Party C should know and agree that Party A is entrustedby Party B to sign this agreement with Party C.三、權(quán)利義務(wù)甲、乙、丙三方同意：Party A ， B and C agree that:1. 如丙方未按照采購 / 銷售外貿(mào)合同的規(guī)定將貨物 / 貨款交付至甲方，甲方無義務(wù)按進(jìn)/ 出口代理協(xié)議的規(guī)定向乙方交付任何貨物/ 貨款，且免除任何有關(guān)延遲/ 拒交付的違約責(zé)任。1.Incase， PartyC breaches the ForeignTra

7、Party A in accordance with the Foreign Trade Contract.3. 乙 / 丙方保證所交付給甲方的貨物在產(chǎn)地、規(guī)品、數(shù)量等方面與外貿(mào)合同的規(guī)定嚴(yán)格一致；如有不符，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)所有法律責(zé)任并賠償甲方所有損失。3.PartyB/Cshouldensurethatthe delivery goods including the origin，size ， quantitykeep the same as terms of the ForeignTrade Contract.Otherwise ，Party B/C shall bear all legal
