1、；.合川市新華小學教學樓吊頂安裝專項施工方案編制人：杜知青審核人：楊 沖二00六年六月十九日一、 適用范圍休息廳；走廊；二、 引用標準及圖紙建筑裝飾工程施工及驗收規(guī)范（JGJ73-91）；建筑工程質量檢驗評定標準（GBJ301-88）三、 施工準備1. 材料(1)、硅鈣板：材質及規(guī)格尺寸必須符合設計要求，不得有扭曲變形。(2)、鋁合金龍骨構架及配件：材質及規(guī)格尺寸必須符合設計要求，不得有扭曲變形。(3)、吊桿：直徑8冷拉鋼筋，鍍鋅或防銹處理。2. 作業(yè)條件(1)、屋面或樓面的防水層完工，并驗收合格。(2)、墻面抹灰作完。(3)、吊頂內各種管線及通風管道安裝調試完。(4)、地面濕作業(yè)完成。(5)

2、、樓面預埋及吊筋的數(shù)量、質量，經檢查符合要求。(6)、搭設好安裝吊頂?shù)哪_手架。(7)、樓面標出+100cm標高線。四、 操作工藝(1)、吊頂標高線應根據房內+100cm水平準線，彈到四周墻面或柱上。(2)、根據吊頂大樣圖，將龍骨及吊桿的位置彈到平頂上。吊桿主龍骨的間距必須符合裝飾硅鈣板的模數(shù)，縱向間距600mm、橫向間距800mm-1000mm，燈光糟及檢修口等位置應增加吊桿。（吊頂大樣圖附后）(3)、根據墻上吊頂?shù)陌惭b水平標高線，用射釘將邊龍骨釘固于墻體上。釘距以30-40cm為宜。邊龍骨應釘平直、牢固。(4)、采用內膨脹螺栓固定在樓板底面，然后用直徑8作吊筋，將吊筋上端套螺絲接在內膨脹螺栓

3、內，下端彎鉤后掛在主龍骨吊孔內。吊筋應垂直向下，用枋木作撐繃緊。(5)、安裝主龍骨時，必須拉十字調平通線。相鄰主龍骨的腹部孔槽必須調在一直線上，并應拉通線控制孔位。吊筋繃緊，可用撐木上頂住樓板下抵住大龍骨，將撐木綁扎在吊筋上。主龍骨接頭應平整。(6)、隱蔽在吊頂內的管線和其他設施，水、暖、電工應在吊頂安裝時校正其位置。(7)、安裝次龍骨時，采用腹部帶孔槽的主龍骨，次龍骨則控制主龍骨間距。第一根次龍骨應兩端帶鉤，將鉤插入主龍骨孔槽內，第二根次龍骨可用兩端不帶鉤的交錯安裝。(8)、硅鈣板安裝的方法一般為：首先先從房間中線部分開始往兩邊安裝，大面積整塊安裝完畢后，再安墻邊、燈孔、檢修口等特殊部位。然

4、后先將硅鈣板側面凹槽對準主、次龍骨的翼緣輕輕插入，然后再安插片和另一塊硅鈣板。在相鄰次龍骨上的硅鈣板安裝后，方能安第二根龍骨，并依次順序進行。(9)、在安裝過程中，每完成一道工序，應及時進行檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷立即糾正，以保證吊頂牢固可靠。其表面平整度、接縫嚴密和平直的程度均應滿足規(guī)范要求。五、 質量標準1. 保證項目(1)、材料品種、規(guī)格、顏色等必須符合設計要求和有關標準規(guī)定。(2)、安裝必須牢固，滿足功能要求。2. 基本項目(1)、表面平整、清潔、無污染、錘印。檢驗方法：觀察檢查。(2)、順直、無翹曲、無變形。檢驗方法：觀察檢查和尺量檢查。允許偏差項目和檢驗方法。項次項目允許偏差（mm）檢驗方法

5、1表面平整2用2M靠尺檢查2接縫平直1.5拉線、尺量檢查3接縫高低1用直尺檢查六、 施工注意事項1. 應避免的質量通病(1)、各種外露的鐵件，必須作防銹處理;(2)、吊頂內的一切空調、消防、用電及電訊設備等，必須自行獨立架設。(3)、所有焊接部分必須焊縫飽滿；吊扣、掛件必須擰夾牢固。(4)、吊頂安裝后，明顯不平，甚至產生波浪：施工中應拉通線檢查，標高線應準確彈到樓上，并控制其誤差不大于5mm，吊桿應固定牢固，避免引起局部下沉。2. 成品保護(1)、骨架、罩面板及其它吊頂材料在進場、存放、使用過程中應嚴格管理，保證不變形、不受潮、不生銹。(2)、施工部位已安裝的門窗、地面、墻面、窗臺等應注意保護

6、，防止損壞。(3)、已裝好的輕骨架上不得上人踩踏，其它工種的吊掛件不得吊于輕骨架上。(4)、一切結構未經設計審核，不能亂打亂鑿。罩面板安裝后，應采取保護措施，防止損壞、污染。3. 安全措施(1)、所有龍骨不能作施工或其它重物懸吊支點。(2)、吊頂高度離樓地面超過3.7m應搭設固定腳手架，腳手架搭設后，應進行檢查，符合要求后方可上人操作。(3)、現(xiàn)場設備及照明用電，應嚴格按規(guī)程操作；現(xiàn)場一切用電不得亂拉亂架；所有電動工具尾線均需外套橡皮膠線。工具暫不使用時應拔掉電源插座。合川市裕華建筑工程有限公司2006年6月19日g an employment tribunal claimEmployment
