4m)選取,近似取=0.8;及的取值與槽身相同。的大小與兩立柱凈距和立柱迎風(fēng)面寬度之比1.1/

24、相應(yīng)位置的內(nèi)力,可以根據(jù)反對稱關(guān)系求得。(五)橫桿配筋計算 1.正截面承載力計算 橫桿彎矩較大,按進(jìn)行配筋計算。 d結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù),d=1.20; fc混凝土軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度設(shè)計值,混凝土選用c25,則fc=12.5n/mm; b矩形截面寬度; h0截面有效高度; fy鋼筋抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計值,取fy=310n/m; as受拉區(qū)鋼筋截面面積; 受壓區(qū)鋼筋截面面積; 保護(hù)層厚度。設(shè)受壓、受拉鋼筋為一層;取 ,則選受拉鋼筋為310(as=236mm2),選受壓鋼筋為28 (as=101mm2) 2.斜截面承載力計算1)截面尺寸復(fù)核 故截面尺寸滿足抗剪要求。2)驗算是否需要按計算配置腹筋 故不需按計算配置箍筋。 按
25、構(gòu)造要求配置箍筋,選用雙肢箍筋, 故所選箍筋滿足要求。 橫梁剖面(六)立柱配筋計算 1.正截面承載力計算立柱采用對稱配筋1)判別偏心受壓類型 屬大偏心受壓構(gòu)件。2)配筋計算 x=23.63mm ,取選用310() 2.斜截面承載力計算 1)截面尺寸復(fù)核 故截面尺寸滿足抗剪要求。2) 驗算立柱是否需要按計算配置腹筋立柱承受均布荷載,=1.4,軸向壓力對抗剪有利,故取空槽時n=37.47kn 故不需按計算配置箍筋。按構(gòu)造要求配置箍筋,選用雙肢箍筋, 故所選箍筋滿足要求。 立柱剖面g an employment tribunal claimemployment tribunals sort out
