名詞的復數形式

1、可數名詞的復數變化可數名詞一般有單數和復數兩種形式， 名詞由單數變成復數的變化分為規(guī)則變化和不規(guī)則變化兩個 大類。1. 名詞復數的規(guī)則變化：絕大多數名詞直接在詞尾加 s 變成復數，如： cup cups, bathroom-bathrooms以 s, x, ch, sh 結尾的名詞變復數要加 es，如：class （班級） classes, box（盒子） boxes, match（火柴） matches, brush （刷子） brushes以 f 或 fe 結尾的名詞變復數時，去 f 或 fe 再加 ves。f 、fe 結尾的順口溜：妻子 持刀去宰狼，小偷 嚇得發(fā)了慌 ；躲在 架后保己命，

2、半片樹葉 遮月光 。 按：順口溜中的黑體字是中學階段學過的九個以 f（e） 結尾的名詞： wife （ 妻子） ，knife （小刀） ， wolf （狼），thief （ 小偷） ，shelf （架子） ，self （ 自己） ， life （ 生命） ， half （一半） ，leaf （ 樹葉） 。 這九個詞變復數時，都是改 -f（e） 為 ve 再加-s 。注意:以 f 結尾的名詞，一般把把 f 改為 ves，但也有特殊情況是直接加 -s 的，如 gulf （海灣）, roof （屋頂） , chief （首領） , serf （農仆） , belief （信仰） , proof （證

3、據） , handkerchief （手帕）。編成口訣聯(lián)想：海灣 邊、屋頂上，首領農仆相望；誰說他們無信仰，證據 定在手帕上。以 y 結尾的名詞變復數時視以下兩種情況而變： 元音 +y：直接 +s , 如： boy boys, toy toys, day-days輔音+y：變 y 為i ，再+es ，如： study（ 書房） studies, city（ 城市） cities, party （晚 會） -parties以 o 結尾的名詞變復數時視以下三種情況而變：O結尾的名詞順口溜1）有生命的以 o結尾的名詞變復數時，詞尾加 es，凡無生命的以 o 結尾的名詞變復數時，詞尾加 s。有生命：
