17、 準(zhǔn)研究生面試后，感覺到很有必耍寫篇博文與正準(zhǔn)備參加復(fù)試的準(zhǔn)研 究生或耒來準(zhǔn)備考研的同學(xué)做些交流。就個人的經(jīng)歷，自己很少遇到 過面試的準(zhǔn)研究生能充分利用很短的面試時間來展示其最好的能力 和水平的。由于這些年參加本單位面試的準(zhǔn)研究生很多，一位學(xué)生的面試時 間都很短，幾分鐘到十幾分鐘，這么短時間要測試考生的綜合能力和 英語聽說能力，對考生和老師都是一種挑戰(zhàn)。我們的考生有的是有能力水平但不知道怎樣利用回答問題來展 示自己，有的是沒有能力水平也不知道怎樣利用回答問題來展示自 己。前者是考生自然是自己吃了虧，后者是沒有辦法。為了使考生面試時不太緊張和由于中國人習(xí)慣不直說，教師提問 題般都是采用看“由表及
