2、te):一、用途及結(jié)構(gòu)組成鉆井液射流混合漏斗是鉆井液固控系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,是最常用的一種配液裝置。在發(fā)生井噴的緊急情況下,可以利用鉆井液射流混合漏斗在最短的時間內(nèi),均勻的混合大量的加重材料。射流混合漏斗的結(jié)構(gòu)原理簡圖:1、加料漏斗 2、濾網(wǎng) 3、蝶閥 4、射流泵總成 5、底座二、工作原理鉆井液以一定壓力進(jìn)入射流泵,在射流泵內(nèi),液體由噴咀噴出后,經(jīng)混合室,進(jìn)入剪切管,物料由漏斗加入混合室,在噴咀噴出的液流帶動下進(jìn)入剪切管,并在此過程中得到分散和混合,混合后的液體流出剪切管后進(jìn)入鉆井液罐。剪切管是一根按一定曲面逐漸擴(kuò)張的空心管,它的主要作用是增加液體在管內(nèi)的剪切力,以便物料更好地進(jìn)行分散和提高混

3、合后液體的壓力,以便進(jìn)入循環(huán)罐。剪切管實(shí)際上利用了“流得快,壓力低;流得慢,壓力高 ”的伯努利效應(yīng)?;旌鲜覂?nèi)由于液體從噴咀以高速噴出,此時壓力低;液體進(jìn)入剪切管后,由于截面逐漸變大,速度變小,于是壓力升高。三、主要參數(shù)配漿能力: 200 m3/h 進(jìn)口壓力:0.250.6MPa出口壓力: 0.10.3MPa 進(jìn)出口尺寸: 6×6重量: 205kg外形尺寸: 1373×750×970mm(L×W×H)四、安裝調(diào)試1、鉆井液射流混合漏斗進(jìn)口與砂泵的出口管線連接,出口進(jìn)入鉆井液罐。2、進(jìn)、出口均用6法蘭連接。3、射流混漿漏斗的底板固定要牢固。 4、射

4、流混合漏斗安裝不能過高,安裝的越高,混合能力越低。5、配用砂泵的技術(shù)性能要與射流混合漏斗相匹配。安裝尺寸圖如下:五、設(shè)備維護(hù)必要的日常維護(hù)不僅能提高設(shè)備運(yùn)行的可靠性還可延長設(shè)備的使用壽命。1、日常維護(hù)日常維護(hù)工作主要是清理加料漏斗及混合室的異物,保持設(shè)備整潔。2、定期維護(hù)(1)連接緊固件為保證設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行,對各連接的緊固件定期檢查,一般每月檢查一次。(2)部件防腐及時為油漆破損處補(bǔ)防腐漆。 JSL-150 Jet mixerOperation ManualZHENGZHOU JINSHI MACHINERY CO.,LTD(PLEASE READ THE MANUAL CAREFULLY B

Working MechanismThe drilling fluid flow into the jet pump with certain pressure,in the jet pump fluid sp

8、outs out from jet nozzle first, then flows into shear pipe through mixing chamber. Materials will be added from hopper to mixing hopper, and move into shear pipe with the flow. During this process, they are dispersed and mixed. The mixture will enter into drilling fluid tank when flows out of the sh

9、ear pipe.The shear pipe is hollow and it can expand gradually based on certain curved surface. It is mainly used to enlarge shearing force inside the pipe to disperse the material further and increase the mixture pressure head, this will make it easy to enter into circulating tank.Bernoulli effect i

10、s adopted in shear pipe which is flow rate is rapid with low pressure, and slow with high pressure. Pressure is low in the chamber when fluid spouts out in high speed from the jet nozzle; when fluid enters into the shear pipe, its section is enlarged and flow rate decreased so the pressure rises.III

12、sand pump, and the jopper outlet leads to drilling mud tank.2. 6flanges should be used at inlet and outlet.3. Base plate of the hopper should be fixed tightly.4. The hopper should not be equipped too high, since the more high, the less of mixing capacity.5. The sand pump used here should match with
