1、 DEK PRINTER培訓(xùn)教程DEK PRINTER的外觀及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)介紹第一部分:DEK PRINTER的外觀介紹 1, 觸屏顯示器:可用手指觸摸屏幕上的相關(guān)處以執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的功能。2, JOG BUTTON:用以手動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作,當(dāng)用此兩鍵執(zhí)行動(dòng)作時(shí),請(qǐng)注意屏幕上的提示。3, 鼠標(biāo)觸屏:用手在屏幕上移動(dòng)來移動(dòng)鼠標(biāo)。4, 系統(tǒng)鍵:在機(jī)器開機(jī)或機(jī)器的急停鍵被解除后(此時(shí)屏幕上會(huì)顯示SYSTEM POWER DOWN),按下此鍵執(zhí)行機(jī)器初始化。5, 急停開關(guān):當(dāng)機(jī)器發(fā)生嚴(yán)重故障或遇到緊急情況時(shí),按下此鍵以保護(hù)機(jī)器免受破壞。6, 靜電接口7, 主電源開關(guān)8, 機(jī)器前蓋9, 錫膏滾動(dòng)燈開關(guān)10,

2、燈塔:用三種顏色標(biāo)示機(jī)器當(dāng)前的工作狀態(tài)。第二部分:機(jī)器內(nèi)部動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu)組成介紹 DEK PRINTER的動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu)主要由以下幾個(gè)部分組成:1, PRINTHEAD MODULE可升降,方便維修和操作。2, PRINT CARRIAGE MODULE用以驅(qū)動(dòng)刮刀前后移動(dòng)3, SQUEEGEE MODULE執(zhí)行錫膏印刷功能4, CAMERA MODULE主要抓取PCB板和SCREEN 的FIDUCIAL。5, SCREEN ALIGNMENT MODULE執(zhí)行印刷前PCB板和SCREEN的校準(zhǔn)功能。6, RAIL MODULE 執(zhí)行過板和夾板功能7, RISING TABLE MODULE上升到VISI

3、ON和印刷高度,8, UNDERSCREEN MODULE清潔SCREEN底部和網(wǎng)孔。DEK PRINTER 的常用參數(shù)表參數(shù)說明規(guī)格1:Product Name設(shè)定所生產(chǎn)機(jī)種的名稱最多可由8個(gè)字母符號(hào)或數(shù)字組成。例如:850T-0042:BoardWidth設(shè)定所印的PCB板的寬度min=40mm,max=510,板寬如重新設(shè)定則下列參數(shù)會(huì)自動(dòng)改變:印刷范圍鋼板清潔范圍Board stop在Y軸的位置及自動(dòng)頂pin Y軸范圍(選配)3:Board Length設(shè)定所印的PCB板的長(zhǎng)度min=50mm,max=510 mm,板長(zhǎng)如重新設(shè)定則下列參數(shù)會(huì)自動(dòng)改變: Board stop在X軸的位置

4、及自動(dòng)頂pin X軸范圍(選配)自動(dòng)添加錫膏范圍(選配)。4:Board Thickness設(shè)定板厚min=0.2mm,max=6 mm。板厚如被重新設(shè)定,則自動(dòng)調(diào)整Vision Height 及Print Height 。5:Print Front Limit前刮刀沖程起點(diǎn)之調(diào)整機(jī)器自定為0mm,可調(diào)整其起始點(diǎn)位置。min=0,max視PCB大小而定。6:Print Rear Limit后刮刀沖程起點(diǎn)之調(diào)整機(jī)器自定為0mm,可調(diào)整其起始點(diǎn)位置。min=0,max視PCB大小而定。7:Print Front Speed設(shè)定前刮刀速度Min=2mm/sec,max=150mm/sec8:Prin

5、t Rear Speed設(shè)定后刮刀速度Min=2mm/sec,max=150mm/sec9:Front Pressure設(shè)定前刮刀壓力min=0kg,max=20kg10:Rear Pressure設(shè)定后刮刀壓力min=0kg,max=20kg11:Print Gap設(shè)定印刷間隙設(shè)定PCB板與鋼板在印刷時(shí)的間隙min=0mm,max=6 mm12:Seperation Speed設(shè)定脫模時(shí)的分離速度設(shè)定PCB板與鋼板在分離距離時(shí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度Min=0.1mm/s, Max=20mm/s,13:Seperation Distance設(shè)定脫模分離距離設(shè)定PCB板與鋼板的分離距離min=0mm,max

