1、銷售行政/SalesCoordinator崗位職責職位要求職責描述:1、前期協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)走合同流程,比如合同蓋章,開票等;2、系統(tǒng)操作,結(jié)算執(zhí)行,合作確認,下單,收發(fā)素材,數(shù)據(jù)等;3、負責客戶信息的維護;4、協(xié)助安排內(nèi)部會議的召開、記錄會議要點;5、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的一些其它工作。職位要求:1、大?;蛞陨蠈W歷,有工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;2、具有一定的溝通表達、組織協(xié)調(diào)和學習能力,且穩(wěn)定性強;3、電腦操作熟練,熟悉各類辦公軟件,打字速度快;Job Purpose:-Analyze provide sales supporting data / reports / Capris report to sales ma

2、nager on demands.-Assist sales team in sample application, return goods, credit, new customer application, sales contract, quotation price, deviation application, product forecast and daily administrative work.-Support GM team create the application in internal system as CCMS / Mozart / Capris / PSR

Business support: work closely with sales te

5、am, managers, and other relevant organizations, system owners to? check and clean the customer invoice to improve the order to cash process and customer satisfaction? Check and clean the account credit timely to speed up order to cash process and customer satisfaction? Prepare the biding documents a

6、nd help to finish the biding process? Manage and finish the customer complaint and return process on time.? Installation base management, included customer files, and collect Muse installation report, etc.? Support CRM system use in the team and provide data analysis, for example, review approval ma

7、trix in SFDC, pipeline tracking and report, etc.? Other support activities needed2.