6、=3mm14:Print Mode設(shè)定印刷模式可設(shè)定印刷方式,例如:Print/ Print,F(xiàn)lood / Print 等等。15:Print Deposits設(shè)定印刷行程的次數(shù)min=0,max=316:Screen Clean Mode1設(shè)定鋼版擦拭模式為1可選擇干擦濕擦及真空擦等組合模式,最多至六次17:Screen Clean Rate1設(shè)定鋼版擦拭模式1的頻率min=0表示不擦,max=20018:Screen Clean Mode2設(shè)定鋼版擦拭模式為2可選擇干擦濕擦真空擦等組合,最多至六次19:Screen Clean Rate2設(shè)定鋼版擦拭模式2的頻率min=0表示不擦,max

12、式前請(qǐng)先歸零45:Screen Y axis調(diào)整鋼版Y軸 Actuator此參數(shù)為編寫程式Learn Fiducial后,電腦自動(dòng)計(jì)算出的值,在編寫程式前請(qǐng)先歸零46:Alignment mode選擇對(duì)位模式可設(shè)定由2個(gè)或3個(gè)Mark點(diǎn)對(duì)位47:Tooling type設(shè)定PCB板的支撐方式可選擇:Autoflex自動(dòng)頂板Vacuum真空支撐Magnetic磁鐵式支撐方式48:Right feed delay右側(cè)進(jìn)板遲滯時(shí)間在右側(cè)進(jìn)板時(shí)必須設(shè)定,一般為0.20.3secDEK PRINTER的常用操作第一部分:一些常見指令含義Abort:按下該鍵得重新初始化機(jī)器,或忽略當(dāng)前提示。Retry:

13、按下該鍵重新檢查錯(cuò)誤的情況。Recover: 按下該鍵立即繼續(xù)其操作,該功能模組回到他們的原點(diǎn)位置,并不用重新初始化整個(gè)機(jī)器,若出現(xiàn)該提示,該項(xiàng)為首選。Diagnostics(Diagnos): 按下該鍵進(jìn)入診斷,為進(jìn)一步研究該問題。Head: 按下該鍵允許升頭操作,進(jìn)入印刷頭下面。Continue: 按下該鍵繼續(xù)進(jìn)行當(dāng)前的操作。Fiducial Setup: 按下該鍵,設(shè)置基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)。Maint.(Maintenance): 進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)或維修。第二部分:常用操作 下載生產(chǎn)程序1:按下SETUP2:按下LOAD DATA3:利用LEFT/RIGHT/UP/DOWN鍵,選擇所需生產(chǎn)文檔4:按下LOAD

14、5:按下EXIT6:按下EXIT換鋼板1:按下SETUP2:按下CHANGE SCREEN3:打開機(jī)器前蓋4:更換鋼板5:放下機(jī)器前蓋6:按下SYSTEM鍵7:按下CHANGE SCREEN安裝頂PIN1, 按下SET UP2, 按下CHANGE TOOLING(因機(jī)器的類型不同而有細(xì)微差別,故以下略)加錫膏1:按下PASTE LOAD2:按下MANUAL LOAD3:打開機(jī)器前蓋4:加錫膏5:放下機(jī)器前蓋6: 按下SYSTEM7:按下CONTINUE8:按下EXIT安裝刮刀1:按下SETUP2:按下SETUP SQUEEGEE3:打開機(jī)器前蓋4:安裝后刮刀,用手?jǐn)Q緊螺絲。5:安裝前刮刀,用手

15、擰緊螺絲。6:放下機(jī)器前蓋。7:按下SYSTEM8:按下CONTINUE9:按下EXIT10:按下EXIT作刮刀高度校正1,按下SETUP2,按下SETUP SQUEEGEE3,按下CALIBRAT HEIGHT4,按下CONTINUE(其自動(dòng)完成校正) 或手動(dòng)校正:a: 選Front squeegee b: 用up或 down校正前刮刀 c: 選Rear squeegee d: 用up或 down校正后刮刀 e: 選save5,按下EXIT編寫生產(chǎn)程式1, 按下SETUP /EDIT DATA進(jìn)入編輯參數(shù)畫面,設(shè)置各個(gè)生產(chǎn)參數(shù)(請(qǐng)將Forward X Offset 至Screen Y Axi

32、始化系統(tǒng)時(shí)2:下載新產(chǎn)品程序時(shí)3:在診斷程序中進(jìn)入軌道系統(tǒng)時(shí)2Front Squeegee Pressure Error顯示此信息之后會(huì)有一新的窗口顯示設(shè)定壓力值與實(shí)際壓力值。3Pneumatic Power Down表示氣壓太低或沒有接入氣體4Rail Lifted Error,Check Tooling可能是在軌道的正下方錯(cuò)誤的放置了頂PIN。5System Power Down可能是因按下E-STOP鍵或前蓋后蓋打開而致使24V馬達(dá)電源斷開。6System Suspended While Covers Open這表明機(jī)器系統(tǒng)化時(shí)前蓋或后蓋處于開啟狀態(tài)。7Upline Board Tran
